Chad and his team are excellent. We had a slow leaking hot water heater that needed replacement. Reached out through Yelp and the dialogue with Chad ran from there. Assessing the situation, providing estimated costs and schedule. Overall, Chad and his team provided excellent customer service, quality work and plenty of information so I knew exactly what was going to happen. True professional we will be using for any future plumbing needs.

I had called around for a plumber to fix a gas leak and there was limited options for same day service. When the owner confirmed that he could be out that day, but not until late afternoon he stressed the fact that he was a small company and that I would need to keep the appointment. I had noted I wanted someone out as soon as possible and that I would call back to confirm. After a couple more calls I called him back to confirm. We discussed in great detail what was wrong and what the gas company required to turn the service back on - a full pressure test of the system and that all leaks were repaired before the gas would be turned back on. The owner had one of his technicians arrive at the house on time, this got them the second star for the rating otherwise it would be just one. The tech was not aware of the extent of the problem, which I had explained in detail to the owner, and he had none of the equipment necessary to pressurize the system so he left. The tech was polite so again the reason for the second star in the rating. The owner did not call to follow up and when I spoke with him he did not know what had gone on even though the tech said he was texting the owner when at the house. The owner said he could not do anything until the next day. This was very disappointing as my wife had found another company that a friend knew directly and helped to arrange same day service, but I told my wife not to have the second company come out sooner than these guys because I had committed to the owner that I would not cancel on him after confirming the appointment. Again, the owner had stressed he was a small company and could not risk losing my time slot to another potential customer. After I spoke to the the owner he said he would call his tech and get back to me. I missed his call by a couple minutes and called him back, but it went to his answering service. I then texted him asking if he would be out at all to follow up, but he did not reply. Earlier he had said to text if the call went to the answering service so I did have a textable phone number for him. I lost a day and I lost confidence in this company. It's now the following day and still no contact so we have moved on to the company our friend recommended. The second company is a small one man show that knew exactly what we were dealing with and explained how he would identify the leak and what the gas company would require to restore service so I am happy to work with a well informed and responsive company and not wait around for these guys.

We called this morning with an emergency and Andersen's had Mario out to our house within an hour. The cost was cheaper than us trying to buy the parts and fix the shower ourselves. Mario was skilled, professional and pleasant. Would 100% call Andersens again.
