First of all, my husband tried to unclog our kitchen sink before we had to call the plumber. Plunging, snake, baking soda and vinegar boiling water nothing worked. James came out had it fixed in no time. Used coupon on their website. Hardest part was picking a plumber so we went to yelp and because of positive feedback on America's Plumbing and the professional person that answered our call we are glad we chose them.

I called them last year after a different small business failed miserably af repairing the outside irrigation at my houe. America's Plumbing Company fixed the problem that the previous small business (Sprinkler Pros -- I do not recommend!) made worse. Given the amount of water that was leaking from the irrigation system, James told us to give it some time dry out...after several weeks (it was summer), it was still a muddy mess. So, I called America's Plumbing Company back, and they addressed the issue a second time...and I wasn't charged for the second visit because it was at the same point of repair as the first visit.

I love America's Plumbing Company! They stand by their work.

I called on a Sunday for help with a plugged drain. I am a property manager and new tenants just moved in and when you flush to toilet it overflowed and water came up in the tub. I called my plumber who failed to pick up so I called America's and a nice lady answered and David showed up within 15 minutes. He shot a snake from the clean out into the house found roots and cleared the drain. He also reseated an old toilet and replaced the rusted bolts and the wax ring in less than 30 minutes at a price that I thought was not only reasonable but low. They even drained my water heater for FREE!
From her on they are the only people I will call for my rentals. A shout out to David their technician, He was great.

my hot water heater was leaking outside. i called America's Plumbing last night and arranged for someone to come out this morning. The technician was able to come earlier than was schedued, which I appreciated.

My hot water heater is approximately 22 years old - original to the home - but this is the first problem i have had. The technician gave it a very thorough exam, and then wrote up several options for me. one was to replace the temperature and pressure valve, and the other was to replace the entire unit. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the unit now, and after that I made the decision to replace the valve for right now. He had all of the work done in less than an hour. Then he offered to look at all of the pumbing in my home - unexpected offer and gratefully accepted!! No major problems found.

Very satisfied and would definately call them again if the need arises.

I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone asked if I needed service that day, which was a nice offer, but it wasnt that urgent. I scheduled an appointment and they called before hand and actually said if I was available they could be there early. Another awesome point. James showed up in timely manner, put on his boot covers and went to work. He explained the problem and gave a full written estimate before going to fix it. It took about an hour and he corrected it fully. He was very nice and helpful and even friendly with my dogs. And patient when I had an issue with redeeming my groupon on my phone.

I would highly recommend their service and I will use them again.

Had to find another plumber after our current plumber and contractor let us down. We are in the middle of a remodel, and 1 week after starting to use the new bathroom we got a blockage. The contractor and plumber we used did not call back until the next day then was unable to come over. Told us to call Rotor Rooter.

Found Americas Plumbing on Yelp, called and got an immediate response. We booked a time slot for the next morning and received an advance call from the office making sure we were ready.

Travis arrived punctually, and was one of the most polite and courteous technicians we have ever worked with. He quickly identified the problem and cleared the blockage, making sure it was through and clean. He was so good we had him repair our other toilet. All work was done by the job not the hour.

We will not have the original plumber back, but will call Americas Plumbing and Travis for our next phase on the remodel,

James, the technician, was great! He arrived 15 minutes early, donned shoe protectors, and set about diagnosing a leaking water heater. In fewer than two hours he discovered the problem and fitted a new pressure relief valve. He stuck around to make sure the heater cycled off at the appropriate temperature, checked for leaks, and fitted a drain cap where there was none before. He noted a few issues I should keep my eye on and offered to fix one of them at the time, but due to time constraints on my part I declined. I will happily call them again when I have the time.

At less than two bills with the coupon, this repair job was easy on the wallet.

We had a kitchen faucet leaking issues, they provided professional service both on help desk and on-site plumbing. Very nice people. Especially the plumber who has Berkeley Computer Science Degree, yes, he can fix plumbing problem. Yelp's voucher helps to save money too.

My sewer line had backed up on Christmas Eve. I had called my sewer insurance but the service center was closed. I had to call an emergency plumber in the interim. This company, Mr. Rooter, I will name in another less than stellar review. Before assessing my line, this young man took note of my fruitless mulberry tree in the front yard and immediately told me I needed a new sewer line and that it would be $5800. Thirty minutes later, he allegedly scoped my line with a camera and said that tree roots had destroyed my piping so much that he was unable to snake the line for fear of ruining his $3000 cable. He said there was no way to repair it. I paid $179 for his to remove my overflow cap and tell me a bunch of lies.

Then in the morning my insurance company dispatched America's Plumbing Company. Marcus came out on Christmas Day and was very friendly and helpful. He snaked my line and then ran the camera. He called me out to view every inch of the pipe and there was absolutely no roots or breakage, in fact, he said it was the nicest looking sewer line he's seen in a while. The actual problem, it was discovered, it at the junction of the county line. He advised that I call the county and have them review the line for it's repair. Then he came into the house (after putting on shoe covers) and proceeded to check all the sinks, toilets, and showers. He was very thorough, courteous and professional. It was nice to have honest service.

I would highly recommended America's Plumbing Company for any plumbing needs.

I have been grappling with a clogged shower forever! Thank goodness AP sent someone within the hour. They were prompt and gave me a full hour of service, including unclogging that pesky drain and checking the plumbing throughout the house. He also drained the hot water heater; there was lots of sediment to get rid of so I was happy.
