American Plumbing has enjoyed a hefty volume of business in my HOA of 100 owners. But it's time for us to look for another provider that we recommend to our owners. Their pricing has ceased to be competitive and they have had a change in personnel. Recently I called to get a kitchen faucet I had purchased installed. When I called, they quoted me a $350. price for labor. When the repair man came he said it would be $400 and he would install it in five days after I had permission for water shut off. When it was installed, the guy charged me $425. He spent less than one hour in my unit. The first guy who came was not forth coming when answering questions and very condescending to a woman. He did not do a full assessment of my problem and so a leaking disposal was left for a later time. Not good value for my money and loyalty. No more.

My property manager said American Plumbing tried giving me and wife a call, but we saw no evidence or missed calls from them. When the service person arrived my wife asked him to wear booties, She even offered him some, but he said that his shoes were clean and walked right past my wife.

He was here two minutes and charged $190, to turn the garbage disposal. We explained that the garbage disposal was leaking but he did everything from the standing position and never looked with a light under the sink. The garbage disposal continued to leak. We call their property management company to resolve the issue.

This time when American plumbing called their phone number clearly came up on our phone. But we refuse to have any service person from American plumbing in our home due to the lack of respect, and they did not complete the job.

I called American Plumbing because of a leak under my bathroom sink. The plumber replaced the trap. When he left it was still leaking. I called the company. They sent someone else. He said I needed a new faucet, but he didn't do anything to solve the problem. I won't call them again.

I've been working with American Plumbing for years! They are my go to plumbing company. Reliable, integrity, punctual and they know what they're doing.

No communication! Placed a service call for water leaks on our water heater. Technician replaced the water heater without consulting with us. We were then left with an expensive bill. We have no choice but to pay for it. If we knew the water heater has to be replaced, we would definitely find a handy man to do the job for a much cheaper price. In any case, I just don't think it is right to replace the water heater without consulting with the customer. We called them afterwards, was on hold for the longest time so we decided to hang up. Really bad customer service and horrible experience overall.

I didn't know who to call when our water leak came about. I initially looked on Nextdoor and went by faith as I decided to call them. Zeek and the other gentleman who arrived were pleasant and professional. From the time of arrival, through their work in progress until the completion they were a great team to work with. Their prices were reasonable too. They will be our new plumbing company. Thank you!

Don't expect to pay anything less than their estimate.
Have them show you new parts and get old parts when they are done.

I called them to fix my bathroom plumbing. I left the worker to repair the sink's pipes, while in my living room I heard strange noises coming from the bathroom. The door was closed so I opened it. Turns out the guy was beating off in my sink! I yelled and he quickly zippered up, got his tools, pushed me aside and left. I am an immigrant woman and afraid to call the police. I called the company to complain, a woman laughed and hung up on me.

We had a kitchen clog and needed a separate repair. Service was excellent. Zeek, our technician was knowledgeable and quick. American plumbing is always our first choice.

July 23rd: Overdue for posting, sorry. American Plumbing has always cared about their customers! From the initial call taken by courteous and professional dispatch representatives to the actual professionally qualified and kind plumbers that have come to our home. People have been asking lately if I had any recommendations for good plumbers and I had to be honest and say ""No"", I only know great plumbers and that's only at American Plumbing.
