Sam is the best! Punctual, honest, fair- all of the attributes you want in a plumber but never find! He's also friendly and clean! Any time I've had work done on the house, I have had to clean after they leave...but not with Sam! We've used him twice and his number is on our contact list!

If only I had 7 stars to give here. On December 23rd all the taps in our house stopped giving water. Every single one. I called a couple of plumbers and no one knew what the problem was, and as soon as I called Sam he knew exactly what the issue was (my water softener resin damn has burst and pumped a whole lot of resin into each of my pipes and fixtures). He arrived right away to fix this emergency issue and spent 5 hours addressing each pipe individually! He thought of creative ways to fix the problem and finally we had cold and hot water. As this issue needs ongoing attn he came by multiple times to fix small issues that kept cropping up and in each instance he fixed the problem quickly. We went from freaked out (thank god for running water!) to happy in the course of those 5 hours. And the whole time Sam just said - I have seen this before and I am going to fix it. Do not panic! It was amazing! If you need a good plumber, there are not enough stars for Sam! He is fantastic!!

Same problem as the 1 star reviewer. Asked Sam for a quote which he responded very promptly to. We agreed on a price but when it came to nailing down a time to schedule, he ghosted me completely. This is despite multiple calls and texts to follow up. At least have the courtesy to reply, please. I'm sure he's good at what he does but he does not seem very reliable.

Since my first review I have scheduled with Sam for multiple jobs at my home for repairs and new installs. He communicates timely and well, which is a bonus given that he is busy. My expectations are realistic and he has exceeded them. Sam does fantastic work and I am glad to have his services available.

Sam came at 8am Saturday morning to fix a leaking valve at my main -- he looked at it and tightened the valve to fix the leak but wouldn't accept my payment. Definitely will use his service in the future!

Sam did great work for us and 9 of our neighbors installing gas shut off valves. He saved us 35% from what we were quoted by another plumbing company . He has a growing business that will do all repairs and replacements. Sam has a remarkable way of explaining things in a way that a novice can understand.
