Another fantastic experience with AV Plumbing and Robert R. We needed someone to fix our leaking kitchen sink and AV Plumbing was able to come out within a couple days. Robert R fixed everything we needed and more. He went above and beyond to help us. He gave us insight to some other issues we identified since moving in. I 100% recommend AV Plumbing and Robert R. He's a great guy and fun to be around too!

Fast response in assisting me with my problem, my wayer heater died and i called for sn estimate, Robert R. Came out the next day provided excellent service to me. I called a few days later, Laneicia assisted me in scheduling me for my water heater to be replaced. She also provided me in solving my issue, i was surprised that they could schedule me so quickly, she was polite with excellent customer service skills. I had a slab leak in my house, and Mike L. and Chris C. did a good repair. Apparently, the stress of turning the water off and on caused another leak, and it was a real tricky thing to diagnose. AV Plumbing couldn't get back immediately so they recommended another company specializing in leak detection. This guy came out, and, in fact, probably found the leak, but he didn't take time to understand the actual plumbing setup in my house. Lucky for me, he couldn't get back to repair it soon, so I called AV Plumbing. Mike L. came and spent almost a whole day figuring out the system. He got it right. Ended up by-passing 3 cold lines and 1 hot line. I have used AV Plumbing for years, and don't intend to change. Great job by Mike and Chris.

On May 19, 2021 Mike B. From AV Plumbing came out to clear out our backed up kitchen sink, he used his high speed chain knockers through 2-inch kitchen clean out. Mike B. performed wall to wall drain cleaning from 40 ft. where drain ties into our main line all the way back to clean out. He did a phenomenal job, and I wanted to acknowledge his hard work, friendliness & professionalism. Thanks to Mike B. my kitchen drain is cleared out, and I'm very satisfied how everything is running smoother now. Thank you again Mike B. for a job well done.
