I had a terrible leak in my bathroom. The water was pouring out from the bathtub faucet, even when the handles were turned completely off. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. I called Americas Plumbing at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. By 9:15 the plumber was here diagnosing the issues. I have a 60 year old house and the valves were shot. The plumber was so nice, he changed everything out, discussed options for the future, gave me an estimate on a new enclosed tub and shower. As a bonus, he even flushed out my hot water heater. He explained every thing he did and why it needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and the leak is gone. I will use this company in the future.

The plumber that was sent was Leonard Peterson, very knowledgeable and did a 5 star job for us. We were with out water since Friday and he came and had everything fixed in less than 3 hrs, and even cleaned up behind himself. Thanks Leo your a lifesaver, now go on that fishing trip you deserve!!!

Just called to get a plumber out to fix a clogged sink for my Dad who recently went into the Hospital over the Christmas Holiday. Even though the person started off nice on the phone once they found out it was in a Mobil home Park (in Granite Bay CA) they said it was not there policy to work on Mobil Homes....... Last I looked they use the same ABS plumbing to make Mobil Homes as regular homes. I just wanted to get the Sink Drained cleared so a 90 year old Person could have a safe place to use. Guess Americas Plumbing should change their Name to only NOT Americas Plumbing!!!!!!!!!

Avoid!. We had a lateral sewer line project from hell with them. .Armstrong saved my ass after I made the biggest mistake of hiring the ""cheaper vendor"" Mike very unprofessional frankly disrespectful . In so many words told me my company and I were slum lord Property Managers and he had no interest in doing business with idiots like me. .His staff were cold calling my staff once again and looking for work a few months later. Wendy was a sweet gal hope she got out of there.

This place saved our lives and sanity. Any plumbing issue stinks. They had my toilets running in no time and my kids were able to get to shower in no time. Came out last min and the prices were very reasonable. Great service

Called and spoke to Wendy and scheduled an EMERGENCY Plumbing service to come out before 4pm. Wife called at 3:20 to make sure they were coming and this Wendy lady said they ran into an issue and couldn't come out no more and FAILED to call us! Now we're stuck trying to frantically schedule an appointment on a SATURDAY afternoon! Thanks guys. ****update*** GM reached out and apologized. Out of respect for them caring and reaching out, I upped my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Appreciate the GM for making the situation right.

To set the stage, it's July 4th, 4:30 PM, and we're having a backyard gathering prior to going out on the street for fireworks.

Someone walks back and says, ""I have bad news. You have a sewage leak. There's muck all over your driveway"".

In a panic I started dialing all the numbers I found on Yelp. APC answered and said, ""We can have someone out there in an hour"".

Marty arrived in a very timely manner, snaked the sewage from driveway down to street and fixed the problem. The (second) best part of this service experience is that he was very friendly and willing to help. It was the 4th of July! You would think that most people would be annoyed.

The price was extremely reasonable and he did not charge ""holiday rates"". I tipped him, thanked him, and went back to the backyard gathering. Thanks Marty.
