With a passion for fixing things and a natural mechanical talent, Jason began his HVAC journey over 20 years ago as an installation assistant.

While advancing to a managerial role, he observed flaws and inconsistencies in their operations. The lack of quality service prompted him to establish his own company.

In 2000, Jason founded Anytime Heating & Cooling with the vision of providing the highest quality service by keeping the company small with a dedicated team. Almost two decades later, Anytime Heating & Cooling has upheld its values and continues to offer Metro Atlanta exceptional HVAC services at competitive prices. To this day, Jason remains actively involved in the business and takes pleasure in assisting his customers.

This review is for the plumbing services we received December 2023. We had someone come to our home December 2023 to fix the garbage disposal and was informed that the disposal was on the low end of quality even though the guy who previously installed it (ALSO from this company) said it was of great quality. We had to get it repaired by the second plumber only for it to STILL LEAK the very next month. I held off on writing this review but I'm so pissed- I'm tired of being taken advantage of. And the plumber started off nice the 1st day, but the next day he came into our home and brought such a negative attitude. He didn't speak upon entering and he didn't even throw away the old faucet just left it on the counter and left...how rude. So we basically got scammed by this company TWICE. Go to Head's Plumbing instead they are amazing!

Update as of 7/26/23 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Still having ac cooing issues. In the end, I had to find a solution to my continued problem which turned out to be a failing zoning board. This company does not know how to troubleshoot or diagnose a problem. They only seem to fire the parts cannon at it. If you have a clogged filter or dirty coil they can sell you a new unit, but don't expect them to be able to resolve more complicated issues.

My initial relationship with Anytime started out beautifully. Within a year, it was ruined by a """"complimentary plumbing inspection"""", that ended up costing me over 800.00. My home is under 7 years old, and never had any plumbing issues until this complimentary plumbing inspection. The technicians claimed to have knowledge of tankless water heaters. The technicians (notice that is 'plural') who serviced my expensive unit, failed to follow the procedure necessary for tankless water heaters, which was a simple call to the technical support department of the manufacturer. There is more I could say, but to the consumer looking for a reputable company offering services with YOU in mind and not just your wallet, I say you might want to shop elsewhere. This company is definitely not for you.

We booked a appointment with Anytime Heating Poor customer service. They hung up in my face after trying to scam me out of $60 dollars. The technicians will show up without calling and then try to leave quickly and charge you a fee with out doing any work. This is bad business practice to (not mention this fee over the phone) Their plan is to send you an email explaining all the fees and if you don't see it then is your fault. Bad business you cant just email fees without The customer acknowledging or signing of on it. This is that old read the small print scam. I don't understand why you guys just can't simply give a courtesy call before heading out. but yet your technician called right when he gets in front of my door. But yet you guys call my phone three times harassing me for free money And then hang up in my face. Talk about bad customer service

The A/C system in one of my rentals in Atlanta was not working. I had 3 heating and cooling companies look at the unit. Anytime Heating & Cooling quoted over $800 for a temporary fix which they say may not last at all plus stating that the system must be replaced, and another company quoted over $400 plus replacing the system for $2,200. Joe from J&R came out to service the unit and found it was low on freon. He added 1.25 lb of freon for $143.75 and found the equipment in good condition, with no need for replacement. The A/C is now working and the tenant is happy. The highest quote I got was from Anytime Heating & Cooling and they did not respond to me with the quote for a new system as they had promised. I think either their technician does not know what he is doing or the company policy is to get the most from their customers, I will not use this company again in the future.

Our air conditioning went out this summer and now our heat went out this fall. Anytime came out for both issues and did an excellent job. I could not recommend them more. Stephen Charles and Charlie Battle were our technicians. Both were extremely professional, thorough, and nice. They both were very courteous and wore masks the whole time, which I greatly appreciated. Charlie even climbed in and out under the house in the pouring rain with no complaints. Scheduling service is a breeze, and the people in the office who do the scheduling are also great. When the technician is on their way, you can track their ETA online, which is also very helpful. I can not recommend Anytime more. I know they have my best interest in mind and that they will do a fast and excellent job.

