As a family-operated enterprise, boasting over 30 years of experience in home maintenance and remodeling throughout the San Diego region. Mike Gorham, our owner, has a wealth of knowledge in multiple trades spanning all areas of home construction, remodeling, repairs, improvements, demolition, design, and landscaping. He began his career as a partner in a plumbing firm, before establishing his own plumbing service and later diversified into framing, drywall, painting, electrical services, all plumbing aspects, troubleshooting, leak detection, mold remediation, gas line repairs, wood rot removal, and constructing ADUs.

We understand the full spectrum of home repair tasks and possess extensive experience in remodeling and building additional units. Mike Gorham is highly knowledgeable about all plumbing aspects, including water, gas, and irrigation. He initially worked as a mechanic and welding fabricator. His careful attention to detail reflects his commitment to your home projects and he ensures you receive all the necessary information for your home transformation.
