Our business is family-run and locally operated, having 30+ years of knowledge in home upkeep and remodeling across the San Diego area. The owner, Mike Gorham, possesses extensive expertise in various trades including all aspects of home construction, remodeling, repairs, upgrades, demolition, design, and landscaping. Mike started as a partner in a plumbing company, then launched his own plumbing venture and eventually expanded to include framing, drywall, painting, electrical work, all plumbing types, troubleshooting, leak detection, mold remediation, gas pipe repair, wood rot removal, and building ADUs.

Our team is knowledgeable about various home repair needs with more than three decades of experience in renovations and building accessory dwelling units. Mike Gorham has deep expertise in all plumbing areas, such as water, gas, and irrigation. He began his journey as a mechanic and welding fabricator. His careful attention to detail reflects his commitment to your home projects and he is ready to offer all the vital information required for your home's makeover.
