READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY, THEY SCAM YOU BY SAYING YOU NEED A BUNCH OF ""MODIFICATIONS"" THAT YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY DOESN'T COVER!!!!! I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. I called them Friday of last week with a hot water heater that was spewing water all over. After a long time holding I finally got ahold of a OneGuard rep who told me she'd get it assigned to a repair company and they'd call me back on Monday. I explained to her that I couldn't wait till then, I had to shut the water off to my entire home and have kids and animals. After going back and forth I finally got her to find someone that would come out Sunday. Anytime home services came Sunday and disconnected my water heater and said I needed a new one and we'd have to wait for oneguard to approve the replacement. After 2 more days I got an email from OneGuard saying they would replace the water heater HOWEVER, there's $605 of modifications that aren't covered that we would have to pay for. My home isnt old, it's a 17 yr old house and there's nothing strange or unusual about the water heater, it's a standard gas tall 40 gallon. I spoke with multiple other plumbers who told me modifications aren't necessary and it's lost plug and play with mine. So I called OneGuard and they said I had no choice unless I wanted the ""cash out"" option, of which is $600!!! What a coincidink!!! So basically either one of 2 things is happening here. Either Oneguard pays these repair companies such little amounts that they find loopholes to recoup their money at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE or Oneguard just finds ways to recoup a lot of what they have to cover in sneaky ways and has deals with these companies. They know when your ac or water heater or refrigerator etc goes out, it's super important and you'll be desperate to get it fixed so they take advantage of the customer's vulnerability. Worst part is I actually AGREED to pay the $605 (and will be video recording every second of these ""modifications"" to show 3onyourside) but yet it's Saturday night the following week and we STILL have no hot water nor have we even heard from Anytime home services. I called OneGuard today to find out what's going on and they have no idea so they said they called Anytime home services and they are closed on the weekends lol.... yes, a company called ""ANYTIME"" home services is closed on the weekends. Basically I'm sol until Monday when they may or may not call me and tell me its gonna be even longer before they come out and scam me.

If you are using your Home Warranty (HW) in Las Vegas, and Anytime Home Services is assigned for the repair, do not schedule an appointment. Instead, call the HW and request a new contractor be assigned immediately.

Just checkout the reviews for the business they have conducted in Phoenix under the same name on Yelp, Google and the BBB.

I was assigned Anytime Home Services by First American Home Warranty to replace a failed water heater. I was told by the contractor that they must use all new connection materials due to liability even though that is not required by the IRC or covered by the Home Warranty. This resulted in a quote for $860 of ""modifications"" that I would have to pay out of pocket. In fact, in a text with the contractor, he mentioned that it is a loophole in HW contracts that allows them to add these ""modifications."" This tactic is how contractors that work for a HW increase their profits. It is predatory and unethical. It also unfortunately is condoned by most HWs. As the customer you have no way to dispute the reason or cost for the ""modifications"" with the HW or the contractor. Your only options are to pay the out of pocket costs or receive a cash out by the HW, which is normally 50 cents on the dollar due to negotiated prices.

I will also be canceling my HW with First American since they protect the contractor over you their customer.

My husband and I were very impressed with this company as they sent out two qualified men who came to fix my kitchen faucet and the pipe underneath the sink that was leaking. I rate this high five stars, but if there was more I would do more stars.

Would rate a zero if I could.
The company came out, determined we had an issue with our shower valve due to normal arizona hardwater. They reported to our home warranty company that the issue was due to misuse on our side and now our warranty refuses to cover the issue. The person on the phone we talked to said they couldnt diagnose the root cause without seeing the valve, therefore they lied to the home warranty company claiming it was our fault.

They then tried to get us to pay for it out of pocket instead saying there is nothing they could do. I wish home warranty companies wouldnt use SCAM companies.

PREDATORY SCAM COMPANY
I have a pipe outside that is leaking. I'm a former General Contractor. Anytime Home Services was sent by my warranty company ""Hello Super"". This company has it's plumbers on commission based on their sales, so they are incentivized to deny your warranty and coerce you to pay out of pocket. The plumbers make minimal money unless they get you to pay outside your warranty. Kevin was my plumber. He immediately views the leaking pipe and says it's not covered due to being outside the home's foundation. I show him my contract with enhanced plumbing coverage that specifically covers pipes outside the homes foundation. He then says it was installed incorrectly and won't be covered. I advise him I also have coverage for improper installation. Before I can finish he says, ""well then there's abuse, this is abuse on the plumbing then"". I'm dumbfounded but immediately understand this is some sort of scam to illegally charge for services outside the warranty company. I'll include pics. The pipe is 18 years plus old, completely degraded from corrosion and acidic water, plus the pipe is exposed to weather and leaking at the solder joint on the 1/2 copper T fitting. He then says the corrosion has nothing to do with the leak and that the leak was caused by someone pulling on a hose when attached to the hose bibb. This is just a flat out lie as the pictures will show. The only time a hose is used on this bibb is to clean pool filter grids that are less than 8 feet away with a 30 foot hose. He then attempted to charge around $950 w tax to fix the plumbing issue including the vaccuum breaker. I called a second contractor that advised me the leak was due to normal wear and tear and that it would be covered by my home warranty. He charged $175 to replumb, replace vaccuum and Hose Bibb (which wasn't even included Anytime's quote. I've had this SAME company try to run similar scams on me, as most posts mention in the reviews, by trying to force you to upgrade your plumbing for $500 to $1000 when installing a new water heater via the warranty company. They make the upgrades mandatory and don't give you an option leaving you in a bind because they've been assigned by the warranty company to install the water heater and won't install it without forcing you to pay for these unnecessary upgrades. I believe a class action law suite is in order and further more that this company should be stripped of the Contractor's license by the Registrar of Contractors. Amazing how many complaints they have and no action has been taken by the Attorney Generalhttps://www.azag.gov/, ROC https://roc.az.gov/, or Arizona Department of Insurance - az.govhttps://difi.az.gov

Giving a one star here because Anytime home services says one thing but then the warranty companies say another. I have a broken hot water heater and they insisted on giving me a $3,000 quote to replace it rather than working closely on delivering the right information to the choice home warranty company. It's clear they talk well to you but have not taken care of the needs not having hot water to my children's bath. Don't use this company they like to point fingers. It's not fair to anyone having to call back and forth to get a job completed. My last call in today was a follow up for the 5th time on the same issue that I need a full report sent to the warranty company. And still not getting anywhere. Wasted $150 in two open tickets on the same issue. No hot water to my tub.

I recently had my hot water heater go out. I have American Home Shield Home Warranty. they gave me Anytime Home Services, Plumbing service. they called me right away to schedule an appt. they came and confirmed that it would need to be replaced. they got the approval from AHS, and scheduled the install a few days later. Ryan installed the unit with no complications. Jenn, in the office was very pleasant to deal with. there were certain things that the Home Warranty Company did NOT cover, and I wasn't happy about that, BUT it wasn't Anytime Home Services fault.
I am very pleased and now have HOT water again! would highly recommend this business.
thank you,
