I contacted Total Plumbing on Sunday night through Thumbtack. Ruben responded right away with quote and a time. He showed up at 9:30 the next morning and was done by 1 pm. He had to add a valve and cut through a wall to add a drain to the pan. These were not in the original quote but he just charged for the cost of the valve. He did excellent work and cleaned everything up. The A O Smith hotwater heater he installed is not what they sell at the big box stores, it is the ProLine Commercial Heater. I have use 4 plumbers in the last few years, Total Plumbing is the one I will call back and use again.

If you're looking for a knowledgable, trustworthy plumber that offers 24/7 emergency service, this is your guy! Ruben really knows his stuff and did an excellent job outlining what needed to be done in a way where I understood it, which to be honest can be hard sometimes! Lol Ruben serviced our water heater at the drop of a dime when I called for emergency service one night, totally saving me from missing work the next day due to not being able to bathe myself. A few months later we noticed a leak and called Ruben at Total Plumbing right away. We understand that things happen and sometimes may need to be revisited, especially in the plumbing area. Ruben came right out the same day to diagnose where the leak was and if it was serious. Luckily it was a simple repair unrelated to the previous repair. Although he had come to service a much larger issue a few months prior, I was prepared to pay Ruben for his time. He picked up his gear, shook my hand and advised me to call if there was anything I needed once he left. When I asked him how much I should write the check for, he politely declined any payment and said it was no trouble at all to come out and help. This is quality service people! A humble, honest man who treats you like an actual person and works hard for you! I will recommend Ruben at Total Plumbing in the future to all of my family and friends! Thanks Ruben!

Rooters Plus Plumbing was the referred to me by 2 10 Home Warranty to figure out why the tankless water heater was turning off. Reuban said he couldn't diagnosis the problem during his first visit because the heater was working at that time. He finally did figure out that the unit needed a thorough cleaning. The work took under one hour and the bill was $250.00. After the work was done he called with the bill and said since I wasn't a company he would only accept a credit card, which he wanted to take over the phone. I refused and told him he had said nothing about payment type during our earlier discussions. He finally agreed to take a check. He never did offer to sent a bill but I asked for one marked paid in full. Our tenant who had to work with him said he is unprofessional and hard to deal with. After our last discussion I would agree.

Stay away! This company also goes by Rooter Plus with multiple addresses. Ruben McCutcheon gave me an estimate to redo our bathroom and install a shower pan. He said it would take a week. He showed up a couple days for a few hrs. After a week, our bathroom was still torn apart and the shower pan was the only thing done. The shower glass contractor brought to our attention that the shower pan was 1/2 inch out of level in the opposite direction of the drain so the water pooled in the corner. Beware of a plumber who can't read a level! He terminated the contract after I asked how he installed the shower pan. He never used mortar to install the shower pan! He refused to deal with me after that. We had to have the new tile removed, the pan releveled, the tile reinstalled and we hired another plumber to finish the job. It took ONE day!! Ruben strung us along for over a week. He was never there when he said he would be and cancelled appts with no notice. He never tighten the shower drain so it leaked into the ceiling, he made a mess of my carpet, he gouged the handrail on the stairs, he dropped the shower valved on the new shower pan and chipped it, the bathroom demo sat on the curb for a week until another contractor hauled it off, He won't deal with me and ignores my requests to pay our damages. Unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy!!

stay away was charged 400 for something others were willing to do for 50 to 100 just couldn't wait for the other person cause the heat was making family sick.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Did not completely finish work promised. Work performed was switching from a swamp cooler to a/c. I requested to keep the swamp cooler so I could donate it to a church family in need of one. They left the cooler but stole the cooler motor rendering it useless. After multiple phone conversations with the promise to give back the motor, he now ignores my calls. If you don't want the hassle, do not use this company.

I have to say I am surprised by some of the negative reviews I see here. We just had Jorge out on a service call and could not be more pleased with the service or the price. Jorge diagnosed problems that we expected to be far bigger problems and worked diligently in the rain and snow to fix our problem quickly and inexpensively. I would absolutely use them again. Jorge kept us informed during the time he was here and was able to show us pictures of the problem and the resolution.

Don't do business with these people, they will rip you off by over charging for parts that didn't need replacing, give you some bull crap excuses, I'm in the construction business and know better, these guys are never prepared to fix anything with out taking their time to find parts and charge you the labor for it. Stick to true professionals like TLC. I'd never recommend Rocketman, more like rip you off man. Don't do it folks, take my word,Read the reviews, I'm not the only one to disapprove of their services.
