They were great, they seem to have done quality work, explained to me what they were doing, gave me options on what I could have done and at what prices, and then did the agreed upon work. All told they were here for about 45 minutes and got everything done that was needed. They were very understanding of me missing the original appointment time on account of having a late night.

Came out for a tub faucet leak. I provided the part, a cartridge. Plumber changed out cartridge and that did not correct problem. Original cartridge still looked like new but bc they changed it out they still charged me $265.00 and they kept my original cartridge valued at $200 or more that didn't even need to be changed.
Then I was told it MIGHT be the valve that needs to be fixed and was quoted an additional $1200.
I didn't feel confident they new what the problem was to be fixed. I've got other quotes and so far all have been less to repairs a valve.

So who are we to call, will it take several days to come out, do you have to miss work to fit in the window they give you? So we across Anchor Plumbing Services. They responded quickly. It took about an hour after we made the call to the time of their arrival. We were greeted by two men, Brandon and Mason who are some of the nicest Gents you'll ever meet. They were very industrious, polite, and communicative with our needs and helped us in every way. I never had servicemen who were so prompt and well trained, they took away all our stresses and made us at ease. The price was a lot less than major competitors but more so they gave us peace of mind, which is priceless.

Our water heater was down for a couple of days. My husband called Anchor and the team arrived the same day. They removed the water heater returned it to Home Depot because it was under warranty and they picked up a new one with no hassles. The team returned quickly and began to install it. Pete and Ralph installed 4 new toilets in our home and a new faucet, strainer, and disposal for our kitchen sink. They also set our home pressure back to normal. They were very professional, personable, had a lot of knowledge and were thorough with their explanations. All the work they did was excellent and it got done within a day and half. I called and Liz set me up with an appointment window for that afternoon. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone. The technicians called me when they were on the way, giving me about a 25 minute notice. They were able to determine the issue and give me a course of action quickly.
