After many outrageous overpriced quotes from different plumbing companies Anchor provided the most reasonable offer for a re-pipe job. They were very professional, did a great job and finished on time. I would recommend Anchor to anyone looking for a plumbing company that doesn't over charge and cares about their customers. Anchor Plumbing was recommended to us by our realtor. My Flume noted a water leak and I discovered a wet area in the front yard. I called Anchor and they sent Pete out very quickly. Pete diagnosed the problem as a split pressure regulating valve. I also asked him to fix a leaky hose bib. We did end up electing to replace our two aging water tanks and bringing everything related to that up to code. Shortly after that work we noted a problem with our toliet and washing machine. Pete came back out again and discovered our water softener was leaking resin. He walked us through our options and was very patient as we mulled over what to do. We ultimately decided to replace the water softener. Pete was very dilligent at ensuring that all of our water fixtures in the home, including the malfunctioning washing machine and toliet we fixed. I really appreciate Pete's professionalism, patience, and excellent communication skills. Yes our repair work was ultimately expensive but I felt their pricing was fair. Anchor excelled at the customer experience - great communication, timely service, and excellent follow through. Very happy overall. Thanks Pete and Anchor Plumbing!

Noticed late evening Wed 1/5/22 two outdoor spigot pipes apparently froze/cracked and were leaking. Called Anchor first thing Thu morning 830ish 1/6/22 hoping for speedy service. Luckily they quickly scheduled me for same day service between 12-4 which I was grateful to secure. Love that I was asked if I prefer the technician mask-up in which I replied YES for sure and that I will certainly have mine on too. Protect you-protect me....what a concept. Thank you Anchor for this health first approach-too many businesses out there treat this pandemic time we are in like any other day-shameful. Anyway-Anchor called me 1.5 hours later to advise they can do it much sooner now as availability opened up. Brandon arrived at 1030-impressive! Masked-up Brandon performed a thorough analysis and provided me with options. Brandon ultimately took care of the issue, was highly efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The price was reasonable and the work was done with quality and care. Have used Anchor twice before for a water heater install and pipe replacement with Dakota and Henry. They dazzled me then and Brandon today was equally as impressive. Thanks for another great experience Anchor-classy operation. Will certainly use you in the future and recommend you to anyone asking.

I have used Anchor Plumbing before, and they have always been great! Prompt, courteous service, they show up when they say they will and do a very good job. Today, Chris M. Came out to give me a quote. He went into the attic, and I asked him if he would carry our furnace filter up since he was going up there anyway. I asked if he would leave it on the floor. He took the filter up for me and changed it for us! Talk about going the extra mile.

I called Anchor based on the Yelp review rating and I admit they arrived same day at the time stated. All I had was two leaking faucets in the same bathroom and I just wanted to fix the leaks. Unfortunately the tech that arrived simply pulled the handles off in the shower and said he couldn't identify the brand. He didn't even bother to pull the stems out to see if a simple rubber o-ring would fix the issue. Instead he immediately went to complete replacement recommendation at a cost of $1037 bucks. And he didn't even look at the sink. He just recommended complete replacement on that one for a cost of $512 bucks.
I politely declined his recommendations and paid a $65 dollar service call. All that was accomplished was a few pictures and the removal of three shower handles which was something I could have done myself.
So for timely response in arriving quickly Anchor Plumbing rates very well. As for work performed while at the job and providing realistic recommendations they rate pretty low in my opinion. I mean, really? Not to even remove one stem to assess the actual problem before moving to a $1000 dollar repair? Come on. Really?

I chose Anchor based on their amazing rating here. They did not disappoint. They were quick to respond and were out immediately the next day. Plumbing problems are never fun, but a reputable company that takes care of you certainly makes it better. Thanks Anchor.

I called them out to fix a leaking hose bib, but that turned into a big repair to the pressure valve. They checked the pressure and realized it was high and confirmed it with a test. I already knew I had a potential valve problem because a previous plumber stated it could possibly be going out, but didn't run a test like Anchor did. The price was fair considering the work they had to do. Adam and his assistant were very nice and patient and didn't rush or push me into doing something I didn't want. I would recommend them going forward. I hope I don't need a plumber soon (no offense), but if I do I will be calling Anchor.
