With guests staying over, we woke up to toilets that wouldn't flush. Andy check availability of his crew, and when they were not finished with other jobs, Andy came over himself and was on the job later in the morning. He first tried to snake out the main line, but got caught up in roots. He called in his high-pressure water guy and the two of them cleared the line, going over it several times to make sure (confirmed by camera) that all the roots were gone. While the added service was more expensive than I had originally planned, Andy worked with me and we came to an agreeable price. He was attentive, professional, and did not try to oversell additional work. I appreciated his prompt service and his gentle and friendly attention to our neighbor, getting us access to my neighbors driveway to complete the work. I will definitely call on Andy for future work.

Andy is an absolute hero. I called him on a Sunday afternoon when my main line was clogged and I had all kinds of stuff pouring out of the cleanout and onto my front lawn. He came within 2 hours and cleared the clog - which was not especially easy as the snake got stuck a couple times on whatever was clogging the pipe. Andy gave me some tips on how to keep it from happening in the future and charged me a fair price - even with the last minute call out on a weekend.

I cracked our hose bib watering the garden tonight. I thought I could hold the leak off until morning with silicon tape -- but I was very wrong... it kept getting worse and worse. I called Andy around 9:00pm, basically in a panic, and told him what was going on. He was at my house within 30 minutes and showed me how to shut the water off (I know, I'm not very handy) and then proceeded to kneel in the mud under this leaking bib and remove the weld, and install an entirely new bib. Leak is totally fixed, and I don't have to panic all night long. I put his magnet on my fridge and will call him first for anything in the future. If you are in the mid-city area -- make this your first call.
