This review is based solely on initial contact. I called to see if they could fix my stopped up shower drain. The person answered the phone ""hello."" so I had to ask if I had reached Andy's plumbing. I explained our situation and he seemed to think it was funny. He told me he was too busy today and when I asked if they could come tomorrow morning he told me he doesn't start until 10-12! What plumber starts that late!?! It really seemed like he didn't want the job.

What's the worst thing that could happen when you are left in charge of your family's apartment complex? Well besides a major catastrophe, it's gotta be a plumbing issue. Costly and often times not helpful, plumbers are their own breed of people. Yet Andy manages to break every stereotype and sets the bar high for others in his field of work. I called him late Monday night and although he could have come there and then we made an appointment for the next day instead. He was courteous and helpful and given the type of fix that was needed, well priced. It's nice to know that I have someone I can call anytime if anything else breaks down before my dad gets home, thanks again Andy! My brother and I are grateful beyond words!

My kitchen sink started to back up everytime my neighbor upstairs used their sink...SOS!!! I gave Andy a call on a Saturday morning and he was able to come down immediately within 3 hrs and worked his magic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! I was able to get live contact with Andy immediately which was awesome because he answered not knowing how big or small my problem was. Andy committed to be out at my residence the next day, he was on time and called me with his findings. Upon approval of the repairs Andy started the work and had me up and running in a few hours. Called Andy and explained that I thought my main line was clogged and required rooter service. He said he could come by the next morning and arrived as planned. Even called first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment and address and then called about 20 minutes prior to arrival.

I also mentioned to Andy that our toilets were making noise every 10 minutes or so. It sounded like they were re-filling or topping off with water. Andy sugeested it could be the parts inside the tank had worn down and leaking. Andy was correct. He repaired three toilets...problem solved!!

Andy billed me the quoted price and we agreed on a price for the toilet repairs which was very reasonable.

Andy followed up, charged what he quoted, knows what he's doing and is a very nice guy. I highly recommend Andy.
