Excellent customer service and communication. AMT was responsive, polite and professional. They called me back right away, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and came on time to fix my water heater. Highly recommend them.

Adam is a good plumber and an honest person. Unfortunately, Adam is not a good time manager nor good at delegation.

Why is this important? Because Adam is a one man show, he has no slack in his schedule nor anyone to help him with plumbing work.

This means...

* if your project takes more work than expected, it will be late and delayed.
* If another client's project is late or takes more work, your project will be delayed because he will be stuck on the other project.
* If he is working on multiple projects, something will slip and it will affect your schedule because he cannot be in two places at once.
* He is not good at communicating when he is behind schedule.

So i would recommend Adam on smaller projects where you are not deadline sensitive. He is hard working and honest, but needs to hire more people and manage his time better.

This was an emergency on a Saturday and after calling several plumbers only AMT came through. They showed up as promised and fixed a minor problem that was causing a lot of anxiety. They are very professional, dedicated and customer service-driven. I would work with them again anytime. Thanks for fixing my sink valve!

What a lifesaver. AMT contracted me right away to schedule the job; they are very busy but I consider that a good sign. Adam was professional, pleasant, and fixed our plumbing issue within the two hour minimum. I had been turned down by three other plumbers who told me that the job wasn't large enough or that the issue was too complicated. It's nice to know there are still decent people out there and I would gladly recommend AMT to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Adam Tolentino, the owner of this company is excellent. He fixed a complex plumbing problem with our toilet that had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner. He arrived on time and was very neat and courteous. He was very helpful and answered several questions about other plumbing issues in our home. I am very happy with his services and punctuality.

AMT Plumbing is a local independent business owned by Adam and his wife. Adam took the time to discuss water heater options, and share his expertise. He is professional, polite, and patient. After weighing the options we went with a Navien tankless water heater. It has the best warranty for a tankless heater and is the most energy efficient you can buy at 99%. It is eligible for the Federal tax credit. Adam knows how to do this type of installation and did it in one afternoon. I would highly recommend AMT for this type of work.

I have never written a review but Adam's service was so far over the top that I wanted to do one.
We were out of hot water. He was there the next morning, ordered needed part and installled it 7 PM that night!
He kept in touch during the process, a skill sorely lacking in many businesses.

I normally do not provide reviews but I needed to for AMT Plumbing due to the exceptional work that Adam provided. I did the usual 3 estimates for the work I wanted done and Adam stood out from the other two licensed plumbers by far. When he came on site he knew the state codes for the work I wanted done. He offered suggestions to ensure the line that I wanted run would be sized correctly for the equipment I was looking to hook up. He provided me a written estimate when he promised and he priced the job very competitively.

After I received my estimates, I decided to make a change and asked for a revised estimate. Carie of AMT plumbing provided the revised estimate the same day, I was very impressed with receiving the new estimate so quickly.

On the day of the job the weather was expected to be over 100 degrees. That didn't stop Adam, he arrived on site on time and completed the job on schedule. When the job was done, he left the work site in a cleaner state then when he started. Truly a professional.

I would give Adam and AMT Plumbing more than 5 stars if possible.

Ok. first of all, I never take the time to write reviews of any company. I'm making an exception with AMT plumbing. If all businesses were run as professionally as this one, we'd all be happy campers. Adam Tolentino was on time, hard working, professional with his assessment of our very major water leakage underground problem, and reasonable rates to fix it, that a very distressing plumbing problem was turned into the best outcome I could have imagined. My micro managing husband then began to get quotes for every plumbing/new water heater? problem he could come up with because he had never encountered a plumber that he trusted as much as Adam. NEVER!

Adam, arrived an hour late, and made me late for work and the twin's School. He assured me he would fix the leak. When we came home, he had left the front door unlocked, and let our elderly dog out? We found her near the busy street and calmed her down. Then when we saw the kitchen cabinet was emptied around it, the tap was removed, and a note, written in crayon stating he'll be back tomorrow! Really! We hired another plumber, he fixed it in 1/2 an hour. We needed some remodeling, and he said he would worry about the bill then. Now, that's personal service..ADAM!
