Andy's guys rescued me from my DIY faucet debacle. The old faucet had frozen into place. The old was was dislodged and new one installed perfectly, with no fuss, and works better than the old one ever did. This is the second time I've used Andy. He's now my go to plumber.

My water heater went out. My neighbor recommended Andy Castillo Plumbing. She had more done on her plumbing and was more than satisfied. I called and within a couple hours, Gus was at my house. He sized up the problem and answered all of my questions. I was leaning toward replacement before he came, but he took time to explain the options, which made me very comfortable with my decision. Gus worked hard and let me watch while explaining every step of the process. I learned a lot. By the time the job was finished, Gus and I were friends. Plumbing repairs shouldn't be this much fun. Andy Castillo plumbing is an excellent, highly professional service. They really know what they're doing, and are dedicated to their work. They changed out my water heater that leaked all into my attic as well as a toilet within two days, and left the place sparkling when done. Really stand up people, very polite and genuinely want to help.

They Always try to fix rather than swap which I really appreciate. They're always trying to take the most economical yet top quality approach to solving the issues.

Gus was fantastic. He came, inspected the toilet, realized it's completely outdated, but still went out to see if a part would be available for it, and after exhausting all options, came back with options and recommendations. Once we gave him the go ahead to swap it out, he came back with a new one that afternoon and finished the job in an hour, leaving the bathroom perfectly clean. No footprints and dirt tracking all over the house..
