I made an appt. 4 days earlier for 11/27. I was told techs do paper work on Monday and then do calls after 10 am. I asked to be first as I just needed accurate measurements to replace an undercount sink in my granite island which should be a quick call. I waited until 2 PM to call as I heard nothing. After she contacted the dispatch, came to find out the ""granite guy"" was not working that day. I rescheduled for the next day after 3 pm - only time I was available. I called at 3:10 as I had not heard anything. I was told the two techs who might come were held up in emergency calls and could not come today either. ANYTIME plumbing sounds like there are NO appts. and they MIGHT show up ANYTIME. Horrible customer service. I now will try another vendor who wants my business.

We had 3 projects that needed attention: a water line to our 2nd refrigerator in the garage, changing out the faucet in our laundry room, and changing the vanity in our powder room. Robert came out the same day as our call and gave us a great price. He returned on the day he promised and everything came out perfect. We will definitely use again.

I will stay very far away from this company. They will send inexperienced , incompetent technicians who will overcharge and damage your valuable home. The company will absolutely take advantage of homeowners whenever they can and will not negotiate or compromise after a faulty job.

Prior to stating the problem with this company I want to tell anybody seeking plumbing services not to use this company. After repeated calls and emails and promises to provide the video that I paid for, I have not received the video.

I was in the process of purchasing a home in Henderson and there was evidence of walk way and drive way cracks and lifting of the cement, possibly from the large tree in the front yard. My realtor set up an appointment with Anytime Plumbing to provide a camera to inspect the drain line to see if there was any damage to the drain line from the tree roots and to provide the video. First plumber showed up stating that he was never notified that a camera was requested and could not do the service. Second plumber came out and requested payment prior to providing service. Very odd to requested money upfront. The total cost was $465. The drain line was scoped and was told there was no blockages. The plumber said he would be sending the video shortly. I have never received the video and have been promised that I will get it. This is now going on 3 weeks and after several calls and emails.

Made a next-day appt online and received a call back within about an hour confirming the appt day and asking about time constraints. I didn't have any and this was not an emergency situation.

Day of, I called Anytime making sure that I was on the books. Was told yes, and that they would call when technician was available. I received that call about 30 minutes before Curtis arrived.

Loved Curtis. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected my leaking toilet, informed me what he thought was necessary, and worked very efficiently. He cleaned up afterwards and even took my bad part with him.

Curtis made sure I inspected his work, made sure I flushed the toilet and that all was working as expected. No more leaks.

Between the office customer service, and the fabulous technician, it was a pleasure working with this group!

I really didn't know what to expect price-wise, and hadn't asked, but it didn't break the bank. And they gave me a discount on labor.

Way to go Anytime Plumbing!

We had a main line leak at our house. After contacting my AWR insurance they set me up with Anytime Plumbing. It took a few days to get the right leak detection guy to be available but when Mac showed up he took care of business quick. He dug it right up cut out the leak and coupled it in no problems. Filled in the hole and cleaned up nicely. My HOA didn't even realize the problem was already fixed. Glad they sent out Mac cause he was the right guy for the job. Appreciate someone who knows what they are doing and can get the job done!

I have Isurance on my sewer and water supply line I acquired a water Leake Ins company connected me with Anytime Plumbing these inefficient people scheduled scheduled me 3 different 3 only to call me and cancel all 3 days why in the hell did the schedule me if they would have we can't get to til next week I hate liars & thieve
