They do good work and have reasonable rates. I guess they are really busy now since it has been a major struggle trying to set up appointments to finish a project. I have had to follow up multiple times before getting them out the first few times. There is one step left and I have contacted them 5 separate times and I got one response. Still no appointment set. I'd rather be told ""We are too busy to take on your case"" than to be stuck in limbo having to keep following up like this.

This company did an amazing job! Due to the crazy rains we had, my home sustained some water damage 10 days before the close of escrow! John was very attentive, gave me an honest estimate and started work right away. He oversaw all aspects of the job and made sure it was completed on time. Andres Fault provided a competitive quote, (I received 2 others) to replace outside hose bibs and update the water pressure valve. The work was excellent. The staff was on time and completed the work. I called them on one item and they were back the next day to check on things. I would definitely use them again.
