We lost all electricity at the house yesterday and I found ARS online and called them. I had actually called another electrician out first but they didn't have the parts on hand so they only gave me a quote. I explained the situation the ARS rep and she had an electrician call me back to verify that he had the parts. I then communicated directly with the electrician, Art. He came to the house with an hour and assessed the problem and actually quoted me a cheaper price. He finished the work very quickly and gave us his professional opinion so we ended up having him just replace all the breakers for the house. But at no point did we ever feel like he was overselling us of misleading us in any way. He was very professional and easy to understand so it made the whole process simpler. After he changed out new breaker for us we told him that there's two light switches in the house that doesn't work and he actually fixed one of them at no charge since it was an easy tasks for him. The other light required much more work so we decided to just leave it. All in all we were really satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wow. I am extremely impressed with ARS!!! Let me start with the problems that arose and how ARS responded quickly, efficiently, and very professionally.

The central heating/air condition system and a part of our home's electrical system somehow broke down tonight. I live in Eagle Rock and it is currently very cold thanks to everything breaking down at the perfect time. Tried resetting the breakers...that didn't work. I then called several companies and right off the bat they quoted me at outrageous prices without sharing with me the specifics of what must be done and how quickly they could help my situation. When I asked questions, their attitude towards me changed and it felt like I was being a bother instead of trying to earn my business and help someone in dire need.

Then a friend recommended ARS, so I contacted them despite the late hours...

Their operator immediately shared concern and sympathy with my situation and had me speak with the manager. Literally within 1 hour, they had employees come to my house and walked me through what the main problems were. They were very understanding, friendly, well mannered, very professional, and sympathized with my situation. ARS made me feel like they sincerely cared. Without using mechanical jargon, they clearly explained what needed fixing, quoted me at a very good price in comparison to the previous companies I dealt with, tended to my house right away, and guess what? Heat/AC works perfectly tonight!! Also not to mention they were able to take a look at the electrical problems and cut me a great deal! Its good to know there are local businesses that care genuinely for their customers' well being.

ARS works hard to keep their customers happy and guarantees their customers' satisfaction. Not satisfied at the end? You better believe they will work hard to keep your business! I'm writing this review because I believe that small businesses like ARS need to be recognized for their superior customer service and professional work.

I highly recommend ARS for any electrical needs, no matter the situation or time, and will definitely promote their business with friends and family!

A friend of mine recommended American Reliable Services after my shower leak became too much handle. I hate dealing with customer service but getting someone to come down was so easy and hassle-free. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be calling them again.

I was having a couple of issues with my lighting in my ceiling. I called a couple other electricians to look at the issue and give me an estimate and they wanted to replace the whole units and their quotes were on the expensive side. A friend had called these guys a couple weeks ago for an issue and recommended I get one more quote. I made a great decision in giving them a shot, they came out, the ""issue"" was pretty simple, took them 15mins to resolve and the cost was a fraction of what the other quotes came out to. I haven't had an issue since and these guys seemed focused on the longer term relationship than making a quick buck. Looks like they do work other than electrical and that's great, if I have an issue they can fix I'll be calling them back.

Well let me first start off by saying this is the BEST experience I've had with an electrician me and my husband were just watching TV after just putting our daughter to sleep and almost all the power to our house went off on my phone I simply search 24 /7 electrician on Yelp and found american reliable services and and I am glad I found these guys I called around 8 p.m. And I actually spoke to a human not a computer but a sweet lady who ensured me that she will have someone on my property in less than an hour the technician that came his name was Armen and he was able to repair my electrical panel which was causing the problem that I didn't have power right there on the spot. I am a customer for life thanks again Armen!!!

My kitchen faucet lever broke and required a new one installed. After searching for some plumbers in my area, I came across American Reliable Services on yelp and decided to give them a call.

First off, I'd like to commend them for superior work ethics and courteous attitude. Accomodating to my busy schedule, Greg came down on Sunday and took a look at my faucet. That was awesome! But unfortunately I needed to have the water to my unit shut off so he couldn't work on my issue. We rescheduled and Nazaret came down to fix the situation. There were little issues with my bad purchase of a sink and what not, but Nazaret fixed it!

Both Greg and Nazaret are wonderful people, excellent techs, and courteous individuals! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for professional, affordable services in the plumbing, electrical, A/C field. They have definitely made a new customer!

Called ARS and they came within hours!! How is that possible in Los Angeles? Not only were they on time but the service I received from Arthur was succinct and his description of the problem was easily understood...The electrical problem I have is multi-fold, and if this fix doesn't hold, then we move on to the next level.

Let me start with the fact that I am a difficult costumer since I have NEVER had a good experience with contractors before working with this company. Before I called American Reliable about my broken water heater, I had called another company that I got from YELP and the service was completely WRONG and could had been downright fraudulent and even dangerous since they left me with a gas leak at the water heater.

The next morning, I called American Reliable Services. First, the dispatcher when I called was kind and pleasant and did not act like I was bothering her. She promised to send me a good technician and on time. Nazareth , the technician that was to work on my water heater called me 20 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. Without me even saying anything about the problem, in 10 minutes he had it figured out.

On the spot, I changed his work order to a more complex project and to my surprise, he said no problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and said he would return next day. He gave me his cell number and we stayed in communication into the night. The next day, he was again on time and did his work very well. The clean up could had been done better but it was at least done. I remained apprehensive about the new tankless water heater installation and I spoke to Nazaret, the installer, and Greg at the main office several times. They were both NOTHING but pleasant and patient with me. They even honored the YELP discount without any problems. Whenever, I need any plumbing, electrical or air conditioning work, I will definitely start with American Reliable Services. They seem to be exactly that, reliable and trustworthy. I hope that they remain that way.
