Power went out on a Saturday night and American Reliable was the only company willing to come out. Arthur came out within an hour an quickly identified the problem was with the city connection. Very professional and honest work.

I can't say enough good things about American Reliable Services. When I called the technician Art showed up on time, he was courteous, and explained everything to where my fiancé and I could fully understand what he was doing. I initially called just to have some recessed lighting replaced. Once Art came and inspected the house he took the time to show me that the house had a lot of faulty wiring. He then replaced all the wiring, installed new LED lighting throughout the house, installed GFI outlets, and installed new ceiling fans. I have since called Art 2 more times for other projects and he always is prompt showing up and does an outstanding job. I would also recommend Avo, another technician, who helped Art on a couple of jobs. Both of them do excellent work and are extremely friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat, I highly recommend them both.

Amazing ! Called on a Friday night and a fantastic electrician Arthur took care of everything with a ' no problem lovely attitude within the hour. So nice , clearly extremely skilled and super courteous. I will be calling them anytime going forward. So reassuring to have found this great service. Not only no hassle but actually a pleasure !

From my previous review all I'm trying to do is get a partial refund since I was charged for 60min service which was far from the truth.
Called around 1pm and was told someone would be out between 4-5, actual arrival 6:15 due to traffic.
Yes the tech showed me a video of the wet panel beforehand BUT you make it seem like he video'd drying breaker by breaker.
And how did he know in advance that I needed a ""special"" breaker beforehand.
I don't think GFI's are so out of the ordinary but that might just be me.

I had a super positive experience with American reliable services. The technician Arthur was not only on time. But was courteous and had a lot of experience and knowledge in the work being performed.

The work they did for me compared to how I perceived the problem was very honest. I was charged me fairly. Rather then making the problems seem bigger than they actually were.

Arthur did a Panel upgrade. Including installing L.E.D recessed lighting. And garden lighting which I have been wanting to get done for a while now. And it came out beautifully. I'am glad I found this company to do the work.

We would hire them again in a heartbeat. And would recommend them to all our friends and family. I have worked with many contractors in the past. And I appreciated the ease in communication and professionalism of Arthur and the company. Thanks again guys.
