My backyard faucet broke off and water was shooting out. Had to shut off main water valve to stop flow. I called and left messages with several plumbing companies in the Livermore area and Amigo plumbing was the only one to return my call. They were not able to come until Monday morning but made repair and on their way in less than an hour! Reasonably priced and repair made!

Could not know hows the service cause difficult to make appt specially when you need urgent service. Called for water leaking toilet but not able to give time frame to come. When they are ready and i am out, they could not come even the next day. So no go for urgent sevice.

Amigo Rooter did a great job! Ely and junior were the only plumbers who had time to drop by our house the same day we needed help. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable price quote. Not only they fixed the problem, they helped minimize the damage on our pathway by doing the trenchless way. These guys love what they do. He will be my go to guy for any plumbing issues.

I am so happy to have found an honest and fair plumber!! We had a major issue with our kitchen sink backing up and tried to snake it ourselves to no avail. In searching I found Amigo plumbing and despite not tons of reviews decided to try them as I was tired of the huge prices for small repairs from national companies. Junior came out on time and looked at the issue and used a snake on our cleanout, once he thought he had cleared the issue we ran water for several minutes and it was still slow so he did his snake again for the full 65' it goes and really ensured the drain lines were clear. He spent a good hour on the job ensuring it was good and kept with the price he stayed at the beginning. He was friendly, courteous, and honest about the issues and helped me with some tips to prevent future issues. I would recommend them to anyone and only wish I had found them sooner after paying huge fees for small plumbing issues. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a plumber and call Amigo!

Had a major issue with our clean out needing to be snaked. Called in the morning and told they could come in the afternoon. They didn't show until seven because of a problem with another job (which I totally understand can happen). I would have liked a phone call telling me this (I was waiting since 2pm) but once they got here they got right to work (if not for the huge lateness they definitely would have gotten five stars), explained everything to me they were doing and gave me what seemed like a pretty good price. I will be calling them again.

I just love Elly and Amigo rooter and plumbing team. They are very professional. They were on time, Fair Price, Friendly, Honesty. That made me feel so lucky to have them fixing all my plumbing mess. They did explain everything what is happing to my sewer, Pipes which plugged up. Yes, These guys don't cut corners. They did a mazing job to take all the roots out of my pipe. They will come back to replace all of my old pipes next month after they get city permit. I will update it later. Amigo Plumbing is a top notch small run company. Their service is excellent, timely and courteous. We needed a garbage disposal repair. I highly recommend Junior and the Amigo Rooter company. I called them to clear a drain in one of our rental units, and they were extremely pleasant and professional to both our tenants and to me. They did a great job and were very reasonable. I was so pleased, that I have called them out for an issue at another rental. Unfortunately, we didn't know about them before having dug out and replacing a couple of sewer lines. If you need your sewer lines cleared or replaced, I would recommend calling Amigo Rooter to discuss the trenchless option. Ditto on any regular plumbing needs. If you are looking for a reputable plumber, one that does quality work at a fair price, I recommend Amigo Plumbing of Livermore. These guys do not cut corners, are honest, have integrity, and are fair. Today, they put in a Trenchless drain system replacing a 65 year old ceramic drain that was ladened with roots. They arrived when they said they would (7:30a), replaced more area than expected because of poor connections of the old pipes, permitted the work, installed the new system using a Trenchless method, kept us without a system for only four hours (down at 10a up at 2p), and didn't ask for more funds...incredible professionalism.

Amigo did work for me in the past and every time I've been happy. Why I forgot about them until this project is a mystery. I saw them coming out of Pete's Hardware while I was heading in and a lightbulb went off. After a quick discussion in the parking lot I invited them to look at my project. When I heard the word Trenchless I was sold.

I'm writing this because good experiences should be communicated. I wanted all of my friends, family, acquaintances, and neighbors to know this team deserves your consideration for all your plumbing needs. Too many laborers/contractors cut corners and don't do the right thing, these guys did not. The owner, (Ely), his son (Junior), and two employees spent the entire day on this project, and completed everything by 4p. They left my yard in the same condition as when they got here.
