Could not have been a better experience! Found Andreas fault property services on an Amazon Local Deal and thought it was time to install a earthquake shutoff valve on our Gas line. I emailed the company and had a response within an hour. John asked for a few photos of our gas meter and I sent them back. Again a quick response on a price installed. We set a time and date and that was it.
He showed up on time, fast clean install and was done and gone in 40mins and at the exact price quoted. I wish all companies and contractors were like John and this company.

I have used John at Andrea's Fault for many many years! John and Robert used to complete all the preservation work on my REO properties. the company has knowledge with a variety of different types of important specialties. What I like most about andreas fault is the customer service and honesty. I don't know how many times i've heard experiences people have had using different contractors. But in my personal opinion, i have NEVER had an issue with them. They are Honest, Communicate effectively and at the end of the day they actually Do what they say they would. John has provided for my clients, bids or estimates on work on repairs the property needed. Home Inspections, Mold/Moisture inspections, and also was able to complete the plumbing certs with the cita9 report for my sales in Los Angeles. John also has knowledge of reap in los angeles and is familiar with the process. He is highly knowledgable, certified and licensed. I highly recommend you call John. Great service. after three different plumbers had come and had not solved the problem, The guys from Andreas Fault Property Services were able to identify the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself!

Wonderful experience! John Cipres and his crew - Frank, Robert and the rest of the guys are terrific. They are all very professional and talented. Communication was great in regard to the days and times they were coming out. Our last project together was a total redo of my guest bathroom. Price was very fair. They are all perfectionist with great design ideas. They suggested I install the tile in a different direction than I wanted to and they designed a ""custom"" nook instead of a standard medicine cabinet. I followed their suggestions and my bathroom looks fantastic! First project was earthquake shut-off valve...I was so impressed I called them for a new water heater and our third project together was the bathroom. I will use them for all my future home improvements! I cannot recommend them more highly.

After spending a year and a half with my 3 Kids constantly with fevers, I had a friend suggest looking for mold hidden in my home. I was hesitant because there was no VISIBLE mold anywhere in my bathrooms, kitchen or walls. I called John at Andrea's Fault and he found high moisture reading UNDER my hardwood floors in the kitchen. He immediately identified mold in that immediate area. I had the mold tested only to return positive for the VERY TOXIC black mold. Andreas got right on the job taking all possible precautions and being sensitive to the fact we had to move out temporarily during the job. The team worked tirelessly to complete the job on schedule. After removing the entire flooring, he took pictures to show me the extent of the mold and it made sense why my children were constantly with high fevers since the first month we moved to the house. I am grateful for honest companies like John's. We haven't had a fever since the job was done in October '13!!!
