Water heater went out, not leaking but the pilot light went out and would not re-light. I requested a quote thru Yelp at 10:15pm for three businesses. Chad replied thru Yelp and texted within 30 minutes with options. I was able to speak with him the next morning, schedule the repair same day, and have hot water again! Chad's work was efficient, clean, and completed correctly the first time, as quoted. He was also appropriately professional but easy to talk to. What more can you ask for? - Five stars!!

Excellent company. I had a new 75 gallon hot water heater installed less than 24 hours after I contacted them. It was over $500 less (the exact same tank) than two other quotes I received from competitors. Mario and J. C. provided quality work despite ice on my front porch steps and two flights of basement stairs they had to navigate; not an easy task with a 350 pound tank. Andersen's perfect 5 star rating speaks for itself.

We had a hot water tank failing fast. I called Anderson Plumbing and Chad answered. He was very helpful over the phone, and requested a photo be texted to him. He was able to give an estimate based on our conversation and the photo.

Later that day Mario showed up, on time, with a new water tank. He was extremely professional and friendly. He completed the installation within 2 hours of arriving. The final invoice amount was exactly the amount Chad quoted.

It's comforting to know of a reputable plumbing business for future needs. I strongly recommend Anderson Plumbing.

We've had top notch experiences with Andersen for years! From installing a new water heater to repairing sinks, drains and toilets to an emergency sump pump replacement - we can't say enough good things.
In particular, Mario has done a number of projects for us and is always super knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and honest.

Where do I begin with all of the stars I want to give Anderson? Last year I needed a new toilet, and I was so pleased with the quality, care & installation of it, I called them again last week when my garbage disposal went on the fritz. The same repair tech, Mario, came back, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Prompt and on time, polite, professional, clean, and proficient at his work. When he was done with the garbage disposal in the kitchen I had him work on a slow drain in my master bathroom. Not only did he fix this, whatever demon he dislodged improved my water pressure upstairs, as well. Thank you, Anderson and please give Mario some praise!

I sent an email late on a Friday night and heard back from the owner Chad the very next morning. The job was by no means urgent and they sent Mario out on Tuesday. Mario is a plumbing wizard who fixed everything my well meaning husband broke. He kept us updated every step of the way with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and will use again in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend Andersen Plumbing & Heating for your next plumbing job. The owner, Chad, took time out of his Saturday to come inspect an emergency plumbing issue we had called him about that day at our home in Naperville. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us clearly understand the issue we were facing and the work that would need to be done. Chad and his team arrived first thing Monday morning to fix the problem (6' excavation and main water line pipe replacement + replaced our main shut-off valve) and finished this job in about 4 hours for a fair price. JC, a member of Chad's team, performed the interior labor and was very helpful in explaining how I could repair the drywall that needed to be removed. Chad and JC also removed the large tree limbs that had to be removed for the excavator (typically not included in this kind of work). Andersen Plumbing & Heating went above and beyond with their service, professionalism, and quality of work. We will be calling them for all of our future plumbing & heating needs and I recommend that you do the same!

Needed a water heater. Called them up on a Friday, had a new one installed within a couple hours. Great people and great service! I would recommend without hesitation!
