Andy was great! He was able to come out quickly to take care of an issue we had with the garbage disposal - and he even had spare replacement units on hand! I know the repair was much more difficult and time consuming than he'd planned but he made sure the job got done the right way, and offered me a good tip on continued maintenance as well.

*Covid review addition - Andy came with a mask on, kept it on the whole time, and made sure to maintain social distancing when discussing the issue with me, all with a friendly smile you could see behind that mask!

My family and I would like to give Andy and his associate 5 stars for their quick response, phenomenal service, and very reasonable pricing. We've had plumbers in the past that have taken short-cuts with their work unbeknownst to us and we felt so cheated when plumber after plumber continued to do so causing us so much in costs whenever our home came up for inspection. Andy pointed out every error, gave thorough explanation, and broke down every penny us. Andy's is our go-to plumbing specialist now! We will recommend him to our family and friends. Andy estimated $300 over the phone to install a toilet. After arriving, he informed me that there might be complications since it is an old toilet and drain that would raise the cost to $750 or $2500. I appreciated his describing these possible outcomes, but it would have been good to hear this over the phone before his visit. He did not bring a helper to move the new and old toilets. I decided not to proceed, and Andy charged a $100 visit fee. I later asked him to renovate the flush valve in the old toilet, and he declined to do that type of work. He did not show up for the original appointment (car trouble) and was late for the second appointment.

Andy was very prompt on calls and texts even on a Sunday. He replaced a corroded garbage disposal but also let me know that the previous installation was not done safely with wiring left exposed. With a modest additional cost he and his electrician came back the next day to fix it properly.

Had an emergency with my shower. Called Andy after a quick Yelp search. He responded immediately and scheduled a good time with me that was convenient. He came by and gave me a quote and explained to me that I needed to schedule a water shut off with the building for the repair as it wasn't a quick fix. Andy helped me manage the water shut off for the job and also saved me a few hundred by not having to replace some of the tile in the shower that a few previous plumbers told me I would have to do to fix the problem. Great communication as he was always in contact with me via text and phone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs work from small to big. Andy is unbelievable. I have had a void in plumbing services downtown LA since my last go-to left the area.
