We had garage disposal not working i.e. giving humming noise but not functional. Schedule work call to check. Technician came on time, checked for 5 mins and it start working (assuming some clog, reset, he will not tell). Without giving any quote, he just changes 250+ for this work and went on trying to sell other products faucet, water softener etc passing the time. Very frustrating experience not just from money spent but also from customer service stand point. When called to office, they said we cannot do much on what technician charges and cut the call (?). Sad to see such customer service experience. Will look for other companies in future.

I had an appointment to do two things. Change an Uber the sink water filter and replace stems in my master bath. The plumber BROKE the handle on the faucet. Charged me $214 to change a water filter that I provided. This was in addition to a $49 trip charge. Emailed customer service asking for a refund on the $214 and it's been crickets. I'll be contacting my credit card company next. Maybe they can do basic repairs, but things that require a master plumber they don't seem to be skilled.

Anderson responded quickly in the morning. However, the website says emergency service 24/7. I called the evening before with an emergency . A text came saying they would call and come out. So I waited and waited and waited !!! No show. I could have got someone else to come. At midnight I gave up.

Called to ask how much it would be to attempt replacing a cold water inlet filter for my tankless water heater. The person who took my call wouldn't give me a price, but said another person would call.

The next person said they would do a complete inspection for $360, after which they would tell me how much it would cost to repair the water heater. I passed. Sometime later I was able to convince a different plumbing company to attempt to replace the filter, which they did; completing repairs for $100.

Also they have been spamming my email ever since, even though I have requested they stop doing that five times before finally giving up. Not respecting customers' wishes or the law should give a person pause before hiring such a firm, I would think.

$834 to install a toilet! We are simply replacing an existing toilet with another identical toilet we just bought. This job would take max 45 minutes. I asked them what hourly rate they were charging and they said they do not charge by the hour. How convenient. If this job took 45 minutes we would be looking at $1,112.00/hour. Not interested in financing all their commercials. With prices like that no wonder they need to do so much advertising. Never calling this place again!

Our issues began with a clogged drain. We called Anderson because of their $69 or its free clogg deal. We paid nothing because they could not fix the issue by simple means. They sent out a drain specialist, James. He went under the house and identified the major issue of our pipes degradation. After looking for myself and seeing the pictures taken, we decided to replace the entire drainage system on our 1956 home. The team was very thorough in their discussion process to ensure I understood what they were going to do and that I had no questions. The team I was assigned was amazing and I could not have asked for more. Between the drain specialist James and my two techs on sight doing all the work Daniel and Steve, they executed the work in a professional manner and actually seemed to enjoy their job. They kept me up to date with all aspects of the work and gave me an end of work status each day. I will be using them again just because of these three men.
The only thing we had any concern with was that the price seemed high; however, after getting competitive quotes from 3 other companies, Anderson was the perfect balance for getting what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Service is good but their pricing structure is ridiculous. They provided us with a ""quote"" before starting the job and without knowing what would be required to fix the problem - a small pipe leak. The quote was for over $1000 which we had no choice but to accept since we had had to turn off all the water to the house. The job took just over an hour and the repairman then took another 30 minutes to create an invoice followed by an hour sitting in his truck outside our house. He gave us an additional estimate of over $5000 to replace the pressure reduction valves going into the house. We rejected this since other estimates were all less than $1000! I'd use these people in emergencies only.
