We are a family-owned and operated company, having 30+ years of knowledge in home upkeep and remodeling in San Diego County. Mike Gorham, our owner, has a wealth of knowledge in multiple trades covering all phases of home building, renovations, repairs, enhancements, demolition, design, and landscaping. Mike started as a partner in a plumbing company, and later founded his own plumbing business and later diversified into framing, drywall, painting, electrical services, all plumbing aspects, troubleshooting, leak detection, mold remediation, gas line repairs, wood rot removal, and constructing ADUs.

We understand the full spectrum of home repair tasks and have over 30 years of experience in remodeling and constructing ADUs. Mike Gorham is well-informed about various plumbing systems, including water, gas, and irrigation. His career started as a mechanic and welding fabricator.
