We are having some work done in our backyard and wanted to make sure all of our gas lines were intact. We had another company come out to check for a leak. They said they found one and it meant that we would have to dig up part of our yard to fix it. Their price for the repair seemed very high. We decided to get another opinion and called Sam. We are so happy we did. Discovered that the original company did the leak test wrong. There was no gas leak outside. There was a small leak in the crawlspace under our house. And Sam not only found the leak, but he took a video of where the leak was under our home so we could see it for ourselves. He saved us thousands and his pricing was more than fair. If you want a fair, honest person for your job, I can't recommend this company enough.

We had an issue with our sink leaking late in the evening and Sam was so quick to respond! He made time the next day and showed up with a mask & shoe covers. He took his time and was able to fix it very quickly and explained to me what the issue was! We will for sure use his services again!

We needed to have a plumber come to our house after running into some problems with a kitchen faucet installation. Contacted Anderson plumbing and they were polite and despite my lack of knowledge and experience knew what I was dealing with. The plumber (Sam) arrived on time as he said he would, additionally we were relieved to see he was wearing a mask which during this pandemic taking our health and the health of others is a priority. The plumbing issue was solved in a clean and non intrusive manner and any mess that was made during the repair was cleaned up. When all was done we had a working faucet with no leaks or issues. I will definitely use Anderson plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They offered to come out within the hour to see to the mystery leak issue (water company said a few gallons was leaking somewhere while house has been empty) so it was a find-the-leak situation. Not only did they find the TWO leaks, they have great recommendations and fixed the one inside the house.

Sent the bill, was able to pay online and it was done. The whole process was so easy, a huge relief that they were able to not only find but take care of the issues, I will definitely be calling again should there be any future issues.

I had a critical leak in my main water supply to home. When I described the problem, Sam knew exactly what was going on. Sam made room in his schedule to get out to my home and get containment action in place.
Once on site, he reviewed the situation, and explained clearly and directly what the next steps needed to be, and time line to get them done.

Sam offered what I believe to be, the experience you deserve but don't always get. And he definitely gave it.
I called Sam about an estimate, he was quick and efficient and I made an appointment for the following day. He came with a professional and experienced demeanor, but also very kind. He did the job swiftly and left the area clean as if he had not been there. We were getting quotes from other companies for 3 hour jobs, extra add ons were crazy and honestly their prices were insane.( this was for a removal and installation of a new toilet)And he told you what was included in the price over the phone. Now every situation is different but I was pleased about the transparency. I would recommend this company on two things, work ethic and that they are there for you; not to TAKE from you.