Great technician who understands the AC system and was able to explain it well to us. It would have been better with technician wearing shoe covers and PPE mask. Also pricing was not explained in detail as there were unexpected costs that we found at the end of service. We ended up paying more than what we originally expected. Thank you

I greatly appreciated the text reminders on my phone a day before and then a picture and text before Elroy arrived on the day of service. Wish i could give a zero rating. I would strongly urge you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. I have cried many nights and questioned WHY ME? You may see some good reviews below, but this company has changed management and you WILL BE SORRY IF YOU USE THEM. Summary: My NEW A/C system WITH Anytime MALFUNCTIONED and FLOODED MY HOME. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. ESTES FOUND IT WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE WITH THE FAN IN THE SYSTEM AND FIXED IT!!!!!! Read more below. I'll keep this short, although I have a 40-page document prepared that was submitted to the state licensure board for negligent practices and I have sought legal counsel. Anytime installed a NEW a/c system in my home. Three weeks later the system LEAKED WATER CAUSING WATER AND ELECTRICAL DAMAGE TO THE ATIC and SECOND LEVEL OF THE HOME!!!!!!! Anytime came out to assess the problem and gave CONFLICTING ACCOUNTS of the reason for the leak. The initial invoice had no charge for the visit. However, after I questioned several aspects of the system functioning and install, a NEW invoice was issued for a $175 charge for the visit to check the leak (three weeks after NEW system install). It was a NIGHTMARE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE MANAGER MINDI BARKER. I felt she was just mean!! She stated after further review of the problem they found that the problem was NOT WARRANTY related, and I needed to pay. The invoice (still past due today) states I owe $175 plus late fees, with threats that it will go into collections. The REVISED invoice also notes a recommendation to get a new drain pan. A NEW DRAIN PAN IS CLEARLY ON THE NEW SYSTEM INSTALL WORK ORDER (they didn't do the work they promised). This would be an additional ($265). During the visit for the leak anytime states the water was needed vacuuming out of the lines. However, system was not blowing cool air, and still continued to leak after that. At this point I stopped dealing with ANYTIME heating and cooling. I was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!! The system STILL WAS NOT WORKING AND CONTINUED TO LEAK. I sought legal counsel. I had one company refuse to touch the system because they said it was NOT TO CODE and I needed to contact the licensure board and county building inspectors. I finally called ESTES (wonderful) and they came out and stated the following. THE FAN IN THE NEW SYSTEM WAS DEFECTIVE. IT WAS 100% a warranty issue. IT WAS CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL WATER DRAINAGE. They ordered the new part under warranty and changed it!! I am happy that the problem is now fixed. However, I'm still uneasy with the system overall because ANYTIME has shown that they are incompetent in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICIAN WORK. Double wammy!! This has been ongoing for three months!! I had to pay for electrical and water damage to my home. My tenant has had to take off work multiple times to be available for A/C work. The electrical bill at the house has been double the normal summer rate due to the faulty fan and the system working extremely hard to not get cool. I still owe ANYTIME $175 to NOT DIAGNOSE A WARRANTY PROBLEM for a newly installed system. MY drain pan still needs to be replaced ($265), which was on the install work order. I WAS ASKED TO CONSIDER TAKING DOWN A PREVIOUS REVIEW, AND I DID. I posted a bad customer service review on YELP, just after the install (but before I knew the system didn't work, because of my dealings with Mindi Barker in the office. The company refused to honor my service plan (DON'T BUY THAT WITH THEM!!) stating I would get 10% off servicing. They refused to honor the plan. After I posted the review on YELP, they decided to refund the service plan at $140, to rectify the problem ($70 less than the actual discount - petty)! THIS REVIEW WILL STAY!!
