I have to give America's Plumbing Co. a huge thumbs up. From the very beginning they hit it out of the park by being on time. I was happy that they stand behind Covid precautions as my mom lives with me and she's a senior and has not had a vaccine. Before entering Larry had a mask and gloves. He was very friendly and easy to talk to when explaining our plumbing problems. Once he diagnosed the problem he explained things so that we would understand what the real issue was and how he intended to fix it. Luckily he was able to fix the issue same day and did so with haste. We have gone without one of our shower for years and in a matter of an hour our shower is now running and it didn't break us. I will definitely use America's Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Love these guys. My regular handyman was maxed out on emergency fence repairs recently and one of the rentals we manage sprang a leak in the wall. Called around to 3 plumbers and they were all busy, but all recommended America's Plumbing. Glad I called. The superior customer service started at the person answering the phone (this is where a lot of small businesses - drop the ball!)...great first impression. Friending, knowledgeable and empathetic to our issue. Service guy arrived on schedule and was sensitive to the fact we had just painted the interior of the house...fortunately was able to resolve issue with minimal invasive cuts in the garage ceiling. Tenant was happy...we were happy...explained everything very well and fixed the issue for a fair price. They just gained a new client with five houses....

Scammers. First off, the technician who came by wasn't wearing his mask properly, it was below his nose or off nearly the whole time. He quoted us a price, which was reasonable so we scheduled an appointment to get our water heater replaced. Then we get a call the day before they are supposed to come back saying that they need to push out the appointment for 5 days, and that the quoted cost was wrong, so it will actually be nearly 4x the cost we were told (went from $1500 to over $4500). The manager on the phone was extremely rude, it had to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. To put into context, this was in the middle of winter, without hot water, and the technician was apparently ""sick"" who came by without wearing his mask properly. Steer clear of this place, there are many others that are better including Home Depot or Boyd Plumbing (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) who treat their customers better.

Dave from America's Plumbing Company has now tended to 3 jobs I've had. (all in 2021 January! And I THOUGHT I was happy to see 2020 go. Now having 2nd thoughts about welcoming in 2021)! This old house
1. Replace/repair rotted cast iron toilet flange (other company estimate $1700-$1800. Dave $845). Job well done!
2. Repair drain pipe with nail in it (from when home waste built in 1979! Nail finally rusted an tight hole was breached with rust). Barelt room to make a cut near foundation but Dave is a careful meticulous and patient pro.
3. Upstairs shower leaking into garage. New shower kit and copper pipe. Another job well done.
I've found our family plumber! Thank you Americas Plumbing Company for sending out a ""good one""
Fingers crossed we are set for another 20 years. This satisfied customer liked her plumber but hopes she never has to see him again lol!

America's Plumbing Company sent out David to assess why the upstairs drain pipe was leading onto the garage floor. There had been a nail in it from the date the house was built in 1979! The nail had finally rusted through the pipe and the pipe became the reason we experience slight damage to drywall. David cut out section of pipe and added new pipe. It was very close to the concrete foundation of the house. It was a close call for him to be able to address it without chipping out our footing.
Thank you for coming out so quickly and allowing us the ability to get our sheetrock back up in no time. Satisfied customer.

$550 later my sewer line is unclogged, my patio tiles are torn up and not put back right. I feel they took advantage of my wife, I was not there. Too expensive for a clogged drain and a torn up patio.

Derek showed up when he wanted the first time at his convenience even knowing my hot water was not working and pouring water into my garage. He turned off the tank and returned two days later late in the day and finally finished around 10:30 pm. He did not have time to address the leaking faucets in the master bathroom. Again a few days passed and I asked him to come during the day. He showed up about 5 pm and repaired the kitchen sink. He then went up to the MBR and was up there a couple of hours to repair a leaky sink. I felt this was very odd and when my patience ran out I called out to him to come down it was late. 11:00 pm. The faucet seemed fine for a couple of days and it began to leak again. I called and texted him numerous times and finally learned his phone was not accepting calls. However texting seemed to get his attention. This was over a period of several days. My fiancé finally went on You Tube and decided to do it himself. Derek showed up about 20 minutes ago and I told him I had been treated badly and he should return the $250 for the kitchen and the MBR faucet he did not fix. If this is how America's Plumbing treats their clients, I will pass in the future.

Buyer beware. I selected this company following receiving four estimates for the installation of a replacement Roman tub fixture. They were not the lowest estimate but the initial response seemed professional. The technician who provided the quote also showed up to do the work. Unfortunately the fixture shipment was missing a piece so only the tile could be cut on the first visit. I paid for the hour of labor and the plumber said they would reschedule as soon as my part arrived. On the day of the rescheduled appointment they sent another plumber. He was in the bathroom for 90 minutes and then appeared to say that he was having difficulty getting the fixture off...after he had already cut the water supply to the tub. His long winded response was that he was going to need more money (a 100% increase from the quote I had accepted) and that he could not complete the job. I asked for the original technician to be sent to complete the project only to find that he was ""no longer with the company"". Ultimately they wanted 80% more to do the job, said the former employee had given incorrect information (even though I received their quote from their automated system) and the management of the company provided no satisfaction and said I had not paid anything for their work. Apparently bait and switch is how they do their business. I am left with a project that is in worse condition then when they started and I get to start all over. Subsequently they called to say they noticed I had made a payment which they would be refunding. The absolute minimum they could do in this situation. I had hoped with their automated scheduling and text reminders I was dealing with a professional organization but their business practices are more of the fly by night variety. An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience that I am certain the management of the company will attempt to discount as an unrealistic customer. Guess my expectations that they would do the work for the price they quoted is too demanding.
