Our business is family-run and locally operated, boasting over 30 years of experience in home maintenance and remodeling in San Diego County. The owner, Mike Gorham, possesses extensive expertise in various trades covering all phases of home building, renovations, repairs, enhancements, demolition, design, and landscaping. He began his career as a partner in a plumbing firm, then launched his own plumbing venture and later diversified into framing, drywall, painting, electrical services, all plumbing aspects, troubleshooting, leak detection, mold remediation, gas line repairs, wood rot removal, and constructing ADUs.

We understand the full spectrum of home repair tasks with more than three decades of experience in renovations and building accessory dwelling units. Mike Gorham is well-informed about various plumbing systems, including water, gas, and irrigation. He initially worked as a mechanic and welding fabricator. His meticulous attention to detail shows he genuinely cares about your home projects and he ensures you receive all the necessary information for your home transformation.
