WOW I don't know where to even start ! I can not put into words how Great, honest and reliable! Sam has been with us! First he helped my mom when no other Plummer's wanted to deal with our issues we where having with our water softener ( it had purist releasing a bunch of little beads in our pipes ) called a few Plummer's and all where so rude and trying to pull a fast one by over charging ( was quoted 4K from one). Back to Sam , finally found him on Yelp and gave him a call . And just by talking to him on the phone he told my mom no problem I should have your water running in an hour . He showed up and guess what GOT THE JOB DONE ! Was super upfront about his fees and no run around .! And now again I needed his help with a water heater issue . Reached out to him at 10pm and sure enough walked me threw a few step to get it going . And at no charge ! He's truly is Honest! Just like everyone has said I'll be calling him for all my services and most definitely recommending him to all my friends and family ! Forever great full for him .! Thank you Sam .

PG&E found a small gas leak while checking my appliances and had to turn my gas off. I was terrified that I won't have shower, clean dishes nor dry clothes for the next few days, but Sam came to the rescue! He responded quickly, provided a quote and came to fix the leak the very same day. He also helped me to schedule PG&E to turn gas back on -- and they did, the very same day.

We are having some work done in our backyard and wanted to make sure all of our gas lines were intact. We had another company come out to check for a leak. They said they found one and it meant that we would have to dig up part of our yard to fix it. Their price for the repair seemed very high. We decided to get another opinion and called Sam. We are so happy we did. Discovered that the original company did the leak test wrong. There was no gas leak outside. There was a small leak in the crawlspace under our house. And Sam not only found the leak, but he took a video of where the leak was under our home so we could see it for ourselves. He saved us thousands and his pricing was more than fair. If you want a fair, honest person for your job, I can't recommend this company enough.

We had an issue with our sink leaking late in the evening and Sam was so quick to respond! He made time the next day and showed up with a mask & shoe covers. He took his time and was able to fix it very quickly and explained to me what the issue was! We will for sure use his services again!

We needed to have a plumber come to our house after running into some problems with a kitchen faucet installation. Contacted Anderson plumbing and they were polite and despite my lack of knowledge and experience knew what I was dealing with. The plumber (Sam) arrived on time as he said he would, additionally we were relieved to see he was wearing a mask which during this pandemic taking our health and the health of others is a priority. The plumbing issue was solved in a clean and non intrusive manner and any mess that was made during the repair was cleaned up. When all was done we had a working faucet with no leaks or issues. I will definitely use Anderson plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They offered to come out within the hour to see to the mystery leak issue (water company said a few gallons was leaking somewhere while house has been empty) so it was a find-the-leak situation. Not only did they find the TWO leaks, they have great recommendations and fixed the one inside the house.

Sent the bill, was able to pay online and it was done. The whole process was so easy, a huge relief that they were able to not only find but take care of the issues, I will definitely be calling again should there be any future issues.
