Called them on a Sunday morning (along with 3 other places that didn't get back to me until Monday).

He was at my house by noon. They had to call me to delay an hour because they job they were currently at was taking longer than expected. Hey, I understand that, especially since he's the only one who answers the phone on Sunday mornings :). He called again as soon as he was on his way.

Took care of the problem (toilet overflowing at the floor level, so in the pipes. He even went the extra mile to reinstall my toilet and mop the floor (he said, ""you pay for an hour so I might as well work an hour!"") RIGHT ON!

Price was about the same as last time I called roto rooter WITH a coupon and not an emergency, just a routine call. So, yeah. Anacapa is now in my contact list. I won't bother with wasting my time leaving messages elsewhere.

Excellent in all ways. I called Anacapa Plumbing because I had an emergency situation: my main water line broke Memorial Day weekend. I called Anacapa and they appeared within the hour, were honest in their assessment of the situation, repaired the problem timely, and for a reasonable price. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

I was disappointed with Anacapa Plumbing, although the service was same day. They are expensive, and the plumber was inexperienced. For changing a fitting and doing some caulking, I was charged $140. He didn't have anything with him it seems, and would need to go to the store for everything, which would cost me $97 per hour for the travel, and 20% extra for parts! I don't believe what he has done will last. He could not diagnose the problem with my faucets, and didn't fix my toilet, as he of course didn't have the parts, and would need to drive far away etc etc. They were nice and polite, but I would not use them again.

I had to write my first Yelp review ever for Jeremiah and Anacapa Plumbing. He was honest, friendly, punctual, and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and made sure not to get mud in the house.

We had a leak and now we don't - he even took a photo of the repair so we could see it fixed. Anacapa Plumbing was amazing and our plumbing issue was gone in one day! I can't say enough good things or recommend them enough - I would send anyone looking for a plumber to Jeremiah and Anacapa Plumbing!

Woke up on 2/13/15 to a serious leak under my small bathroom sink, called Anacapa about 10:30am and was able to get service by 1:30pm. He needed to make a parts run but that happen with less than 30min. wait. A valve replacement parts and labor was $110.00 felt that was fair.

Wanted my clay sewer line replaced because roots have grown into it.

Paid for a camera service. Jeremiah found one area with roots that had been cleared away with a recent snake. He felt confident that this one area was the problem and recommended snaking every 4-6 months. I did not share his confidence, as we've had to snake three times in 7 WEEKS.

Jeremiah did not camera all the way out to the main line and admitted that his locator battery was low. I expressed my concern on the spot, but Jeremiah said that he did not need to do any of this to give me an accurate quote.

No quote received, even after three calls to the office. Requests for a refund have been ignored. Office staff is defensive and promises call backs from supervisors. No calls received. 19 DAYS after my last snake, the line has backed up again.

My experience with Jeremiah this time was just as satisfying as the first time. I only wish all of the other household repair service folks I call were as prompt, efficient, and personable as Jeremiah.

Thank goodness I found these guys! They called 15 minutes before arriving which was nice. Jeremiah was friendly, professional and trustworthy. He fixed the problem in record time. I will never go anywhere else!
