Henry and Alex showed up on schedule and fixed my plumbing problem. Thinking outside the box, they bypassed a leaking pipe in the pad by finding another way to get water from here to there. Minimally invasive rerouting leaving me with some easy sheet rock repair makes getting back to normal easier. Realistically priced, the final tally was spot on the quote for an out of pocket (for me) job. They did great work and even my dogs liked them. I hope I never need to call them back, but if so I got their number.

Paul has been our "go to" person for plumbing services for almost two decades. When he started his business many years ago, I did not hesitate to make the switch. He and his company have provided many services over the years from installation of fixtures to emergency repairs, and in doing so, has never failed to provide the superior advice and services. Paul and his crew are as honest and experienced as they come. Just recently, Dakota and Mason came out to the house to address my water pressure issues. They were professional and completed the evaluation and service in a timely manner. Dakota and Mason are definitely on my request list when I call for appointments. I highly recommend this company not only for its superior services but also the reasonable pricing. Anchor has been and will remain my preferred vendor for plumbing services.

We hired Anchor Plumbing to hook up our sink and garbage disposal after new countertop install. The beat other quotes we got by over $200. The quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately they showed up for the install maskless. When I asked if they were vaccinated they said no so I asked them to wear masks. They didn't even have masks with them! We had to give them two of our disposable masks. So despite the websites claim of techs wearing protective gear, it isn't happening, not even among their unvaccinated staff. This home is my father's home, who died from COVID, making this a pretty offensive lapse in everyone's safety. If they did it at my house, they are for sure walking boldly into every other clients house unvaccinated and unmasked.

This is the third time in 2 years we have used Anchor. The first was 2 years ago, ONE day before Christmas Eve when I was expected a house full of guests for Christmas.... Out goes the water heater! Four hours after I called, the crew arrived, replaced the water heater, and had me ready for guests! Since then, we had a scheduled water softener replaced by them. And most recently, an emergency clog in our kitchen sink fixed by Brandon Adkins. He took care of our problem speedily! Anchor is quick, courteous, and very reasonably priced. We will continue to go to them for our home needs.

I have them quote a very simple job requiring them to undo a straight string of simple plumbing remove and replace. Their quote was 10 times what I thought it should be.
I will never request their services again because their costs are way out of line with reality.
I finally found a plumbe (Will fix it) that did the job for 1/2 of their lowest quote.
They do have very big nice trucks however.
Based on cost I will give them a zero out of 10 rating.

Dakota and Mason did an amazing job! Anchor was already personally recommended to me but after my experience today they will be who we call from now on! Dakota was very knowledgeable and kept me and my husband updated through our whole process. I appreciated how kind and courteous they both were. A+ Customer service which is hard to find anymore.

I had a clogged drain from my washing machine and Adam and Taylor came to get the job done.. They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem. I watched as the camera went down the pipe and saw the debri that was clogging it up. They were able to get the machine on the roof and get my clog unstoppable. They were very professional. I really appreciated their customer service from the text showing a picture of who they are with a description about them to a phone call that they were on the way. When they were here they even gave me some pointers as a home owner. They have definitely earned my business and a high reccomendation. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Brandon and Adam did an amazing job explaining service options and pricing. They removed my old water heater and replaced it with the same capacity and did it with a smile! They had amazing customer service and they will now be my plumbing company of choice!

The service I received today from start to finish was outstanding! They dispatched Pete Katauskas as their service representative. I love how I received a text letting me know Pete was on his way AND sent a pic of him. Soon after, Pete called me to provide his estimated arrival time. He did a super job in assessing the issue with the water heater. He quickly made the repair and explained what he found. He also provided estimates for replacement. I highly recommend this business, you won't be disappointed! Top notch all the way!!
