When Ral Donner sang that ""you don't know what you've got until you lose it,"" I'm pretty sure he was talking about hot water. Specifically losing hot water in the middle of your shower on a cold late fall morning. Yeah, that was a shock. The pilot on my aging water heater went out. So I finished my frigid wake up call and went to work. When I got home I started looking for a replacement and somebody to install it. I found Anytime Plumbing on Yelp and saw it is a 24 hour business. That was good since it was about 8:00 PM on Monday evening and nobody else was open to call. So I called them and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was quoted $1150 for the new unit, removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Kind of a lot but, from my research, is actually the low end of average. I went for it. They said they would call Tuesday morning when they had somebody available to come out.

Flash foward to Tuesday morning and I got a call about 9:20 saying he was on his way. About an hour later David showed up ready to drain and remove my old water heater. He took it away and brought back the new one a bit later. He got that one all hooked up and filled. The sound of the pilot coming on was the sweetest sound.

I had to take a bit of time off from work for this mess but David and Anytime Plumbing made it relatively painless. It took about 2 hours, maybe a bit more, but it is done and I once again have hot water to look foward to in the morning. The cost in the end was $1220. I opted for a drip pan at an extra cost. And I needed a hose extension to make the new unit work where the old unit once stood. Another little extra cost. A painful way to begin the Christmas season but necessary home repairs don't care about that.

Last week I called Anytime Plumbing to get an estimate for some work I needed done.in They sent a guy named Michael. Here is what I needed done, hook up dishwasher, install new sink,faucet and garbage disposer, hook up water line to refrigerator, and install new cartridge in bath faucet. For this he came up with $250.00 for parts and $1200.00 in labor. He did not give a list of parts needed and claimed it would take 8 hours to complete. I have been remodeling houses for 20 years and 8 hours seemed way too much. When you schedule work you have to sign the estimate which I did. I then added up all the things I wanted done and it did not add up. All the work he was doing, I had done before. I figured 4 hours at the most.I was hiring him because of arthritis in my arms. So I called him back and asked what happens if he finished 2 or 3 hours early and his response was "" we have a signed contract for $1450.00. So I went out and bought everything I needed to do all the work and only spent about $100.00 for parts, he was charging me $250.00 for these parts. Then I did the work myself and it took me 3.5 hours to complete. This guy purposely inflated labor and parts cost with one thing in mind, ripping me off. They get you to sign and then if you say something about the price he uses bullying tactics to get you to pay. I canceled it before he came out. Seniors especially beware. If the plumber you hire refuses to put in the estimate that he will only charge you for the hours he actually works, call someone else. There are a lot of honest plumbers out there but not this guy.

Of course when there is a leak in your yard and the landscaper digs it up and tells you it is the main you freak out. Well, we used Anytime for our water heater and it worked out, so we called them for the leak. I was a little nervous when Richard showed up, as he was an old school, hard working plumber, no baloney. Well Richard worked all day long and into the evening. He left to get parts and when that didn't work, went out and picked up another part. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Richard did everything he could and we had water by the time he left. He saved the day and I feel comfortable recommending him!

Anytime plumbing responded to my home for a main water line leak. Rick was knowledgeably and walked me through the process of repairing my line. Excellent! Ryan came out to fix a leak in the middle of the night. Came out quickly and had the leak fixed within about 2 hours from making the call. Professional and friendly. Had him come out again to replace all the shutoff valves and he did a great job at a great price. I definitely will be a repeat customer for all future pluming work.

I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could! They were very responsive and quick to come out and fix our issue. JOE came out arrived on time and was very professional and explain throughly what the issue was. He was kind and did quality work and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had to write this review. My water heater was leaking and I was freaking out. I talked to a guy named Ray who literally had the best customer service. I talked to him at 12:30 am. It was an emergency and told me he has no problem coming right away but that it would be time and a half it terms of pay hourly. He said that he can step me through the process of how to turn off the water and gas lines and come first thing when they open so I dont have to pay that, but reassured me at the same time that he can come right away. They havent come to service the water heater yet (hopefully it's something they can fix without replacing) but I had to write this review because of how awesome he was. Literally was able to calm me down over the phone. Great guy and great company

Called Anytime Plumbing for a clogged toilet, not really clogged water wouldn't really go down well and same with a sink In our power bathroom. Donnie was sent by Anytime Plumbing and not only took care of the clogs but was very thorough and gave us tips on how to avoid future clogs. I would definitely recommend Anytime Plumbing and ask for Donnie. Super nice guy!
