I called in to have a leaky shower head fixed. The lady on the phone was super pleasant and accommodated my schedule needs. On the day of the appointment, I received a text that the service technician was on the way and Tim arrived shortly thereafter, well within the window of time they said he would. He was professional and knowledgeable and had the leak stopped in no time. I've tried other plumbing services, but AV Plumbing is the best.

We just had .Tim. with AV Plumbing come and install a new upstairs toilet that had given us many issues. He was so very helpful with keeping us updated on what he was doing and explaining each step. Do not use this company. claimed that he $95 charge for the call was to be deducted off any work done and included seeing what the leak was from. Did not find the leak, claimed I needed a $700-800 pressure regulator and charged $150 to repair a running toilet. Charges are outrageous and a complete ripoff from a really bad plumber. Charged $350 overall and basically fixed a running toilet. Total time on the job? Just over an hour.
Really cannot tell you to stay away from this company too far enough! Awful!

ADDED: So from the explanation I received it appears I was charged $200 for a no show leak detection (which I cancelled before the guy was on his way) and $150 to change out a toilet fill part(s). BTW, Those parts at Home Depot were about $20 for the entire system. I'm not sure what you call that other than a RIPOFF! Do not use these clowns,

From the initial phone call to home service, the staff from Antelope Valley Plumping was wonderful! Our technician, Isidro, arrived for same day service, was easy to talk to, didn't waste any time and fixed our problem! We would highly recommend!

I would appreciated if the gal who answered the phone would have told me there will be a visit service charge of $98 for someone to come out, inspects and gives me a quote before proceeding with the work. Are you kidding me? $98 for a ""service fee"" when they haven't even done anything! Get out of here! Highway robbery!
