I purchased my Mobile Home in March 2013 and had never run my furnace. Due to the cold weather in November & December 2014 and out of town guests arriving for the Christmas Holidays, I needed to use my furnace. I installed a new thermostat myself and had a friend check the wiring, but it still wouldn't turn on the furnace. I bought a promotion in the Union Tribune for Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air. I knew it wouldn't cover everything, but I wanted a thorough check of my system.

I called for an appointment and it was almost 2 weeks before a technician could be scheduled. Communication was great! I was told the day before the name of my Tech & the arrival window. Joey called minutes after the start of the appointment window. He was here within 20 minutes. He listened to my needs, accepted the coupon and went to work checking my system. Within 15 minutes he had an accurate diagnosis: I needed 2 parts, and he had both with him. I authorized the services (within my $$ expectations) and he went to work. He was efficient and provided excellent service. He updated me as he made progress.

When the furnace started working I was thrilled. He didn't try to sell me a new thermostat -he told me I had purchased a good one that was working well. He provided new furnace filters, checked each outlet & took temperature readings. He vacuumed my furnace, identified its model & year and told me what parts could need replacing in the next few years. I eagerly added a maintenance plan - I've never had better service for Plumbing, Heating or Air Conditioning before (5 previous homes owned, all in other locations)

I will always highly recommend this company, and I will always recommend & ask for Joey M. to come back for maintenance and other needed services.

Reggie came out promptly. Called first to confirm, as promised. Very professional. Very good sales skills; some upselling to VIP club. Knew what he was doing and made extra suggestions too. Performed an extra flush on my water heater even though it wasn't on the schedule. Even helped moved a lot of stuff to get to the work space. 4 stars because I think the prices are high; even thought they gave me a ""break"" on the price, it's still high.

Awesome company! I have used Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air twice now and they are amazing! Very courteous, efficient, friendly, happy and timely!!!!! So happy with everyone whether it be the technicians, (Rudy, Katie and Maria) or the office staff - they are excellent!!! Our tenant called to tell us their toilet was running slowly. Larry F from Anderson Plumbing show up on time. He was professional and well spoken. It turned out the tenant had poured some art project down the toilet and then let it solidify. These situations can be tricky in front of a tenant. Larry was very discreet and allowed us to deal with the tenant. Anderson's services are not cheap but they are up front. $42 diagnosis and $99 drain clearing. You never feel you have been upsold or blindsided. Larry felt bad that he was unable to completely resolve our problem but he gave us a coupon for a free camera inspection after we replace the toilet to make sure the ART PROJECT did not leave any residue. Anderson Plumbing will go to Fallbrook, CA - 1hr, 56 miles; Ramona, CA - 35 min, 24 miles; but they choose to not come to Pine Valley, CA - 36 min, 30 miles. This makes no sense. Really disappointed Something to work on for the future.

Reuben was the very best! I have had 3 plumbers and 3 appliance repairmen out this last year, trying to get my dishwasher to clean. None from Anderson. I even got a new dishwasher.

I called Anderson because of Angie's List free service call coupon. I was impressed that their trucks carried lots of parts and probably would be able to fix whatever without resceduling.

Reuben came out checked the water lines, fixed my garbage disposal and determined that my water softener had been bypassed when a water heater had been installed, again not by Anderson. All of this at no charge because of the coupon. I have wasted numerous hours waiting for the other six service calls from other companies.

I will only call Anderson from now on....... And I love their pink booties!

I'm downgrading this to one star as I really feel ripped off. When I was trying to decipher the different levels of pricing, I should have pressed the tech to explain in detail why the installation of a dishwasher was Level 5, i.e., $717. I've had two days to think about his clever deflections and how he was able to impart in true salesman-like language that the price was set by the company. Well, I have concluded that he could have chosen any level... 3, 4, 5.... depending on how much he felt we could pay. That installation should have been no more that a level 2. Beware... don't buy the excuses... best training, best equipment, best paid and trained techs, high taxes in California, etc. Oh, yes, if you contest the price, you get an earful! $609 to install a dishwasher is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. We will NEVER call AP again.

In mid October, a small drip started from my AC vent onto my floor. Anderson came out, showed up on time, etc. The guy said that the air filter was totally blocked and needed to be replaced. It worked great for about 6 weeks. Then the drip came back. I called them back. They were willing to make an appointment to come by, but I would have to pay normal prices. I feel that if a fix fails in less than two months (under fairly minimal use since it's cooled off), a business should stand behind their work and at least come look at the issue for no charge.
Looking for another ac company to re-fix the issue.

Too bad there isn't an option for no stars. I had a problem with the sprayer on my kitchen sink. Everytime we used it the water would shut off the faucet completely after we were done with the sprayer. The serviceman said he had to clean out the mineral deposits in the faucet (which is only a year old). The only thing he did was take off the on/off lever and wipe it with a paper towel. He told me it probably need a part and to call the company and they would come out and replace it once I got it. My issue is: 1. the problem still existed after he left, 2. the screw to the on/off lever wasn't put back on and is nowhere to be found, and 3. I was still charged $197! He said they would come back out to replace the part FOR ANOTHER $197!!! What a rip off!!
