I had a flood in my bathroom and Anytime Home Services sent Jessie out. Not only was he knowledgeable about the plumbing and process necessary to get a reconstruction crew out to check for damage, but also he was kind. Currently I have medical issues and high needs, Jessie went above and beyond to treat me with respect and explain things so I understand. I really appreciate Jessie and Anytime Home Services.

Excellent response to a home warranty water heater repair. made request with AHS on a Sunday. Anytime HS called back quickly to schedule appointment. Tech came right on time and assessed situation, ordered part and installed it within a few days. I was a bit concerned because of all the 1 star reviews here but everything was great for me.

Something stinks with Choice Home Warranty and these overworked contractors.  Water heater element break went bad last summer.  It took Desert Rain two trips and 6 days to fix.  Most plumbers keep common parts on hand and fix it first trip.   Both Desert Rain and Choice refused to let me pay for replacing the other heating element.
Now  the other element might be bad.  Choice tried to send Desert Rain again, I declined.  I found another Choice plumber I had used, who was not busy today but instead Choice assigned Anytime Home Repair, who scheduled me for Thursday Afternoon (it's Tue. morning and winter now).   They said this was their earliest.  Choice tells me they pick up the claim but the company also tells me they get SENT the claim. I wonder if Choice is doing this to customers intentionally hoping we fix the system outside the warranty?  hmmmm
I was able to call Choice Customer Advocacy department because the regular customer service says 'they are not an emergency service'. File a complaint on BBB website for Choice and you a pop up asking you to call customer advocacy, they are more responsive. These contractors need to tell Choice to stop overworking them and let a contractor who is available pick up the work. I bet Anytime is a fine plumber if they could stop letting Choice spin them around. They should have refused the claim when I told them I would not wait 3 days in winter for a diagnosis! Another guy to came out that day.

They didn't fix the problem and didn't make any suggestions on how to fix the problem. Whenever I used washing machine dirty water came up in both bathroom tubs & toilets.

I never leave a bad review, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First, I had to track this company down. My service request with American Home Shield had been placed and they did not reach out to me. This never happens with an AHS contractor. Usually I am contacted within a few hours. I waited a day, then called Anytime. Scheduling let me know it would be another 24 hours before a plumber could come look at my leak. My pipes are leaking, my water has been shut off, it doesn't matter. They're busy. I get it.

The plumber showed up, I let him know where the leak was, and he went to inspect it. He was gone for less than 5 minutes and says to me, ""I've located the leak and I'm going to take off."" I said, okay...... what does that mean? He says, ""This will take me all day and I have other jobs on my schedule. We might be able to take care of it at the end of the week."" He said he was going to upload pictures to AHS and they would reach out to let me know if it was covered. And then he left. That was our entire interaction.

Within an hour I got a notice from AHS that the plumber recommended a drain modification, something not covered by my home warranty, and I need to pay $650 out of pocket to this company. What?! This guy never explained any of that. A conversation goes a long way. Had this guy come to me and simply said, this is what I observe, this is what I recommend, this is why you need to do this, maybe I could understand. But instead he said nothing and left and had AHS do his dirty work of presenting a bill to me.

It turns out, it was an unnecessary bill. I put in another service request and a different company came out and fixed it for me same day, no problem. Covered by warranty.

This whole interaction felt so dishonest and lazy. I'm not an unreasonable person and would have been willing to work the company if the plumber would have had a simple conversation with me. Like he said, he had other jobs. I hope those worked out better.

Plumbers are rude!! Office staff is dishonest and misleading concerning scheduling your repairs. Obvious that this attitude comes down from the top. They are the only plumbing outfit contracted with my warranty company so I will be changing warranty companies.
Used a local company and was quick and professional

Lost hot water and my warranty company only had Anytime Services as an available plumber.
On 1/3 we called for water heater repair since we had lost hot water. The soonest they could get some here was 5 days later on the 7th. The morning of the 5th, water was coming up in the floor so our problem was also clearly a leak. When I called Anytime to explain, they said they would send a leak detection specialist with the plumber on the 7th. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Plumber showed up on the 7th and said, you need the leak detection specialist. Really?
I called the office and was told the first appointment for leak person was Monday 1/10, no one could explain why I was told her would come on day one!
Leak detection guy shows up and leaves saying, ""that wall needs to be opened, the office will call you"". Instead of waiting I called office only to be told, ""It is your responsibility to open the wall, when it is open we will reschedule a plumber"" Why didn't the Leak man tell us that?? I got a handyman to open the wall within 30 minutes and called the office to let them know, had to leave message. 3 hours later with no call back, I called again. This time I was told they couldn't schedule us until we emailed pictures of the open wall and they would be reviewed by the office. Why wasn't I told that 3 hours ago when told to open the wall?!
An hour after emailing pictures, I called again and was told, ""Your warranty company has approved the repair, you should get an email from us in 15 minutes with an invoice for you to approve"" Needless to say, no email was sent to me until the next day.
They then invoiced me for $3500.00 to re-route the line. Stating they would be breaking out dry wall and may need to charge more if they come upon problems. From the pictures we sent, THEY HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WHICH PIPE WAS LEAKING! How could they estimate the costs when they wouldn't know where they needed to re-route? I had enough of their stalling and dishonest communication. Called a local plumber who identified the problem and fixed it for 1/3 of what they were asking!! Their plumber Kevin had to come back to fix the hot water heater and was grumpy and surly with us because as he stated, ""I didn't get the plumbing job"" Well, maybe he should go to work for an honest company!

First off the first day the guy was 1.5 hours late and I never received a call until I called and asked where he was at.  Then he couldn't install due to a tire rack above the water heater.  My husband removed that and he came back.  When he was done I was not happy with condition of water heater, I asked if it was in fact a new water heater to which he replied yep see sticker.

I am very upset that either this company or American Home Shield or both caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. If I had just hired a company without going through my warranty it would have been fixed faster and it would have been less expensive. Lesson learned. I cancelled my AHS warranty, but still haven't recouped the finances. At least the hot water is replaced and we have hot water after more than a week.

From Fountain Hills AZ.... I just read a review on this page that said, ""Plumber was rude, combative......etc. Apparently we had the misfortune of having Anytime send us the same guy. First, he wouldn't fix the problem under the home warranty, dispite the fact that I had explained in detail to 2-10 Home Warranty the issue and they accepted the claim.

Later when I had the issue fixed I found it was a simple 10 minute fix. The guy wanted $ 125 on top of the $ 100 co-pay from 2-10 Home Warranty.

Stay away from this company at all costs, and ask your Home Warranty company to send someone, ANYONE else. Don't believe me? Check out the reviews on the BBB review page.

Oh yes, they are really, really good at writing responses to bad reviews. The responder writes quite well, usually ending with ""Have a nice day..."" or something similar. Hey, he gets a lot of practice since most reviews of this pathetic company are bad.
