Very disappointed. Had a minor but urgent need to repair the leaking water line coming into the house. Instead, technician took time to tour the residence and proposed about $20,000 to repipe entire house. Then when I said all I wanted at this time was the repair I called about he had to run to supply store for parts. Between these two we were without water service for about 2 hours longer than needed to be. To be fair, Jay the technician was professional and competent completing the work in about an hour. However, using approx. less than $100 in parts, still charged $920. Seemed a little steep. Probably company policy to try to upsell and not his fault. Would have preferred the work be done first and then asked if I wanted to be quoted for any additional work.

this place is terrible. if you want any plumbing done or an AC installed just ask the homeless man holding a sign, I guarantee you he will do better work than these """"professionals"""". they are also extremely rude. Just choose the suits and throw away the key. I'll never get any with done here and I'll make sure anyone I know doesn't either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! $14,000 and 10 months later and my air conditioning still is not working! They have continued to cancel and want to reschedule the work needed to be done. Duct work has failed county inspection and they continue to put me off. There has been at least 6 times they have rescheduled now, with no call for today's appt. I had to call them only to be told again they would have to reschedule. They take your money and run. No offer for reimbursement of any monies. Single unemployed parent here living off savings and they pull this? If someone was employed they would have had to call of 6 times and counting. I don't know any employers that would be willing to put up with this? If their own employees called off that many times, I sure they would be terminated, yet they expect their customers to do it.

2019 On June 4, 2019, a salesperson named Stacey was sent out to discuss our options. Since our units were original to our house (2006) and our electric bill was extremely high, we decided to proceed with the sale/installation. Stacy stated that we needed a new 2.5 ton (downstairs) and 5 ton (upstairs) unit. In July 2019, AND services was contracted to replace two AC units (air handlers and condensers) for our property. The removed units were a 2.5 ton (downstairs) and 3 ton (upstairs). The installation of the new units occurred on July 9, 2019 by a tech named Osmel. The new systems included UV lights to help prevent bacteria growth. The inspection failed """"(7/19/2019 11:37 AM) Condensers need to be turned for service ability look at installation manual. Don't understand why one unit is on hurricane pad and not the other Unit 1 doesn't sound like it is working correctly"""" per inspector (available on county records search). On July 23, 2019, the new upstairs A/H was not working and leaked water through our kitchen ceiling. AND services returned on July 25, 2019 to re-isolate the return box (was left with wood showing after install) and turn the condensers and change the disconnect box to pass next inspection. The new disconnect box is much smaller compared to the previous one and the service note states """"handyman to repair wet drywall and fill the gap at new disconnect box for condenser with stucco"""" which was never done. On August 30, 2019, the upstairs air handler was not working again and leaked water through our kitchen ceiling a second time. On September 20, 2019, Randy came """"TXV changed on both units and water collection pan and additional overflow switch added to upstairs return box. Services notes indicate that """"painter for kitchen ceiling, you can see all touch ups, client not happy"""". Have discussed with Edgar who agreed to have entire ceiling painted but never followed through. On October 3, 2019, the final inspection passed. I spoke with Edgar several times regarding the issues noted and a handyman came out to fix the paint on the ceiling from the water damage. He """"feathered the paint"""" around the area to try to get it to blend with the rest of the ceiling. This did not work, and you can still see where the damage occurred. 2020 On April 19, 2020, the upstairs air handler was not working because water had backed up and tripped the float switch which shut our upstairs unit off. July 10, 2020, the upstairs air handler was not working because water had backed up and tripped the float switch which shut our upstairs unit off. On July 28, 2020, water had backed up and tripped the float switch which shut our upstairs unit off. AND services said we needed a new condenser pump that would cost $800 to install. We paid for the premiere membership ($189/year) during this visit to cover the cost of the evaluation. We contacted another company for a second opinion on July 30, 2020: """"found to have high static pressure and overflow device attached to unit keeps filling up. Replaced float switch and added in line vent. Recommended air duct modification or checking heat load calc for 2nd floor"""". Cost $150. We were also informed that the upstairs A/H was a 4 ton A/H matched with a 3.5 ton condenser outside. Spoke with Edgar, AND services manager on August 10, 2020 to discuss being charged for a 5 ton A/H and having a 4 ton A/H installed. This was a large cost difference and Edgar issued a refund of $977. On August 14, we called AND services to review the findings from the second opinion and a tech from AND services, Rosario, came and found """"when arrived found air handler all wet, high static PSI @ .7. Adjusted blower speed, static PSI drop to .5"""". The blower speed was changed from high to low. On August 21, 2020, Brian M. from AND services preformed yearly maintenance on both units """"coils and drain line cleaned"""". On September 18, 2020, water backed up again and Jared from AND services was dispatched. He stated """"cleared out very clogged drain line. This has been a big problem since we installed this system. Static pressure is .5 and the system calls for .5 so that is good"""". 2021 On September 16, 2021, water backed up into the secondary pan and tripped the second float switch located in the upstairs air return. Victor M from AND services arrived and stated """"drain line again clogged, dripping to secondary pan. Recommended pull and clean/new evaporator at $732"""". The drain line was cleared the night prior, September 15, 2021 by my husband: flushing the lines with hot water and using shop vac on outside drain as well as removing 1 in of water from secondary drain pan. I called AND services and asked to speak with John Escalano? the GM but I was transferred to Edgar, manager. Edgar stated that it had been a year since the last issue so there was nothing to complain about. He stated service should be done every year, which was completed. He also stated that I never pay for any service and I was trying to get it for free even

