Andrew just left my place after fixing my sump pump. This is the second time he's helped me - he's my plumbing hero! He always tries to minimize costs, and actuallly went to bat for me with City of San Rafael regarding a permit. He does beautiful, clean work and responds immediately when you're in a plumbing jam!

Andrew is the best and I have pretty exacting standards (Am difficult to please by some people's.) He calls back quickly, gets there quickly especially if it's time sensitive (and if not, still timely), and gets the job done quickly and well (which when billing by the hour makes a big difference). I particularly appreciate him because he listens well and talks to me about what is going on (even though I am a girl but not as if I am a girl), he doesn't seem to mind at all when I watch him working (I find it all fascinating) or ask questions (I really want to know what is going on with the plumbing on our property). He lets me know if what I am asking him to do could end up going sideways (the house was built in 1955 and that old pipe might break off rather than unscrew) and we figure out together what to do from there and whether he should come back at a later date in case there are issues. In every case he has been able to finesse the plumbing and get the job done without issue. Out of all our vendors, he is far and away my favorite and I would have him canonized if I could. He sometimes comes with an assistant who is also a lovely addition. I am always happy when Andrew and Louie are working on our house because I know it is going to be well taken care of. I tried to talk him into doing handy work and electrical, and to do our remodel, but he refused. Sigh, oh well. Seriously, you will appreciate him. He is a good man who knows how to work hard and take care of his customers. And if I didn't mention I thought his prices are fair, I think they are extremely fair for what he brings to the job.

Andrew is a great plumber....fair, knowledgable, competent and kind. All things important to someone like me who knows nothing about plumbing. He came out on short notice four days ago to deal with a leak in under the sink which had saturated a wood floor.....then returned to bring the pipes under the sink to code. He was fast and explained everything. I have a great plumber finally.

Took a bit of time to get an appointment but when Andre arrived and did the work, it was worth it. Only four stars because he is busy and a bit hard to get ahold of.
