Antelope Valley Plumbing is one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and best priced plumbing companies I've worked with. We have been using them for the past 6 years and this review is long overdue!

They have replaced toilets, bathroom sinks, shower heads, located a slab leak, rerouted our hot water line, installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal, replaced outdoor hose fixtures, and even fixed a leaking roof component on our solar heater for the pool.

To say that they have kept our house functioning would be an understatement! If you are in need of any plumbing work, save yourself the time and agony of working with less qualified people and call Antelope Plumbing - and get it done right the first time!

beware!!!! this is the second time we have used this plumber. the second leak, they rerouted the pipe. the job looked fine but we still had a leak. we were warned that there may be two leaks. however, after doing the work, we were told to go somewhere else for any further leaks. wth???? the water was still leaking in the same place. we don't know if the leak was properly fixed or it was another leak. they would not check to see if the leak was from the repair or from another leak. we asked them to check for another leak. we were told we just wanted something for nothing. i explained we were willing to pay to check for the leak, but that didn't matter. we were still accused of wanting something for nothing! because the water is still coming from the same area, we don't know if (1) it's a new leak, (2) it's the same leak or (3) it's a leak from the previous repair, which is ""still under warranty"". if they are unwilling to check for the leak, then their warranty means nothing. they told us to go somewhere else for this leak. the bottom line was we spent $3000 and still have a water leak. we were willing to pay, they were not willing to help. we called die hard plumbing, who they recommended.

please do not apologize...there was no misunderstanding!!! the owner was arrogant and rude and did not want to help us., even after he said he would come out again because he wanted to ""work with us"". he immediately got defensive about the plumber's work. he did not want to ""work with us"". again, we were accused of wanting something for nothing, as other customers have been. there was no reasoning and he would not listen to what we were saying. we just wanted our water back no matter the cost. It was the most ridiculous thing. i guess they didnt want our money!
if you were apologetic, it should've been shown before we were treated so rudely!!!!!!! they did recommend a repiping of which they did not give us an estimate and recommended another plumber! so the apology is total bs, please do not buy into it. if you expect a warranty or have an extensive repair, do not call this company. the customer service sucked and we were lied to (including in the apology).

Antelope Valley plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in all of the Antelope Valley. I had them come in 4 months ago. There was a younger man who came in and was doing the work he did a fairly good job however there were some mistakes. 4 months later (because we were busy those 4 months) the owner of the company comes to my house and looks at the work and immediately says that's not right And says that he will have someone out within the week. The owner, Mike made sure that the 2 guys that were going to come and fix the mistakes were highly knowledgeable of their job. We received a call before coming out we received a call when they got close and we received a call when they got here , how many companies are that dedicated to doing the right thing for their customers... not many unfortunately. They were very quick and professional with their job, they did it in about a 1/2 hour, and it looks beautiful. Then the owner came over on his golf day Saturday and fixed the hole that had been put in the wall, himself. I don't know about you, but when an owner takes his own time to complete the job correctly, it shows that this company is by far working for the customer and not just the money. I will only use this professional company to do ALL my plumbing jobs, and I recommend that you do too.

We were able to get someone to our home quickly after the landscaper broke the water main. We were initially very over-charged but when the owner returned he was very apologetic and quickly refunded the over payment. We will definitely use this company again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience with Benjamin that assisted with a dishwasher leak. We appreciated his kindness and patience since we had a physical therapist visit for a family member at the same time he was working, so the house was a bit busy. I would definitely recommend Antelope Valley Plumbing.

I made an appointment. The person helping me provided the soonest appointment and I asked for the price as I just got laid off. Every penny counts.

The person helping me said they can't provide free estimates. I understand that. I was going to thank him for his time but then he proceeded to say ""yeah just get somebody to do the job for free, that's ridiculous"" and hung up.

I understand the frustration, small business needs to make money too, but is it the proper way to handle customer service? I was just asking if they provide free estimates, that's all.

I hope this company can understand that there's a person on the other side of a phone call that are also struggling with money.

Maybe that person just had a bad day.

AV plumbing replaced my toilet and did a good job, but my issue was the price. I was informed that the day they came out to look at my toilet, the price for them coming out would be taken off the price to replace my toilet, if they came out to do the job another day. the day they came out to do the work, all of a sudden it was $100 more. when questioned, he stated he sent me an email, which i showed him i did not get, that had a different price than we spoke of. he then said it was $300 to come out that day and i stated that he didn't subtract the $98 from the day he came out. He was actually adding it in saying it was $398. I hate being taken advantage of. He finally charged me the correct price. Make sure you are clear on prices with this company.
