We had a new unit installed in April. The guys were great. They were able to complete everything in one day. We were noticing that the bedrooms were warmer then the rest of the house. They came back out and installed new, larger duct work that allowed air to flow better, at no additional charge. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Andrew's in the future.

Was charged almost $400 just to get a quote for a repair that would only be about $500. Was not aware that we would be charged for a quote but it was in the fine print so that's on me, Was not told when tech was going to show up, but did receive a call demanding payment for the estimate when he did. Customer service is poor and very expensive. They may do great work but I'm not going to hire them to find out. Too bad.

I had a service call from Andrews Plumbing in Phoenix, I thought I had a problem with my master shower as I could not get any hot water, tech came out, was here for less than ten minutes, turned on the hot water in shower and guess what I had hot water, I can't explain it nor could he, I said to him ""I hope you didn't travel far to my home"" he said ""oh no less than 15 minutes"" and than the best part came he said ""your charge is $133.50, I said you have to be kidding, well he wasn't, I wrote him a check and said ""this is criminal"" you did nothing but turn on the hot water control, people do yourself a favor and NEVER call this company, yes something should have been charged but this was truly CRIMINAL.

I have never met a company with this much integrity!! I trust them with my home and my business. I called out another company for my father's AC unit. They wanted to charge him $2500. We got a second opinion from Andrew's and got all squared away for next to nothing. When we mentioned how the other company tried to screw us the tech from Andrews said ""I'd like to think he just misdiagnosed."" Such class!!! Top notch service. Love them!!!!

Initially was quoted $145.00 for one ceiling fan installation. Technician showed up on time, very polite and knowledgeable but told me I need a new ""pancake box"" which is the metal ceiling fan box that mounts to the studs. The technician said the existing box was not strong enough to hold the fan I had purchased and recommended to be changed out. I said ""ok"" what is the price. I was quoted $90.00. I thought wow, that is pricey but I went ahead with it. After the bedroom fan was changed I had the tech look at my living room fan which continually had a ticking noise. He again recommended I change the ceiling fan box out to one he recommended. Ok, no problem if that is what was needed to secure the fan and eliminate the ticking noise. Again quoted another $90.00 for a new box plus another $75.00 to take down and reinstall the existing fan. Total bill was $422.00 to install one fan and reinstall another fan.
Having been a little skeptical on paying $90.00 for each ceiling fan box mount I went to Home Depot this morning just to check and see what they were charging for the same box. Yes, to my surprise Hope Depot was only charging $3.29 per ceiling fan box. Wow, talk about a mark up!! I was taken to the cleaners paying $90.00 each:( I do not believe I will be using this company again. I am all for paying a good price for products and services rendered, but paying $90.00 for a box costing $3.22 is highway robbery!

I called my electric company who does rebates for new installations and told them we were in need of a new heat pump so they sent Andrews Refrigeration to our house. The tech was very friendly he came in did his assessment and told me he would email me a quote later, I gave him my email address and he left. I thought this was odd as I had other quotes previously and I had a quote in hand before they left. I text like a day or two later and he said he was hoping to send it by the end of the day. About a week from when he came out I received a text asking if I received it, when I said no he told me to send him my email address and he'd resend it. The quote was NOT worth waiting for. It was bare minimum of what was required and higher than anyone else's.

Wish I could give TEN stars! Spoke to sweet Lisa to set up an appointment, she assured me that a technition would be out, SAME DAY! Andy arrived, very clean polite and professional. We were getting a second opinion as another company told us that we needed a new unit. He diagnosed the problem, left to get the part, repaired the unit in less than an hour and a half. Charged me a very reasonable rate. Told me my a/c unit looks to be in great shape, no need for a replacement.
Thank God for honest, trustworthy businesses like ANDREWS!!!
