I desperately needed a Home insurance inspection and was happy to get a referral for Andreas and called John, he was very polite and helpful with all my questions because I've never had to do this before for my homeowners insurance. He made my appointment right away and came right on time as requested, did his inspection in a timely manner! Best price I could find anywhere for this type of inspection, looked at all items needed and took plenty of pictures as well. When completed he emailed my invoice to me which made it convenient to forward to my insurance company.

Had these guys come and install a water leak detection device my insurance company was requesting . I also had them install a gas shutoff valve in the event of an earthquake it will shut the gas off threw the house

John and his workers ( their name Sal and Jorge ) really did a good job and neat. They arrived on time and mostly early than my appointment. They fixed leaking in my bathroom and repainting whole bathroom. I'm very satisfied with the results and my bathroom look new now.
