Had the opportunity to use Ampro's service again! My water heater was on its last leg... back firing and making weird bubble sounds. Since we're on the verge of a zombie apocalypse from COVID19, I didn't want to take any chances. I called Art and he hooked me up with a brand new Bradford White water heater. Check out the pro installation pic! Also, I was concerned about any possible leaks on the premises. Art took time and conducted multiple leak detection tests with hesitation. After the tests, he ensured me that there are no leaks or loss of pressure in the house. Once again, very professional, thorough, articulate, and fair pricing. I will always use Ampro! I just had AMPRO fix a slab leak and they were amazing! They came out the same day and completed extensive leak detection. They were professional and thorough, and told me exactly what was going on and what my options were. I opted for a pipe reroute, which was completed quickly and at a great price. I was referred to Ampro by a friend and they did not disappoint with their referral. Art called me within an hour of me leaving a message. We had a leak in our shower that my husband couldn't figure out which in turn lead to having to shut off the main valve until we got a professional out. Art worked with my husband over the phone since my husband is handy and mentioned if he still couldn't do it, he will squeeze us in. Art managed to squeeze us in during his busy schedule. He showed my husband what to do because he couldn't finish it since art didn't have the part. Remember, he squeezed us in so he didn't have the parts to fix what was wrong. If we didn't call him in a pinch, he would've finished it. He told my husband what to do and my husband finished what he started. I am so impressed with Art's customer service and so glad to now say we have a plumber we can call on. He is honest and reliable.

Never too late to give a great review. Art was great, I had a plumbing disaster on a rainny day. We had just purchased our house and I had a problem with the water pressure and a broken pipe that was forcing me to keep my water shut off. He squeezed me into his schedule same day to help me with the broken pipe. Could not say enough about this company. Very reliable, Very reasonable pricing and great customer service.