AndService came to repair my unit & while I was in the bathroom washing my sons Guinea Pig I'm pretty sure the technician stole my Leo Sayers exercise VHS tape because it's no longer near my TV and it was there last year & I am also missing 1 fork and a scented candle, the candle even though missing it's wick is very sentimental to me as it was given to me when my Gerbil died. I have tried to call several time but I think they have one of those number display phones & don't pick up my calls. You need to return my fork, candle and VHS tape or I'm going to take you to small claims court

Our HVAC system was leaking. This has happened before and all we needed was a service to come out and flush the pipe. We called And Services and the tech came out and said he actually had to take out the whole HVAC system and clean it to stop the leak. It would be $1300. I was also worried about mold since it was leaking so he installed a UV light for $1200. He was supposed to come out the next day to clean the system. He said it would take 4-6 hours in which the AC would be turned off in the house. He also said we had to pay upfront. At noon, he still wasn't here and I had people coming over at 5 p.m., so that wasn't going to work. My husband called and said he had reservations about spending so much on what he still didn't think was the fix. The man on the phone (not the original tech) was very rude and said we don't want your service then. We were refunded the $1300. The next day, we had Red Cap plumbing come out and they flushed the pipe and it fixed the leak (which we thought was the original problem). They charged us $15. I'm still not sure if the UV light was necessary or usually that expensive, but at least we saved the $1300 for an unnecessary cleaning. Look at all these ratings and don't call them. Never think you are the exception to the rule.

I call And services yesterday to do a repair on my air-conditioner. They made it out in three hours and called me with a diagnosis of a bad starter capacitor and a bad fan motor on the condenser. When I asked him the cost of the repair, his reply was, if I use aftermarket parts it was 900+ dollars, If I use train parts, it will be 1200+ dollars. I thought it was a little excessive. I believe a business should be able to make money but I think this was excessive. I want to a local parts house this morning was able to buy all the parts for $171 text me about 30 minutes to put it in.

This company is the worst. I called them out because my shower knob had broken and my water wouldn't cut off. The technician stated that they would have to cut a hole in my wall and reinstall new piping and said it would be $2500. I called another company out. They came and fixed my problem for $400. And services is way overpriced and will charge you for things that you do not need to stay away from them.!!!

AND Services lacks follow through, they have poor scheduling procedures and won't work with customers regarding their own errors. Charged me for thermostat, ac broke again, second time they came out after trying to call them multiple times, it was suddenly the condenser. Put my old thermostat back! Unbelievable! Charged me a high labor cost then when I called management they were conveniently not available and I never even received a call back! Piss poor customer service. You will get more satisfaction burning your money! Call a reputable company that cares about their customers.

This is a tough call. The service techs are great and hard working. I give them 5 stars. Management, I be generous and give them 3 stars. They make promises then you get excuses. I would rather have someone say to me, """"we can't start this week or today and say we can start on Tuesday next week. For me they showed up on Thursday afternoon, started the job, then did not show up on Friday and did show up late Saturday afternoon. They worked about 2 1/2 hours. They did not show Monday (a holiday) or Tuesday but did show up Wednesday and Thursday. Always the same reason. """"An emergency came up"""". I called last Tuesday to speak to the Boss and tell him how good his tech's are and was told he was busy and he would call back. You guessed it, he never called back. Yesterday (Monday) I call for my neighbor and they said they could be there that afternoon. They did show up to give an estimate and collect the payment. They claimed they had to get parts and would be there between 9 am and 11 am. Nope they didn't show up. I called and the first call I was put on hold and left there. The second call the lady was very helpful and I ended up talking to the service manager. He gave me all the reasons they didn't show up yet. I explained, again, the lady is an 83 year old shut-in. He said he would call her. He did not call her and here it is 2:15 pm and still nothing. Again, their tech's are great. Management sucks. It has long been said """"word of mouth advertising is the best advertising"""" Not in this case.
