Ok. first of all, I never take the time to write reviews of any company. I'm making an exception with AMT plumbing. If all businesses were run as professionally as this one, we'd all be happy campers. Adam Tolentino was on time, hard working, professional with his assessment of our very major water leakage underground problem, and reasonable rates to fix it, that a very distressing plumbing problem was turned into the best outcome I could have imagined. My micro managing husband then began to get quotes for every plumbing/new water heater? problem he could come up with because he had never encountered a plumber that he trusted as much as Adam. NEVER!

Adam, arrived an hour late, and made me late for work and the twin's School. He assured me he would fix the leak. When we came home, he had left the front door unlocked, and let our elderly dog out? We found her near the busy street and calmed her down. Then when we saw the kitchen cabinet was emptied around it, the tap was removed, and a note, written in crayon stating he'll be back tomorrow! Really! We hired another plumber, he fixed it in 1/2 an hour. We needed some remodeling, and he said he would worry about the bill then. Now, that's personal service..ADAM!

If I could give AMT 6 stars I would! Adam is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I had a water heater go out at my business and he came out that day to help and got me the best deal. What I really appreciated was he gave me a few options and didn't pressure me to go with the most expensive like others would have. Then I had an issue at my house and had another great experience! I won't use anyone but him now!

Horrible experience. Had a sump pump go out during the recent rain storms and the soonest they could come out was TWO weeks away. We waited and when they did not show up at the designated time, I called and was told that we were not in their system for an appointment. After being put on hold, they then said our appointment was for the following week - SIX more days! - even though we had received an email stating it was today. We were referred to AMT by our home warranty company so we called to request another plumber and an appointment for the following day was set up with another company.

Adam is awesome and I consider myself lucky that he was called in by Fidelity Title Insurance. Third time is a charm I guess (he was the 3rd plumber that I had dealt with to try to diagnose a leak coming into and soaking the new carpet of my parent's newly purchased house.) Adam initially said that he couldn't confirm the source of the leak either, but unlike the other two plumbers, he brought in someone who could. Once the leak was found, Adam responded diligently and quickly to complete the project. I have never written a review on Yelp but I felt compelled to write this one. I will be recommending Adam's services to anyone I know who needs plumbing help. Thank you, Adam!

AMT is amazing!! Adam is friendly, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and focused on producing quality work. He was patient and walked us through the install of our tankless water heater and partial repipe. He was very considerate of our home and even cleaned up after his work. I'm very impressed with this business.

Adam is fantastic to work with and gets things done quickly. He's super reliable, trustworthy and thorough. I've had him install a new kitchen faucet and new shower arm/head, fix garbage disposal and bath tub leaks, replace toilets after a new floor installation, remove plumbing related to an old wet bar, and test all the plumbing in a newly purchased house. He's definitely my go-to plumber. I highly recommend using Adam for any plumbing needs you have! You'll be thrilled with the results!

Love this guy! He came out on a Saturday when my water heater failed. He R&R the water heater and installed a recirculating hot water system. Very professional, on time, job completed under bid and cleaned up after the job and made it all look better than it was when he got here.

Adam is always professional, on time and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable and fit our budget.

In addition, last month our water heater stopped working on the weekend and Adam was kind enough to stop what he was doing on his day off to come over to our house to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently If we are in need of a plumber again we will definitely call AMT Plumbing.
