Jim just completed our service call, and he was an absolute rockstar and pleasure to work with. I had had a different company out here a fews back for the same issue, and they weren't able to identify the problem and after numerous follow up calls, we gave up on them. I'm so glad we decided to call Anacapa Plumbing. Jim jumped right in and tried several tests to correctly identify what was causing our problem (no hot water to our master bathroom shower, but fine throughout the rest of the house). I appreciate his dedication to finding the culprit and root of the problem, instead of suggesting to replace more things that we didn't need. He tried replacing the less expensive valves first, in an attempt to save us some money. In the end, the culprit was the larger more expensive replacement, but- I appreciate that he tried swapping the others first. Not every place would do that. Highly recommend Jim and Anacapa Plumbing in general. I know who we'll be calling should we have any troubles in the future. Thanks again!

Mario did a fabulous job of finding my leaks and repairing them. He was very detailed. He found three leaks two under the house and one in the wall. I am so grateful for his professionalism and dedication to completing the job. Most plumbers would try and break the work up into multiple visits. Mario knew that I was without. water in COVID and made sure the work was complete.

After having a different company replace parts on my water heater twice and the pilot light still going out intermittently, I decided to call Anacapa Plumbing. What a world of difference. They are actually local. Other companies have local numbers but aren't from here. They answered the phone, scheduled the service, showed up on time and completed the assignment quickly, and for a reasonable cost. It was a painless experience with them and I highly recommend you call them when the need arises.

I have experienced good work with this company. My concern is with billing. I get vague estimates, they do the work, then the bill comes and it is one number that is owed.
Then, I need to ask them for an itemized bill, which is still vague and the hours are padded. I priced out the parts at Lowe's, a retail store, for $237, their charge for parts was $547.50 they most likely procured the parts at a wholesaler for much less than Lowe's.
