My water heater was not producing any hot water so I called my home warranty service (American Home Shield). The plumber that came out just took a quick look at my water heater and did not do any type of diagnostic, and said that I needed to replace it. I was then quoted $1300 of out of pocket expense for work they said was needed not covered by AHS.

I didn't feel comfortable with what they were telling my so I decided to get a second opinion. I called Anchor Plumbing based on all the positive reviews. First of all, I didn't expect them to come the same day much less within an hour, but they did! I met Paul and Alex at the house, both were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what happened, and stressed that I'm on a limited budget. Within 15 minutes they had my water heater running!! They did what the first company didn't do - they diagnosed the issue and determined that the thermostat was issue. If I didn't call Anchor, I would have been out so much money for something that didn't need to be done. I appreciate your excellent customer service and professionalism. You've got a lifetime customer!

So after having several issues with other people, I called Anchor. I first looked on Yelp and seeing all the positive reviews, boom made that appt. They scheduled it for a few days later with a few hour time frame. I got the call that the guy was on his way. So after about an hour of work, the issue was kind of fixed. Not on their end but mine, looks like an electrician is needed now but the part works. I have a few more things that I want some and will be calling Anchor again. Keep up the good work you guys

I had a problem with my sprinkler. Anchor gave me a free estimate. They diagnosed the problem quickly, the tech was super polite, and they actually told me that I would be better off going with a sprinkler company. If I ever do have a plumbing issue, I will definitely go with them.

Very dedicated business. Worked through rain, sleet, snow of 12/7 to complete my six feet deep sewer issues. Henry stayed late making sure area was safe & as presentable as could be. Owner Paul came to site when unexpected issues arose. Would use again & highly recommend.
