Toilet had a small leak and he was prompt and did a great job. Same thing happened with our toilet. He did an exceptional job. Had to call him regarding a small a concern that something else may have been wrong. He came out and said it was under warranty. Super honest and professional. Wouldn't even try of calling anyone else. I can't recommend him enough.

Andrew is the only plumber I will ever use. He has installed 3 toilets, 4 bath sinks, my kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and 2 outside faucets over the last 2 years. He is the absolute best plumber out there. He stands by his work and is professional and neat. People like Andrew only come along once in a lifetime. He is competent, responsible, honest and fairly priced. I am writing this review because people who go above and beyond to get it right should be acknowledged. As soon as I decide on my bathtub and shower fixtures, I'll be calling Andrew again. He is a pleasure to do business with. He is always in a great mood and brings positive vibes with him. He truly is the best! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Called twice left voicemail and never received a call back. Very unprofessional. How complicated is to return a call to at least say that there too busy for a service call?

Andrew Pino is a life saver! Would give 6 stars if possible. We have had many good encounters with him but best story is that he installed a new toilet with bidet toilet seat for my wife the day before she was going to be induced to have her baby. All other plumbing outfits said it couldn't be done, but he told us witch parts distributors to call to get it done in 36 hours. I'm getting a little more work done by him on my house and his estimates are one third (YES 1/3) the price of the big time plumbing companies out there. He's so good that he's very busy and hard to get on the phone but leave a clear message and he'll call you back every time.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, on time and he explained things. I wanted a new water heater because I am going to rent my house, but he said I didn't need one yet. Which saved me a lot of money. will use him for all my plumbing issues.

What compliment can I give to Andrew that has not already been written? However, I can definitely say that he is a superb and skilled plumber. On top of that, he is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He has always shown up on time and he does his work quickly and efficiently. Andrew has done everything from replacing water lines in the kitchen, replacing leaky pipes, installing a new drain pipe for the washer, and rooting out the sewer line. As he is only one guy, it may take a few days before he can get around to you. But he always calls back and will talk with you to schedule the work you need. I highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing work you may need.
