I contacted Andy(owner of ACP) to look at a plumbing issue that a termite company had pointed out during an inspection prior to the sale of my house. He gave me an estimate of $xxx. I said thanks, I'll let you know. Andy was really professional, knowledgeable, honest and prompt. Yes, I used Andy after encountering a dismissive local Montebello plumbing company employee(owner himself) that came out and was just the opposite of Andy's demeanor and business acumen. The job went well, no hiccups and was finished ahead of schedule. Use ACP again? YES!

I have used Andy three times for various plumbing needs. He always answers his phone, is on time and very reliable. He takes the time to explain things to me. He changed a part of my mainline sprinkler pipe a few months ago and spend over an hour at my house evaluating the various options without me committing to the work. The quality of his work is excellent and he uses good materials. I highly recommend him.

Andy (and his guys) have been out a couple of times to fix/replace things both inside and outside our house. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. Additionally, he is more than reasonable when it comes to billing for the work performed (even waiving the service charge when there was a small issue - not of his making - after a recent repair). I could not recommend him more highly.

All I can say is WOW - this was a very great experience with Andy Castillo plumbing! I have used his service several times over the years but this time it was just extremely great service!

Unfortunately my main water pipe broke, in the garden and thank God I was just standing there when it happened! I shut off the water and called Andy! He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable! He send out his worker but the work was more extensive! Next day Andy and two workers came to figure out what needed to be done! My house is old and some pipes, specially the one that broke are galvanized! Anyway, Andy's crew had to dig up my garden, crawl underneath the house to put new pipes in!

Since rain was in the forecast, he scheduled the workers for the following week and offered to put a temporary pipe to my garage so I could do my laundry! I thought it could wait, declined but since the rain lasted several more days I called Any again to ask for the temporary pipe and he send out one worker who put the pipe up during pouring rain! So amazing!

The workers came after the rain, digging up my garden, working all day! Very clean and on time, good Communication! After the work was done, I was amazed how need they put my garden back together!

Really highly recommend Any Castillo Plumbing! Just fantastic!

When I first moved in my agent suggested Andy for some re-piping work that needed to be done to bring the pipes in the restroom up to code. Andy explained everything that needed to be done and the time it take to get it done. Andy and his team brought everything up to code at a fair price and got it done very quickly and in a timely manner. Fast forward a few years when a gas line needed to be replaced, Andy was my first call. I would HIGHLY recommend Andy Castillo Plumbing!! and intend to continue to go to them for any future work.

I would have actually rated 5 stars, but there was a communication glitch between Andy and his employee and I ended up having them come a day later than expected. However, Andy was great in taking responsibility and making it right the next day. His employee came, assessed the problem and quickly fixed the issues (a stuck garbage disposal and clogged bath tub). They were in and out in about 20 minutes. I'm a fan and would definitely use them again!

This is the second time that I called him. The first time was last year when there was a bad leak in the bathroom sink and the faucet had to be replaced. I called him again recently because there was an explained large leakage of water on the rug, and the the pop-up sink stopper in 2 sinks kept on leaking water.
Andy was remarkably prompt and professional. In both cases, I needed someone to fix it right away, and he was so responsive. When he came, he found the problem immediately in all cases. He even went above and beyond the call of duty, because we discovered I didn't have the part to fix the second sink, and had to have it sent to me. He came back free of charge to make sure the second sink was fixed. His rates are very fair, and he is very personable.
