John came out to find out why my garage door wouldn't open and has referred me to a specialist since John determined it wasn't an electrical problem or power issue. John himself is an incredible property inspector and can help, fix, or refer someone to solve the problem if he can't. He's courteous and reliable and I trust and refer him to everyone.

Very happy with my choice of inspection company. I was a little overwhelmed by the number of home inspection companies available in my area. After checking the Yelp reviews, I called a couple and found out their prices are about the same. John sounded knowledgeable and the fact he specialized in plumbing was a big plus because we've had plumbing issues with older buildings before. He did a very thorough inspection and explained to us what we saw. Although the building has many problematic areas, most of them are easily fixable which was important to know.
The report was sent to us 48 hours after the inspection, exactly as promised. It's a tremendous help in our purchase decision. I will definitely call John again if the need arises.

They do good work and have reasonable rates. I guess they are really busy now since it has been a major struggle trying to set up appointments to finish a project. I have had to follow up multiple times before getting them out the first few times. There is one step left and I have contacted them 5 separate times and I got one response. Still no appointment set. I'd rather be told ""We are too busy to take on your case"" than to be stuck in limbo having to keep following up like this.
