A few months ago my water facuet in my tub as I was taking a shower at 5am went bad and I could not get it off and the water was running I called them told them it was an emergency and they had someone at my house immediately. That really saved my water bill plus they went out of there way to fix it without charging me a lot I give them an 10 on there pricing/ and customer service. You won't go wrong using this company

Mr. Robert Richardson, Jr. was the Plumbing Technician that installed two Cut-off valves to direct waterflow usage. We experienced a serious water damage problem recently inside the house from a faulty hose under the kitchen sink. In other words, he was supporting Next Steps efforts to remedy a water damage problem that could likely occur again. He installed a system around using cut-off valves where we as homeowners could control when the water flows.
When using one valve, we could control the water going in the house as we come and go. We could use another valve to control the water for the sprinkler system and hoses outdoors.
Mr. Robert Richardson, Jr. worked All Day and Alone. His work required digging and going under the house where the rough plumbing is located in order to get the job done.
Kudos to Antelope Valley Plumbing for having a highly trained, sensible, and certified Plumber on their Team!

Robert came by to take a look at the issue I was having with my water pressure in the house. He ended up calling before our appointment to see if it was an issue if I would be ready for him earlier. We experienced a clog that caused water to come up drains in a different bathroom other than the one where a shower was being taken at. Since we have a septic tank system, they sent Robert R to help clear the problem. He is highly qualified in septic systems. He skillfully used a variety of techniques and equipment to learn the lay of our system, identify the location of the clog, and clear it. Robert also installed a new clean-out for us, to help make any possible future cleanings more easily. We really appreciate how he kept us well informed of what he was doing, the progress he was making, and what we could expect from his actions. Listening to his clear explanations about septic systems was to us like being in a Septic 101 class. We're definitely calling AV Plumbing and Robert for our future septic system services.
