I had an issue with my cast iron pipes corroding under the house and leaking sewage (yuck!). Anderson plumbing was great - really responsive about coming out and arranging for it to be fixed. Barzan, Octavio, and Bernard have been fabulous!

I have used Anderson 39 times in the last 21 yrs. My 1966 house has had major plumbing problems because of the old cast iron pipes. They have replaced or lined all the pipes from both bathrooms & the mainline to the street, where there was major root intrusion from my neighbor's hedge. Now hopefully, the cast iron pipes from the kitchen & garage can last a while longer before they need to be replaced. Look for the great deals they offer on their website or receive them via texts and/or emails. I have never had any problems with their work & have encountered numerous employees who have gone above & beyond to get you the best deals possible.

My mother had a slow clearing drain. It was a Friday. She had already set an appt. with Bill Howe on Monday. I convinced her to try Anderson because they had advertised a very low price for clearing drains. She decided to give Anderson a try, cancelled Bill Howe, and set an appointment for Monday. They gave her a very wide window - 7:30am - 12:00, which seemed extreme, but we were willing to give them a try, figuring they would likely arrive early in the morning. But no - not the case. They didn't arrive until 12:00. Who gives a window of 4 1/2 hours starting at 7:30am? That's worse than Cable Guy! After a lost morning waiting for them to arrive, they couldn't clear the drain. They wanted $299 for the work - not the $63 they had advertised. The reason? They said it was because they had to bring their snake in the house. My mother, disgusted, declined to have the work done and set an appointment for Bill Howe - which we have always thought was expensive, but reliable. The appointment was for 2 days later, but they ultimately were able to squeeze her in a day sooner and for only $120!!! Anderson took the prize for late, unreliable, and outrageously expensive - plus, it seemed they were trying to scam my elderly mother into thinking that her clogged drain required special equipment to be brought into the house to clear it. That was the one and only time either my mother or I will every give them a try. The hot pink plumbers were of no help whatsoever.

Brent from Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air provided me with a quote that was more than 3 times pricier than the most expensive quote I got.

when I called back and asked about this outrageous rate, I've heard a speech about ""we are the Mercedes-Benzes of plumbers, you can go with a Toyota (LOL)

Do your due diligence as a customer! don't overpay outrageous rates!

I recently had an issue with my tankless water heater. I purchased the water heater from Anderson Plumbing in approximately 2015. Anderson plumbing went above and beyond to take care of my concerns by sending a technician out within a few days to diagnose our system. Our technician Fernando was very professional, knowledgeable and made the experience a positive one. He ran his diagnostic checks and was able to assure me that our system was running properly and made sure our hot water was flowing as advertised. Fernando also de-scaled our system before packing up and heading out. All this quality and professional service was done at no cost to me since nothing was going to need to be replaced. This is the kind of service all companies should strive for. From my initial contact with Erin (who was also very professional and helpful) to Fernando's quality service I'm glad to have chosen Anderson plumbing for our water heater needs.

They refused to give a quote over the phone, showed up, and quoted literally twice what everyone else quoted. A shower valve install that should have been $500 was $1100 apparently. It was an egregious price, trying to take advantage of a demo'd bathroom and someone who needed work quickly. I wouldn't in a million years recommend this company.

You better be suspect of bids for HVAC! I got a bid from Anderson for $18,000 and received a bid from a local competitor for $9,000.
