Our mains water line burst, and we needed to find a plumber right away. We were able to get several quotes the very same day to repipe the entire line as our old galvanized pipes had reached its age. There were a wide range of approaches proposed, which got confusing, and some companies appeared to drive up the cost by unnecessarily suggesting breaking into the concrete floor of our patio. Andy's approach was the most sensible and least invasive. Thankfully we went with Andy as we are 100% satisfied with his quality of work.

Andy is personable and honest, responsive with his communication, and his prices are reasonable. He uses quality parts and used special joints that look and feel sturdy. While most of the piping was installed underground, he added insulation to segments of the copper line that were overground, so nothing was exposed to the sun or other elements. Great attention to detail!

I used Andy Castillo Plumbing to assist with relocating a couple of water heaters and the associated gas/ water lines. The previous situation was supremely half assed and dangerous. Him and his crew demolished a storage space the next room over and made a new laundry area and reinstalled the 2 water heaters with new proper venting. It was his idea to run it that way and its been working great ever since.
This was almost 6 y, ears ago when I bought my place in the 90032. When it was all done he came through the next evening and made sure everything was good to go and that I was good with the work. In the end it was double what I expected to spend but the solution that was presented to me was the best and safest way to go.

We called Andy Castillo in an emergency because we had a pipe break leading into our house. While Andy was not available that day to fix the issue he was still able to send his guys out to check out the problem almost immediately and they fixed it the very next morning. The guys did quality work digging up the pipe and burying everything again in a tidy fashion. Andy personally came by to deliver the invoice and make sure we were happy with the job he even came back personally later so that we could connect our drip system to the pipes they installed. Andy and his team are quality neighborhood plumbers and fairly priced for the quality of work. Thanks Andy!
