I had a quote from them to remove a water filter in our garage and bypass the line. They gave me a quote for $600 ,I turned them down,called another plumber and got it done for. $150.
And now they won't leave me alone I keep getting emails from them even though I blocked them and unsubscribed (a half dozen times)
I only gave one star so I could write this review.

Today an Anderson technician, Dale Malensek, completed a furnace tune-up and carefully explained what he was doing during each step. He also explained why he recommended replacing the capacitor to avoid interruption of heat this winter. He was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air!

He had great recommendations for that problem and preventative maintenance on other plumbing related issues that could help in the future. Katrina our technician arrived as specified and we were so impressed. She was very knowledgeable, organized and had a wonderful personality. She flushed our hot water tank and gave us options on what needed to be done.Just an all around positive appointment. Extremely low price for what we had done.We highly recommend this company.

I hired Anderson PHA to fix a leak in my kitchen faucet. It turned out that the leak was inside the faucet, so the technician recommended a new faucet. The work was done well, and the technician was friendly and professional, but the price was outrageous: $994 for the faucet and installation. To clarify, this was just a faucet, not a sink. The faucet has a retail value of about $229. The extra $765 must have been for installation (a 90-minute job) and Anderson PHA's 5-year warranty.

At the time, I didn't realize that this was such a bad deal (I'm a first-time homeowner and have never had a faucet installed). Later that day, after the work was done, I compared prices. I called Anderson PHA to ask why the cost was so high. The work was done on October 13th, and I called on October 17th, 19th, 21st and 25th. Each time, I was told that the person who could explain pricing was in a meeting, out to lunch, or out in the field, and I was promised that they would get back to me in two business days. They never did. I realize that I can't expect to negotiate pricing after the job is done, but I would at least like to talk with someone to verify that the pricing wasn't a mistake.

I like Anderson PHA because their technicians are friendly and professional, and they have the parts in their truck to get the work done in one visit. However, after being charged so much, and not being able to get an explanation, I am unlikely to ever hire them again.

My air conditioning drain I was installed too close to my wall and was actually draining half into the wall itself. There is a semicircle of visible water damage around the outlet. Also paid a leak detection company to verify.

I called Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air to come fix it. I described the issue and offered to send photos. They declined and sent a tech out to take a look.

The tech had no clue what he was looking at. None. Kept questioning whether this is where the leak was. I pointed to the damage and the leak detection report. He took pictures to send to his supervisor and spent the rest of the time trying to upswell me on ac coil cleaning, maintenance packages, furnace maintenance, etc etc. all because those were the only things he had charge codes for in his tablet.

He was a glorified door to door salesman. Had no clue how to fix my problem and charged me $80 for the trip out. $80 to not know what to do, and email photos to someone who might. Something I asked to do in the first place.

If you have a simple catalog service that you need done that's what these guys are good for. If you have an actual problem someone might need to think about to solve look elsewhere. They'll charge you $80 to tell you they don't know what they're looking at.

Editing review to 3 stars because after complaining they waived the truck visit fee. Fair is fair.

I went through 4 different HVAC companies and Anderson Plumbing Heating and Cooling eclipsed all the other ones! Their the only ones that tried to find a solution and were Professional and Customer service oriented. Technicians: Bryan and Terrance Professional and Friendly! Jared the Manager help me resolve my heater issue. I own 3 properties and they are the Business I'll be using!! Highly recommend Fair /Honest!

Even though a plumbing issue can be aggravating calling Anderson was a great decision. Luis was so nice, clean, polite and professional. He got right to work and cleared the clog quickly. He also recommended looking into adding a more convenient clean out near the kitchen. He scheduled a free inspection and estimate. Thank you Luis!!

We had our sewage service access blow and sewage drain at the front of our home. We called Anderson Plumbing and they had a technician out to our home within a couple of hours. Our tech was polite and professional. He had the drain cleared in about 10 minutes. The cost was only $63, which I find very affordable compared to plumbers I have used in the past. I will definitely be using Anderson plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Bathroom tub and toilet was backing up, a scary sight! Called Anderson Plumbing and was taken care of in a timely manner considering the emergency. They dispatched a plumber named Luis Campos. He assessed the problem and walked me through the possibilities and what he was going to do. Turned out I had some obstruction that got into my main line. He was able to clear the line and gave me my options to fix the problem from reoccurring which I will be moving forward with. Overall, it was great service! Thank you for taking care of my family!
