Junior came out a few hours after we called. Told us his findings and a price. He and his crew came back the next day (saturday) and worked until the issue was resolved. Very professional, respectful and concerned. An additional issue came up and was taken care of as soon as possible.
We would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate calling them again if another issue arrives

Ely and his Nephew completed the changeout of my failed backflow and Pressure Regulating Valve (They also included a hose bib which I can now have access in my garage as well as check pressure on the line in the future which I did not think about!!) on my irrigation system today. As usual he was on time, very honest and friendly and completed work quickly. I will continue to have Amigo Rooter and Plumbing as my #1 on the list!! Thank you Ely and family !!

Amigo Plumbing is awesome. They have done such a great job for us on two difficult jobs - a dig out sewer line and a cleanout for two bathroom sinks. Jr. and Sr. really know their stuff and they are VERY reasonable cost wise compared to most other companies. I would definitely use them again should we have any another issue. They totally rock!

I'm so amazed at the great job Amigo Plumbing did for us. We needed a new water heater as our was not only out of code, was 18 years old, and started to leak. They were prompt, taking into consideration our schedules, and kept us up to date on their progress. We are very satisfied with the results. Jr. and Papa were super friendly and provided us with recommendations based on our lifestyle and needs. We will definitely use them again.

My backyard faucet broke off and water was shooting out. Had to shut off main water valve to stop flow. I called and left messages with several plumbing companies in the Livermore area and Amigo plumbing was the only one to return my call. They were not able to come until Monday morning but made repair and on their way in less than an hour! Reasonably priced and repair made!

Could not know hows the service cause difficult to make appt specially when you need urgent service. Called for water leaking toilet but not able to give time frame to come. When they are ready and i am out, they could not come even the next day. So no go for urgent sevice.

Amigo Rooter did a great job! Ely and junior were the only plumbers who had time to drop by our house the same day we needed help. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable price quote. Not only they fixed the problem, they helped minimize the damage on our pathway by doing the trenchless way. These guys love what they do. He will be my go to guy for any plumbing issues.

I am so happy to have found an honest and fair plumber!! We had a major issue with our kitchen sink backing up and tried to snake it ourselves to no avail. In searching I found Amigo plumbing and despite not tons of reviews decided to try them as I was tired of the huge prices for small repairs from national companies. Junior came out on time and looked at the issue and used a snake on our cleanout, once he thought he had cleared the issue we ran water for several minutes and it was still slow so he did his snake again for the full 65' it goes and really ensured the drain lines were clear. He spent a good hour on the job ensuring it was good and kept with the price he stayed at the beginning. He was friendly, courteous, and honest about the issues and helped me with some tips to prevent future issues. I would recommend them to anyone and only wish I had found them sooner after paying huge fees for small plumbing issues. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a plumber and call Amigo!

Had a major issue with our clean out needing to be snaked. Called in the morning and told they could come in the afternoon. They didn't show until seven because of a problem with another job (which I totally understand can happen). I would have liked a phone call telling me this (I was waiting since 2pm) but once they got here they got right to work (if not for the huge lateness they definitely would have gotten five stars), explained everything to me they were doing and gave me what seemed like a pretty good price. I will be calling them again.
