Our toilet had been having issues flushing for almost 6 months. I requested a appointment through America's plumbing co online and received a call to schedule in home consultation within a few hours. I was able to get a same day appointment and was told weekends were at no additional charge if a weekend appointment was preferable. Our plumber Tony called me in advance to let me know is eta. Once Tony was at our home he was friendly professional and very knowledgeable about what was needed to resolve our issue. Tony was able to explain the process so precisely to my husband that we needing up being able to resolve the issue ourselves saving over $300. The fact that Tony took the time to explain the issue without just going straight to doing the work showed not just his integrity but the integrity and quality customer service of the company. I will definitely refer family and friends to America's Plumbing Co and return in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you for your honesty and integrity it is greatly appreciated and refreshing!

Broken exterior water pipe. They were efficient, respectful, and professional. Cleaned up and one would never know there had even been extensive work done. EXCELLENT!

Do not waste your time calling this company! I called to have them come and check out a clogged drain. When the tech arrived, he was dirty and smelled awful. He quoted me a high price for the company to do the work, but hinted that he could come and do the work after hours for a cheaper rate. Messed up the cover to my drain taking it off. Called a professional, had it clear in an hour at half the price.

I needed two external hose bibs replaced and another unstuck. They diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. They did a good job explaining the issue and providing an estimate. I'd use this company again in the future.

My shower manifold broke and I called America's Plumbing they sent Rick out to my house. He gave me a price that was very good and he showed the price on his tablet. So felt very good about the price. Another company wanted to charge me $4000. The work was done very professionally and they cleaned up after they finished. If you want quality work done in a professional manner call America Plumbing

I generally never give 1 star reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous.
I called to schedule plumbing for a new above ground hot tub. I know it is a specialized thing so I made sure to ask, ""do you do above ground hot tubs?"" I was told yes. We proceeded to schedule the appointment for a Friday at 8am. Thursday evening I get a call stating their technician is doing another job and needs to reschedule for Monday between 1-4pm. ""That's fine, it isnt an emergency. The hot tub is leaning up against the wall"" so, yes, I agreed and mentioned that this is a hot tub job. Monday rolls around and at noon, I get a voice message from a technician stating he wanted to discuss the appointment with me as it looked like it was an above ground hot tub and they don't do above ground hot tubs. I called back- a lady picks up the phone and says she will give me the phone number to the technician. I expressed my disappointment in my experience including that I now need to hunt down the technician. She told me she will have the technician give me a call. Technician hasn't called.

I have to say that Tom and American Plumbing Co. were amazing! My kitchen sink plugged up about a week ago and I called a local plumbing company (with really good reviews in Placerville) to unclog the sink. The plumber arrived at my house drunk. He had what looked like a 20-something year old apprentice trying to do the job, and the young man couldn't snake the drain or remove the pipes. The plumber told me he would have to come back in 2 days to tear out the wall and replace the pipes for $900. When I called back the next day to confirm that he would be at my place on Thursday, he didn't remember anything but said he would come. On Friday, after he didn't show up (!), he stopped answering the phone. I called AMERICA'S PLUMBING COMPANY (all the way in Sacramento!) because my local plumbers weren't available until Monday. The woman who answered the phone said they didn't service Placerville, but then, when she heard what had been happening, she asked me to hang on, and she got TOM to come up on Saturday. He was super smart and competent. He took off the pipe, realized he needed to replace a corroded iron pipe, and gave me an estimate for the job: $630. He did not have to tear out the wall because he is super competent, and he did replace some piping and install a clean-out. Tom is a great plumber in his 30's, just beginning in the trade (with 6 years of experience) and he's a really great person to boot. Honest, direct, competent. Thank you TOM and AMERICA""S PLUMBING CO!

They Just stopped contacting after I spent $1000 on services, they just gave up and stop reaching out. Terrible communication, they are just here to steal your money. Do not use these people.

No no no no. My plumber messed up grab bars that he installed. I called the company but they did not offer t o correct. They said they are level we can come back and show you. How would she know if she wasn't there. He even admitted they were not level that his hand slipped when installing them. He then tells me I cannot use entire weight on the grab bars because they weren't installed into studs. I would think he should have informed me before purchasing and installing.

Last week, there was water in the floor on my garage floor coming out from under a wall, but the odd thing is that there are no water lines in my garage and I know the water supply lines are underneath the house so it was not obvious where the water was coming from.
That morning, I called about 10 plumbing companies and all of them could not come out until the next week. I had never heard of America's Plumbing before, but they were next up on the list and I called. I was greeted by a friendly person (I can't remember her name) and she said she could get someone out after 1pm. Around 11am, I got a call from Rick asking me a few more questions about what I was seeing and after discussing, he said he would be able to be over in about 30 minutes or so.
Rick and Kyle arrived on time and inspected the area. At first, the cause of the leak was not obvious to them either, but they kept poking around looking for the cause and they found it. It was the water heater, which is located in a little elevated closet space outside of the garage. The water heater had developed a leak and the leaking water was running backwards from the water heater backwards downslope and exposing itself on the garage floor.
Rick thoroughly explained all the replacement options and said they could have the job done that day. Rick and Kyle got the job done and I am very happy with the service.
Rick's knowledge and experience is clearly evident immediately. He is so friendly and patient. He told me that he really enjoys his work and based on my observations and conversations with him spending an afternoon here working, I believe him. He is a real asset to the company and he has earned me a future customer.
Thank you for the great service.
