We had gotten a very high estimate from another company, That company tried very hard to upsell us more than we wanted or needed. A friend who is a contractor suggested we call Anderson. Michael was our technician, very friendly, polite and professional. After he inspected our AC/Heating system he recommended common sense repairs based on our needs with our aging system. NO UPSELLING. He helped us figure out the most economical way to get our system to do what we need it to do. He did the repairs the same day as the estimate. The final cost was less than half the estimate from the first company we called. They've earned our trust and we will call them again.

Anderson tech came out - nice guy - and upgraded two a/c units. I assume his work was competent, although one unit still vibrates sharply (he said it was not a problem...okay, he's probably right). When the work was done I got out my credit card prepared to pay $1200 (""$1200 for both"" was my understanding) and got billed $3200 for this 1.5 hour episode. I would never have done the upgrade had I known the price. Tech says he told me. He gave nothing to sign prior to the job. I'll make sure that others understand that the Wow with this company is after you get the bill, not before.

After posting my review in regards to the high fee charged to replace a seal on a toilet, Erin from there office immediately called offered a solution to my concern, and took care of it. I will say I was extremely impressed by her quick response! As I said before their work is great and Miguel was very professional!

Although they were polite and pleasant he broke the drain in my tub requiring a $400 repair when he was hired to fix a slow draining tub He then offered to snake the sink in my master bath for free but broke the drain assembly which I then had to replace as well Coincidence maybe or clumsiness. I wouldn't hire them again

Anderson plumbing are Crimnal, Devient, professional ripp -off artist. I received a estimate for $ 7000 to replace &repair a mainline drain pipe. A.R.S Plumbing, Blue Planet Pluming,and Badger Plumbing estimates were $1200 to $1600. If you are not knowable about plumbing, or turn your back(leave them by their self), you're originally written estimate will ""Double"" in price.

I would NEVER recommend Anderson's Plumbing. Not only did they nickel and dime me to death, it took two men 9.5 hours to replace two toilets. The WOW factor was the Final cost over $3000.00 they wanted to charge and extra $1000.00 to replace a flange. I looked up the cost of the flange $30.00, toilet was already off so where's the additional cost?
I called to talk to a manager, they said someone would call me in 24-48 hours. Still waiting over a week for that calI. I quickly spread the word at work don't EVER use Anderson, unless you are prepared to get ripped off and horrible service.
I was totally taken advantage off.

I just wanted to thank Erin from Anderson's for finally reaching out and listening to what happened to me. After confirming my story, she compensated me for the extra charges I incurred and threw in movie tickets and dinner. She was very apologetic and seemed very sincere. My hope from all of this, is that it never happens to anyone else.
I learned a few lessons from this event!

They really do ""wow clients""
We had a new furnace and ducting installed and they were so great! From the beginning of having a technician come out to evaluate the problem to the crew that was here doing the work. We have a 20 month old baby and the crew was so great working around his nap time and being respectful of his space. They were clean, fast, respectful (and so great around my son). They are a little more expensive than other places we looked at but so worth the price! Highly recommend them.

I have used Anderson Plumbing in the past so it was a simple decision who to call for help in an emergency: We found a large leak in the house water supply line (coming into the house from the meter) . I knew it wasn't going to be simple so I called the best and they came out within hours and started to fix the problem. The plumber who helped us was Joshua and we were so happy he was there. He was professional and reassuring that everything would be ok. He worked with the S.D. City water department to get them out to turn the water off at the meter.and had the problem fixed within the day. The job was clean and I felt we were good for another 50 years with the parts he used. Yes, it was an expensive job but I felt a reasonable fee for the service provided.
I recommend them for any job - either plumbing or sewer line.

Tim showed up the night before Thanksgiving and took care of our clogged drain. Plumbing can be messy, but he was thorough, careful and clean. This business was the most straightforward and honest about pricing after calling multiple plumbing companies after normal hours. I would definitely recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air as the option when problems arise.

I was grappling with the cover to my water meter, trying to see if I had a leak (I'd received a very high water bill) when Julian Castorena and his partner, Michael, arrived to take care of my neighbor. They asked me if I needed help and I told them what my problem was. After they'd taken care of my neighbor they came over to my house and set about trying to find the source of the leak. They took tHeir time and eventually found the source of the problem. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix it, but encouraged me to shop around, if I wanted to. I decided to let them do the job since they had already spent time solving my problem. They came back the next day and fixed it for me. They are very courteous and competent young men and they are great representatives of Anderson Plumbing.
