I chose this company because it is owned by a woman. My heater wouldn't go on. It was working just fine but after being out town for a week it wouldn't come on. I assumed it was the pilot light.
The man that came out was rude and condescending. Talking to me like I was a 5 year old. Also asking personal questions, who lives in the front house, who owns the motor home, and other vehicles. None of his business.
He lit the pilot light and the heater came on. He told me because my heater was old and a little rusty that he wouldn't leave it on. He also checked for carbon monoxide using his detector. It read .2. I told him I had a detector not far from the heater, he said all of them were a waste of money and don't work. I'm not buying a new heater because I'm moving this year.
I understand what he did for safety reasons. I'm just not sure I believe him. I got the got feeling he just wanted me to buy a new heater.
I'm not really about the heater, I'm mad about how I was treated.
Never again would I call them or recommend them.

My retaining wall fell on a water line and struggled to get a plumber to tap the line so we could have running water inside. Josh arrived hours earlier than quoted and fixed the water issue. Very pleased with Andersons Customer Service and efficiency.

Most amazing staff I have ever experienced .. called them about 3 or so on Monday afternoon told them I had a backed up sink.. they gave me a ball park price but couldn't come out till the next day.. that's was fine.. 20 min later (Kelly) called me back and said they could be here in 30 min one of the guys(Tim) finished up a job and could come right over.. Tim got here was very professional came in looked at the sink and looked at me and said.. hey your sink is clogged.. I laughed and that was it.. he's got a great sense of humor all around great guy.. he got everything done pretty quick and was very clean about it... any plumbing that I need I will calling you guys for sure.. thank you for a great experience.. Tim D is a real asset to your company

As requested, I contacted the company and was informed that the technician is no longer employed by Anderson. Additionally, even after my slooow response, they did everything I could have possibly asked for to make it right! They really do stand by their customer service! Thank you, Erin!

I called Anderson heating and plumbing as we had an emergency water line break at an outdoor hose bib and water was gushing uncontrolled. We needed Anderson to simply come shut off the water main so we didn't have property damage. Their dispatcher said they could be out in TWO days. Anderson Plumbing, you're right- you really WOWED this customer. We will never call again.

I paid almost $7,000 for work done on their advice and recommendation to fix a leak. My property was a mess when they were finished and it turned out the repair was completely unnecessary! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Laurence Calhoun was my HVAC technician. He was very efficient and informative, most of all he was personable which goes a long way.

I called Anderson heating & Plumbing to snake my kitchen drain. The appointment was in few days. I nice man - Mike H. - showed up and he proceeded to snake my sink. he needed about 35 feet of snake and it was cleared and running freely. How ever my downstairs neighbor come running up telling me that water was coming out of the side of the house. I discovered that he had apparently created a crack in my cast iron pipe. I was using very little water when doing the dishes so as not to have too much water leak out through the crack. I called Anderson and they sent out a specialist. He quoted me $2400.00 to replace a piece of cast iron pipe with a PVC pipe. On top of this news they would not come out and clear the again backed up kitchen drain.

Tim showed up the night before Thanksgiving and took care of our clogged drain. It was late, probably around 10PM give or take and most plumbing companies were overbooked as it is due to the holiday. Anderson was the earliest available option. Plumbing can be messy, but Tim was thorough, careful and clean. This business was the most straightforward and honest about pricing after calling multiple plumbing companies after normal business hours. I would definitely recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air as the option when problems arise.
