If you can deal with the UNPROFESSIONAL conduct both Abby and Eric can give.. and allow the PROFESSIONAL plumbers to correct the issue.. then you got it made.. otherwise you will not be happy about the customer service or prices. I will not recommend to anyone..

I have an older home, and have lived here for over 25 years. I have had to call for plumbing service many times and have had American Plumbing come out with always great and speedy service accept for recently. I had a sewer blockage in the evening so I called American Plumbing and an employee by the name of Ramon came out. I advised him what I needed and wanted him to do, and he immediately told me before looking at the problem what he wanted to do NOT what I wanted hime to do. I needed to get the main line cleared in the front of my home, and I also wanted the line from the washing machine that runs into the main drain run through because its had problems with being plugged also. I asked Ramon several times to run it through the washer line, but he proceeded to tell me I didn't need it done even though I wanted it done. I'm sorry, but If I'm paying over $200 dollars to get a service I should think that the person performing the service should do so. I did not appreciate his attitude, and when I realized from my daughter that he was the same person who came out the last time I had the company called out, and he declined to run the line then through the washer, and caused me to call and have them come back again in less than 30 days they ended up charging me again - well lets just say I was not pleased. This employee really needs to learn to LISTEN to the customer, and not tell the customer what they need when they already know what they need, and are asking to get done. If and when I do need service again I will insist that Ramon does not come out.

We had a water leak, called a few plumbers but American plumbing had the first opening. They showed up within an hour.

Anaya came out to help us with our water leak in our garage. He was very knowledgable and gave us great information. Anaya was professional, not pushy. The culprit was the water softener and gave us info on the removal rebate program, we'll be calling him back soon to remove our softener and install a whole house filter.

Every employee from American Plumbing that has been to our facility has been beyond amazing. They are always professional and courteous!!! They make sure to explain everything that needs to be done before doing it. They are our plumber of choice and an all around great company.

came out in a reasonable time although the windows they provide is large. asked the guy if he worked on the side. He told me NOPE; so seems like american plumbing keeping guys busy so thats a good thing. Took care of the problem. Bill was much higher than other people/services i have used before, but when you are in a jam you are in a jam.

really -1 for the price. these guys are expensive

Well what can I say about American Plumbing and my service technician Rob - TOTALLY AWESOME!! Had a leak on my property, tried to get homeowners insurance to foot the bill they, of course, said it was my responsibility but they did pat a company to come out and locate the leak. Company said it was city. City comes out and says it's owner. Well last Thursday after back and forth, I called American Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate. Rob showed up within his time frame, checked out the leak, knew what he had to do to make repair. Quoted a good price, called the office to see if there were any available time slots for Friday. Office said first thing in the morning. Rob returned at 9am and wham done finished at 11am and my bill was lower than what he quoted originally!! SCORE FOR ME!!! Hats off to American Plumbing.

American Plumbing is now my plumbing service of choice. We were already without hot water for 2 days and still had not received a return call from another company. We then received a recommendation for Mark Petersen's American Plumbing. Called them one.day for service the next day, but only if our warranty part arrived via FedEx. They set a tentative service for late afternoon and said to call when the parts arrive. We called and they were here in 2hrs. Their service rep, Ramon was very professional and done in no time. I will request Ramon for all my plumbing needs.

I cannot praise their work and ease to work with enough. From phones to finish, they're tops in my book. You cannot go wrong with Mark Petersen's American Plumbing.

And their pricing is very fare. Not what you normally hear about plumbing companies.

I gave them 5 stars not only for their service but their communication and the fact that we can all use the bathrooms now!

We had to spend the night in a hotel due to toilets overflowing and water backing up in the tubs and shower...not pleasant.

We were contacted through our landlord and they called and said they could be over in in two hours...they showed up and within 30 minutes all was great. They kept us updated on when the plumber would be out here and was just great service all the way around...I highly recommend using them, especially in a bind!
