Rep John came out and provided a quote for a few things including air conditioner repair. He was on time, very friendly and professional. I accepted the air conditioner quote and he told me someone would be in contact with me that afternoon (Fri June 25). Didn't hear from anyone by Mon June 28, so I called. They told me that someone should be out to me Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, I hadn't seen anyone, so I called to check. That rep said she had no record of the Tues/Wed promise or even that I called on Monday, and that someone would be out by July 5. That was not acceptable for two reasons: it isn't what I was promised and I will have family in town all weekend, so I don't want to sit around waiting for arrival and repairs. Due to this, she said she would put a note in to have someone out ASAP. It's Friday, July 2. Nobody has arrived. I called again. I was told that I was scheduled for July 5, that nobody would be out before then, and that she wasn't even sure why they had me on the schedule because they aren't accepting new customers. I get that everywhere is busy right now, but this place needs to get it together. Awful first experience and customer service in general. I cancelled my a/c order and won't contact them for anything else.

Received a call for service following a puchase from one of the big box stores. Caller decided to leave a voice message with some of the basic information and required a call back to provide further details.
He did leave some of the following info:
Drive to location: $59.00
Service fee (or whatever he called it): $89.00
None of this was part of the actual installation fee.
So as it turns out the installation has been delayed because I opted for a different finish as well as a different type of attachment to ceiling.
Needed to get it all ironed out before I call for the service.
Right?
A few days following the initial call I get another phone call from this guy.
I was in the middle of a business transaction at the time but was curious, so asked why the $59.00 fee. He goes on to explain he has a crew, vans, they need gas, price of gas is $3.50+, tires, etc.
Sorry, NOT sorry. Dude, every biz has those kinda things to deal with and they don't just bill it to their customers like that.
And your tone didn't give me those warm fuzziness either.
I had to interrupt his tangent to ask that he cut to the chase and give me a ballpark because I was at an appointment.
Basically, if he has to bring a ladder for a ceiling of a specific height it's automatically $500, for just ONE fan.
A ceiling fan that's simply replacing one already in existence.
He could have provided same details in the voice-mail initially left.
Why leave only the cost of two things when apparently you have a more detailed breakdown?
And the ""locations throughout the valley"" -but an automatic $59 to come to wherever you're located.
His call interrupted my morning, my appointment. I certainly didn't anticipate an attitude from someone looking for my business.
So impatient.
Absolutely no consideration for clients schedule.
Simply wouldn't recommend.
And I can't believe this biz was one recommended on big box stores list of contractors for such jobs.

I got a call for a job interview last week I tried To call on Friday to set up the interview for the following week she left for the day so I couldn't talk to her I called on Monday she was in a meeting left my phone number in my name for her to call me back she never dead she left for the day called on Tuesday left another message no return phone calls called on Wednesday I just asked if she wanted to interview me The lady told me to hold on and then she hung up on me I called back and asked if she was still on and be me and the woman on the phone told me the position has already been filled out in the position to be filled when you didn't even interview me so I think that's just total BS that you can fill a position and you have not even interviewed me and I have amazing skills for the position that you were wanting that is total and complete bullshit what you did to me and I hope nobody works for your company again

Our AC went out after coming home from a weekend trip. Thankfully it wasn't 115deg. I called Andrews Monday am and they had someone here by the end of day. Jorge was great! He wore a mask to protect my family from Covid. Jorge had the AC up & running within a couple hours. It was late and the sun had already set, buy Jorge was still working.
Jorge explained what failed and showed us the failed part repaired. He also explained to is how it failed and how we can better manage the AC unit.
Thank you Andrews! We will call again.

Don't hire them keep them away believe what I tell you they will be back Time After Time After Time because they have technicians you just don't know what they're doing. It doesn't matter whether it's Plumbing or air conditioning keep them away. Also if you're even considering getting a job with them don't you won't be there long or you will be made a scapegoat

Was on the 10 freeway headed to Phoenix. And Van #75 was driving behind me. He was tailgating me and my family , he was yelling and very belligerent, he flipped us off and was yelling curse words at us. He started swerving in and out of traffic going absolutely nowhere since traffic eventually came to a stand still. We pulled up next to him and he flipped us off again.
Sorry Andrew's but due to his actions I'll never recommend Andrews to anyone.

Andrew's has helped me out three times now over that past 10 years. They have the best technicians and they have proven to go the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.
Today, 115 degrees outside, my AC died. I called my home warranty (HW) and was placed on hold for one hour. When I finally spoke to the HW rep the best they could do was have someone call me Monday. My spouse called two other companies, the first one said they were booked out to Thursday. The other company said they would have a technician call us back - they never called back. I kept saying, ""you need to call Andrew's ""
We called Andrew's and we had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. Our technician, Juan, stayed with us until he got our AC running again.
Hands down Andrew's is the BEST.

We had a new unit installed in April. The guys were great. They were able to complete everything in one day. We were noticing that the bedrooms were warmer then the rest of the house. They came back out and installed new, larger duct work that allowed air to flow better, at no additional charge. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Andrew's in the future.

Have to say that this company goes the extra mile to do the job right the first time!!!
