BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY my house had been having some problems because the Toilet kept over flowing so i call this company to come out & fix it because one of my coworkers recommended them in the end this was a big mistake. When the guy came he was very quiet and awkward he didn't talk much but when he did he made u feel uncomfortable. While the man was fixing the toilet I wasn't paying to much attention to him because my son was sick and fussy. So once done with the job the man showed me it worked then went on to leave. An hour later I was getting ready for work and realized three of my very valuable bracelets were gone... the bracelets were on the sink next to where he was working and nobody else lives with me. So the bracelets didn't grown legs and walk away them self's and my son isn't even tall enough to reach on top of the sink. The sad part is you trust these companies hiring these people saying they're trustworthy people but they're aren't. IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN GO TO THIS COMPANY. I hope nobody else has to go through this same exact thing this company needs to be shut down

Stay away from this company, very shady with employees that steal.

This company came out to fix a water leak at my house.

1st minor red flag was i got a call saying that were at my house, insurance sent them a order. I never received a call to even schedule an appt they just showed up.

2nd minor red flag the plumber came in my house & my small dog was barking at him. I let the plumber know the dog does not bite, the plumber looks at me and says he doesn't mind if i bite him. ( that was creepy but it gets better)

The major unethical unprofessional incident that occurred while he was in my house fixing the valve was a diamond wedding ring that went missing after he was at my house. I have a routine where i place my wedding ring everyday. The employee had said he needed to go to the store to get the parts & he'd knock when he returned. I changed my clothes, placed my ring where it goes & didn't think anything of it. The employee came back fixed the valve & last. Next morning went to get my ring & it was gone. Police report was filed & the employee had the nerve to ask the police to look into my older daughter... REALLY?

Don't believe the ""we background check our employees ""

The process was simple, pricing was fair and the job went off without a hitch. From start to finish we were informed, workers arrived as scheduled and everything was done as discussed. They handled everything and cleaned up when the job was finished.

We are very excited about our new appliances coming and will be calling them to hook them up. I would highly recommend doing business with Amigo Plumbing!

Avoid at all costs. Any positive reviews must be from their friends. Shady one or two man shop that operates out of their vans as their ""office"" is actually their residence. Showed up an hour and a half late, failed to properly fix a backed up garbage disposal, charged my wife $125 for a five minute visit where the tech put a screw under the sink to hold up a line (which later fell out), and refused to refund after the issue reoccurred. Their ""secretary"" (most likely the owner's kid or wife as there is always a crying baby in the background on the phone) does not have the capacity to understand simplistic issues. The owner(s) are just a couple of clowns with vans - they are not professional plumbers. Hire anyone else.

Nelson and team are dependable, friendly, and have the expertise required to work any household plumbing job. We've used them for hot water heater replacement, garbage disposal replacement, shower cartridge removal and replacement, laundry sink repair, and kitchen faucet removal. I highly recommend these guys. They've also consistently showed up same or next business day for each job.

This company exceeded my expectation. I called them on short notice after realizing that the shower head in one of the bathrooms of newly purchased home does not work at all. Eddy showed up a couple of hours later, made a quick diagnosis and determined that the existing shower head cannot be repaired after several attempts (and save me some money), ran to the nearest Home Depot to pick up a new one and installed it. On top of that, he also fixed a bunch of other plumbing issues. All these were done under a lot of time pressure since mine was a short notice job between two previously scheduled jobs. Cannot praise him and the company enough, will definitely repeat for future plumbing jobs.

If you're looking for someone honest and punctual.... look elsewhere.

The plumber was supposed to arrived between 11am-1pm. I called the company at 1:20 after realizing no one showed up. They told me the plumber would arrive in 40mim - that did NOT happen.

The plumber finally showed up sometime after 2pm. I explained the water leak as best as I could. He looked at me and said ""It will be a $100 to start"". I told him that the company told me I'd get a FREE ESTIMATE to which he just gave me a blank stare and again told me it would be $100 to start. I repeated that I wanted a free estimate which then made him give me a blank stare and said he'd get started.

I watched as the blankly stared at my water meter. He then told me I needed to call the city because it was a city line. He then said my old sprinkler system needed to be capped off - which was already capped off. Had the bother to really look at it, he would have noticed that there was nothing wrong with it.

Before the plumber left, he said the total would be $45. I then gave him a blank stare and he took off.

I think that if the company really offered free estimates, then the plumbers should really be advised if that. Specially since I had clearly asked the company before sending someone out to my house.

Not trustworthy. The home warranty company sent these folks out to handle a stopped up drain. The technician made only a cursory effort to locate the main clean-out, then decided to root the problem from a roof vent. This makes the repair ""not covered"" because there was no main clean-out.

This was a job done for my client. I went to the house and in a brief search located the main clean-out. (I am not a plumber) The technician did not indicate to my client that the repair would not be covered and insisted that he get a check from her for the work.

The technician also attempted to sell her a main clean out installation for an additional $1500. He could have spent a few minutes and found the clean out, but instead attempted to intimidate the homeowner into paying for unneeded work.

This company's technician acted unethically and took advantage of a first time home owner. DO NOT USE THEM. We have also filed a complaint with the home warranty company.
