I made an appointment. The person helping me provided the soonest appointment and I asked for the price as I just got laid off. Every penny counts.

The person helping me said they can't provide free estimates. I understand that. I was going to thank him for his time but then he proceeded to say ""yeah just get somebody to do the job for free, that's ridiculous"" and hung up.

I understand the frustration, small business needs to make money too, but is it the proper way to handle customer service? I was just asking if they provide free estimates, that's all.

I hope this company can understand that there's a person on the other side of a phone call that are also struggling with money.

Maybe that person just had a bad day.

AV plumbing replaced my toilet and did a good job, but my issue was the price. I was informed that the day they came out to look at my toilet, the price for them coming out would be taken off the price to replace my toilet, if they came out to do the job another day. the day they came out to do the work, all of a sudden it was $100 more. when questioned, he stated he sent me an email, which i showed him i did not get, that had a different price than we spoke of. he then said it was $300 to come out that day and i stated that he didn't subtract the $98 from the day he came out. He was actually adding it in saying it was $398. I hate being taken advantage of. He finally charged me the correct price. Make sure you are clear on prices with this company.

So I called a plumbing company around 1 AM. On the website it claimed that they were 24 hours. I spoke to someone and provided my information. The lady stated that someone will reach me within a half hour to arrange a quick visit or to set up an appointment early in the morning. Did not hear from them So I ended up calling antelope Valley plumbing. They quickly set up an appointment and the timeframe was between 10 and 12. As it turns out, they call me around 9:30 am saying that someone can be there in five minutes. Robert showed up ready to resolve the issue with my clogged toilet. Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, smart and was able to resolve the issue with my clogged toilet within minutes. I must say that I Will use this company as I was very happy and pleased with the service and work. I recommend envelope valley plumbing to anyone that's having issues with the plumbing.

I left a message last night regard needing the Hose Bib's on our home serviced. Received a call this morning from Cora this morning, she left me a message, I retuned her call and she told me that Benjamin was in my area and he could be here between 11:00 and 14:00, told her that was fine. He arrived around 11:30.

Clean, pleasant and professional, vehicle and person, would be my description. He repaired the problems quickly no hesitation with minimum headache. Very satisfied I would recommend them to anyone and will surely use them again.

In todays world calling a contractor to work on your home is such a gamble, be assured this is not the case with AV Plumbing.

It is also noted that should you decide to DIY it and you break something it will cost you substantially more than calling the pro's at AV Plumbing.

I appreciated the quick response to my call about my swamp cooler on the roof of my mobile home not working. I had thought the issue was fixed last fall when I had a plumber come out through my home warranty company. Unfortunately, the leaks in the main line from the swamp cooler continued. So, the line was completely replaced, and it works great! Chris and Thomas were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and got it done, so thank you so much AV Plumbing! I will definitely be calling them again in October, when the cooler weather sets in, to get it winterized (to prevent this from happening again!!).

I bought a house in Lake Hughes that needed a lot of plumbing work done. Every person I interacted with from the office folks to Benjamin the technician who did the work was awesome. Price was fair, work was done and done well!

As the technician was finishing up after working all day, the main water line broke, and he stayed and fixed it. Rockstars!

I will never use another company again.
