TERRIBLE service, lack of expertise, caused 2 leaks that weren't leaking before, no-showed, late, have been trying for 2 weeks to contact a manager and he has not returned any calls. I had a tech/plumber to my home 4 times and NONE of my initial issues were fixed, but rather in trying to look into a shower faucet, they caused a leak from my shower after not tightening it. I still never had it fixed after 3 weeks, I hired a handyman who did it and fixed my initial problem in 1 week (took time for parts to be delivered). Only thing Amigo did was snake 2 drains and charged me $110 plus the call fee of $65. I will NEVER allow them to do any work in my home again. The only reason I used them was because my warranty company. Which I recommend if the same happens for you to CANCEL! Get someone else.

Our water heater stopped working and it was 12 years old so we knew it was time to get it replaced. We called so many places and some were unavailable, some charged a fee just to come out, and some were just too expensive. I heard about this place from a Facebook group called ""Goodyear Moms"". I called and they asked if we had our own water heater. I didn't even know that was a possibility, but I'm so glad we got to make that choice based on what we wanted to choose and spend. So I said yes that we would get our own. And we did get one for under $500 at Home Depot. I called Amigo around noon and they came out that day around 5pm and finished the job around 7:30ish. They installed our new water heater, took our old one, and fixed our emergency water valve shut off all for $475-and this was a price match we mentioned that we found another place to do it, but they couldn't come out that day. Amigo was honest, reliable, and I would refer them! So grateful they helped us so quickly!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!'

This company was sent out by the landlords warranty service. First they said they came by and no one was home. I was home, second trip ( tried to charge another trip fee), the plumber tried snaking the line outside. Claimed he went 25'....must be a root in the line. The city came out, went to to the line with a cam and only got 14'. They suggested a jet procedure. Amigo came out again, the same guy. First words where "" jetting will not work, it's a root."" He set up to snake again, I went inside to work. I look out after a short time and he's gone. Not sure what if any work was done.

The landlord sent another company. They prepared to jet the line. 7 1/2 minuets later, problem solved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service, not professional and I feel they are best at trying to get as much $$ out of you as possible.

Poor service. The only thing they add to is the reputation of looking for more things to charge vs. solving a problem...

Amigo Plumbing did a great job in finding the leaks under the slab in our kitchen, George did an amazing job and was very neat even with mud and cement! Even our friend who owns a concrete repair business said it was a nice job. We will definitely use them again (if we need too!)

My home owner insurance scheduled a service call with this company on 9/28/2019. Amigo plumbing NEVER showed up. I called them several times only to get a voice mail each time. My window was from 11-3. Did not receive any response from my voice mail. I do not recommend this company at all!!

Did a service for us in June, went well, they needed to order a part for a faucet handle, no big deal............. now September 25th and after several emails and text messages since September 4th, no part available. Have guests coming soon and needed the bathroom sink in working order. Their after service response is terrible and they have let us down. I will never deal with them again.

Jorge was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a good job navigating between myself as the tenant and my landlord who resides out of town. He explained everything that needed to be done, as well as shared various options. He also answered all of the questions that I had. I would recommend this company.

The issue was a leaking pipe which was located at the end of the foundation of the house. The pipe needed to be repaired and re-routed through the attic crawl space.

This is my second review my first one was not very good. They did come back out and hopefully fix the problem. However to fix the problem completely we still need to have a camera put down the drain and then they can find the real problem. I am still a little skeptical; but time will tell. I am happier they did come back out.
