I just want to thank Efrain at Anacapa Plumbing. Efrain came out twice and did a great job. This is the kind of work you don't ever wish for, but he was super diligent and had a great attitude. It was also Friday of a three day weekend and I knew it was bad timing to call a plumber, but here he was! Thank you a million Anacapa Plumbing and Efrain!

Great experience. After 7 years, our extremely expensive top of the line ultra efficient hot water heater began leaking from its stainless? steel core. Jimmy came out to diagnose?, quickly revealed the problem? and set us up with a higher performance tankless water heater? at a fraction of the original's outlandish price. He did a great job installing, quick and clean. However, the new tankless header didn't dial-in correctly? and had to be reset the next morning. Jimmy's colleague?, Ryan came out within a few hours of our call to troubleshoot and eventually took the problem all the way up the helpdesk chain to get a fix. He even offered to take a look at it on a Sunday. We are super happy with the result. Anacapa has a team of friendly?, highly trained, and contentious??s plumbers. No one looks forward to having plumbing issues, but next time we have one, you know who we are calling.

I used Anacapa plumbing about two weeks ago for the fourth time in the past three years and they every single time have done me quality service! I am really impressed compared to four or five other companies I've used in the past 10-15 years, they offered appropriate pricing, friendly plumbers, great response time, etc. This last time I got Jimmy and he was very efficient and polite in doing the work needed and then when there appeared after he left a problem that needed attention the owner answered the phone with kindness, sent him back even though it was after 4PM on a Friday after resolved the issue no charge, no animosity etc! Definitely the best I have seen of several! I would be a fool to use anybody else after the service I received!!! Wow

Called at about 7:15 in the morning. Complete damsel in distress phonecall. Owner must have answered he was prompt and polite and said he would call in 45 minutes and he did. Then he told me a rough estimate of when the plumber would arrive. Plumber arrived within 15 minutes of the time he quoted. Plumber was named Efrain. He was excellent and I will call them again. He even told me what not to put down the garbage disposal. Price was only around 110$ not bad at all and I can't complain. Thank you efrain!

Anacapa did our plumbing for a major remodel of a small ranch style, 1960's home in Santa Barbara. The construction took about 6 months with plumbing scheduled a different points in the project and included both major plumbing and installing new gas lines. Anacapa sent the same person each time which really made it much easier.

The work was top notch - this is my 3rd remodel and was the best plumbing contractor yet. The retrofit of our master bath from a single to a double sink looked like artwork!

Prices were on target, quotes were accurate and turn-around between the time called and work being started was fast.

We've been in the home now for 1 year without any issues - everything works great.

We had a water heater break down on a Friday night. They sent out a plumber named Michael. He was awesome. He stopped the leak but drained the tank and promised to go get another water heater. He was here on Saturday morning with a brand new water heater. Michael installed the water heater in about an hour. The prices were reasonsble. Michael was a very funny guy. We have used them before and found them very reasonable. We will use Anacapa plumbing in the future.

They did so much work for us - reliable, on time, respectful, owner Sharin is understanding of time lines, helpful, communicates well, honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ryan the plumber who did most of the work was exactly the same way - totally competent people and the price although not cheap was in line with other quotes and they stand by their work.

I've used them a couple times. Both times, they were punctual, respectful of my home and did the job efficiently. The fees seem reasonable to me. At times they try to up-sell and you can tell that's what they're trying to do, but they'll listen to your ""no thanks"" and leave it at that, which is better that other companies I've tried. I would certainly hire them again, thank you.

I discovered an outdoor water leak next to the wall of the house at 4 pm Sat. Probably has been going on for a few days. I was very upset , called Anacapa & Jim arrived by 4:30 , fixed the problem . He is such a nice person , also competent , polite , knows his job.. He is a new arrival in SB, & Anacapa is lucky to have him as an employee...I always had great service from them
