Art and his crew are amazing! They've helped us with so much--plumbing at my house, my parents' condo, and even helping my husband with our bathroom remodels. Every time, they went way above and beyond.

One time, I was in a total panic because my parents needed an urgent repair. Even though Art had just finished a long day and was stuck on the 91 freeway, he still made time to swing by my parents' rental condo that evening to check things out. I could tell he was exhausted, but he showed up anyway because he knew how stressed I was.

He's the kind of guy who genuinely cares about his customers and gets the job done right. I should've written this review a while ago, but better late than never! If you need a plumber who's reliable, hardworking, and just an all-around great person, call Art. You won't regret it!

I knew I had a slab leak...the 3rd one in the same home. My HOA president highly recommended Art with Ampro Plumbing and Leak Detection. He and Jacob showed up early, were extremely professional, quickly pinpointed the leak location and offered me 2 options. I picked the least intrusive option and couldn't be happier with the clean and efficient work they did! Water issues have always been a fear of mine so it is a HUGE relief I now have a licensed, dependable, trustworthy and reasonably priced company to call!! I am so grateful to have found Ampro and will be a lifetime customer!!!

Had the Ampro team out addressing a few issues my family was facing.

1. We found we had a leak in our downstairs bathroom. Ampro team was able to open the wall, find the leak and repair with minimal invasion.

2. Our water softener system was broken and outdated. The team briefed me and we opted with replacing with the Halo whole house softening solution. Plumbed it in and provided a very solid earthquake strap, something we didn't have prior.

3. Installed a RO system under the counter in the kitchen (have a small child so wanted ultra pure water ... halo * RO system)

4. Had a small faucet leak in my upstairs bathroom, which the good brothers and sisters of Ampro dialed in by swapping out the cartridges.

Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend.
