We had a leak in our sink and based on top reviews we called Andy to come fix it. The first time he came he couldn't find the source of the leak. When we saw that it was still leaking after he left and we told him it was most likely the water supply valve, he came back and said we needed to put putty around our dishwasher air gap which we did. A few days later and the leak is even worse and is puddled under our sink. We called a different plumber who was able to find and fix the leak (which ended up being the water supply valve like we thought!) within 15 minutes and for 2.5x cheaper.

Two days ago everything stopped draining in the house and we had overnight guests coming. I reached out to three plumbers I worked with before. No one was available.
