I was looking for a plumber to look at a kitchen faucet issue I was having. I found Anderson on Yelp! and decided to give them a call. Left a message and Briana returned my call promptly. I explained to her my issue and sent her a couple of pictures she requested and arranged for an afternoon appointment for Sam to come by to do the repairs.

Sam fixed my issue over the phone! After looking the pictures and hearing what my issue was, he called me and told me what he suspected what the issue was and walked me through the fix. Out of the numerous plumbers I've been speaking with the past couple of days you and one other company (which I used before, but he was booked until next week) were the only ones that really tried to help me out instead of the other way around.

Briana and Sam are very professional and easy to work with. I really appreciate the pre-appt call which saved me a lot. Even though I didn't use their services, I could tell by talking to Sam he knows his stuff and is out to help and not just to make a fast buck. You definitely will be at the top of my list for my plumbing needs.

Connecting the water line to our new refrigerator seemed simple enough, but it required more expertise than I had. So, rather than trying to do it all myself, I called Andersen Plumbing for help. It took Mr. Andersen all of 5 minutes to assess the situation, gather the needed materials and connect the water line. Mr. Andersen's total time in our home was less than 20 min., 10 of which was spent getting to know one another better. Mr Andersen explained what materials were needed and the approach he planned to take. He followed the process described and was gone less than 15 minutes later. All was fixed and in working order, and remains so to this day. I recommend Mr. Andersen for all your plumbing needs.

Sam and Briana have been fantastic. They have helped twice in the last couple weeks. First, they responded on very short notice to modify a flange that was part of the downstairs toilet mount. We were in the middle of a flooring project and they kept us on schedule. This week they replaced a bathroom sink faucet and shower faucet cartridge.

My water heater burst and leaked Friday night so I called first thing in Saturday morning to ask whether they can help and replace the heater. scheduled me for noon. When nobody showed up by 2pm, I called to hear that they had another emergency which would be taken care of within 20 minutes before they head to us. By 4pm, there was still nobody. When I started complaining at 5pm. Made me lose all Saturday to call somebody else and left me and my family without water until Monday. They are greedy to squeeze more people into a day without thinking that they might not do all and leave some people in cold on a weekend.
