Our toilet had a leak. They replaced the toilet. The new toilet leaked. The ""mostly""repaired the leak. Blue dye from the tank was seeping through. Called them again. ""it's not leaking"" was Santos response. After letting him know we were going to have another company come out to verify, he decided to ""tighten"" things up. He removed the toilet but said he would have to come back because he needed new gaskets. He purposely left the bathroom door open with the drain wide open. No plug. Obviously he did this on purpose. We took pics to show how he left it. We will use those later. As far as us being in a rental as stated by our Landlord below. We sold our house and paid a full years rent in advance because we weren't sure what was going to happen under Biden. We are extreme clean freaks and have a had a constant sewer smell here until the toilet was replaced.

Last night the water heater expansion tank exploded and kudos to Liberty Utilities for coming out quickly and shutting off the water - this morning I called two Goodyear plumbers, the first said call you right back, no call back, called Amigo Plumbing because want to support local. They were super responsive on a Saturday, Eddie arrived with in hour of the call and evaluated the situation, gave me the quote and did the work to fix it all. He was super professional and nice. I will use them again for some upcoming remodel work!!

I have never had a more positive experience with any similar business.
Nelson is the greatest. Came by, said he'd send an email with the estimate the next day. He did. Set an appointment for 2 days later. Not only were they on time, cleanly ran a gas line, and installed my new gas stove, but they finished early.
Reasonably priced, nice workers and dependable!
We will have another job in a couple months and you can bet Amigo will be doing it!

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
They are nice up front but they will say anything and everything to up charge you and get more money from you. Once you have used them good luck getting them to warranty there work without additional up charges. I could go on and on and on about me, my family and friends less than satisfactory experiences but the point is PLEASE DO NOT USE OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I called on a Wednesday to have someone quote a gas line installation, the owner got back to me and scheduled someone to come out the very next day. So far so good. The gentleman showed up on time and was very nice, professional and helpful. He gave a verbal quote and told my husband he would email him a written quote that evening. Friday came and went and we still hadn't heard anything so my husband called and spoke with a receptionist who told him to text a number and that the technician would respond right away. No answer. I finally called again on Monday morning and the same receptionist told me that she would reach out to the technician and see why he hadn't responded. I told her to take down my name and number and to call me to let me know what the outcome was. She said she would follow up right away with me.
It's now Tuesday evening and we've got nothing. Don't waste your time on this company. Super unprofessional and no contact. Extremely disappointed.

This plumbing service completed several repairs to my home - water heater replacement and bathroom plumbing. The service was prompt and the communication was timely and informative. The technician (John) on the big job - the water heater - was extremely knowledgeable and explained things that I should know to keep my water heater well maintained and protected. The installation job was thorough with better placement than before. I appreciated the service and used them again when a bathroom plumbing issue came up. It says it all if you will use a service again!

TERRIBLE service, lack of expertise, caused 2 leaks that weren't leaking before, no-showed, late, have been trying for 2 weeks to contact a manager and he has not returned any calls. I had a tech/plumber to my home 4 times and NONE of my initial issues were fixed, but rather in trying to look into a shower faucet, they caused a leak from my shower after not tightening it. I still never had it fixed after 3 weeks, I hired a handyman who did it and fixed my initial problem in 1 week (took time for parts to be delivered). Only thing Amigo did was snake 2 drains and charged me $110 plus the call fee of $65. I will NEVER allow them to do any work in my home again. The only reason I used them was because my warranty company. Which I recommend if the same happens for you to CANCEL! Get someone else.

Our water heater stopped working and it was 12 years old so we knew it was time to get it replaced. We called so many places and some were unavailable, some charged a fee just to come out, and some were just too expensive. I heard about this place from a Facebook group called ""Goodyear Moms"". I called and they asked if we had our own water heater. I didn't even know that was a possibility, but I'm so glad we got to make that choice based on what we wanted to choose and spend. So I said yes that we would get our own. And we did get one for under $500 at Home Depot. I called Amigo around noon and they came out that day around 5pm and finished the job around 7:30ish. They installed our new water heater, took our old one, and fixed our emergency water valve shut off all for $475-and this was a price match we mentioned that we found another place to do it, but they couldn't come out that day. Amigo was honest, reliable, and I would refer them! So grateful they helped us so quickly!
