Called American Plumbing today for a kitchen sink drain that clogged. In less than 2 hours from my initial phone call it was fixed! Considering we live in the middle of nowhere the response time was impressive. Derick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took one look at the setup and knew his exact plan of attack. He told me upfront the best/worst case scenario, I gave the green light either way. Luckily our pipes were set up properly so it was the best case. I would strongly recommend American Plumbing to others. If all their employees are as good Derick, you'll be in good hands.

This is my second excellent experience with American Plumbing. Very courteous office staff and service technician, John K.
I was scheduled promptly and John was able to take care of the issue in one visit.
John is very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing, which I appreciated.

Another great thing, John left no mess for me to clean up.
I hope I don't need any services soon, but American Plumbing is who I will contact again!

After an unfortunate experience with Hensen's Plumbing, I called American Plumbing. They were courteous and helpful, and scheduled an appointment promptly. They called three times to verify and clarify the appointment time.
The gentleman who came out was on-time, friendly and efficient. He removed the water softener, and was careful and clean. Also provided some suggestions on other repairs I might want or need.
For future plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to call them.

We've used American Plumbing in the past and were happy with the results. Needed our 30 yr. old shower fixtures replaced by next morning. Called the shop Monday @ 8:00AM, Nick got us a service call from 11-1 same day. Kevin arrived at 12, explained the problem & solution, left to get parts, was back in 20 mins. and the job was completed in less than an hour. Polite, prompt, courteous & professional. Couldn't be happier. American Plumbing will always be our only call for plumbing issues and won't hesitate to recommend their service.

I live in a neighborhood where all the the main sewer lines need to be replaced. American Plumbing knows this. Instead of explaining this to me and just giving me an estimate on the replacement. They charged me $140.00 to unclog my drain a valid charge. Then they charged me $285.00 to put a camera in the line. Then they charged me $400.00 to try to fix a line that couldn't be fixed. The plumber just dug a hole without regard for my landscaping. He threw the soil and I was left with a ditch. After all of that, they gave me an estimate $5500.00 for the replacement of the line. I was not given an invoice for any of these changes. This is a huge expense. I interviewed six Plumbing companies, all of them put a camera in the line free of charge. I received an estimate from Roto-Rooter for $4600.00 an estimate from Advanced Trenchless for 4350.00. I went with Advanced Trenchless because they were able to do the job the following week. They were so amazing, you can't even tell they were there. One of my neighbors told me that American Plumbing charged them $7700.00 for a trenchless sewer replacement. My final assessment is American Plumbing is totally unprofessional and will charge whatever they think they can get. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I wasted $685.00.

American Plumbing came out faster than their expected window due to a possible partial clog in our main sewer line. However, you have to have a clean out or will have to pay at least $800 just to have one installed through another contractor before they can even work on the sewer line. Without a clean out they're most likely not going to be able to help you out that much. They also have a company liability policy where they're unable to bring their machinery inside your house to attempt to work on the sewer line from under the house.

My advice would be to call another plumber like Roto-Rooter for sewer line issues!

Also, the plumber who came out had somewhat of an attitude. I did not appreciate his tone implying that we made it sound like we had miscommunicated over the phone affirming we had a clean out. We told them we weren't sure whether we did or not. I've had much better experiences with American Plumbing in the past but today I was not satisfied with them.

Luckily they didn't charge us a service fee just to come out.

Our kitchen sink clogged today and we spoke to our HOA. They agreed to have American Plumbing come out today at their expense to clear the line and that next week they would have someone out to clean the line to the main. Our man from American Plumbing came out and told me the job done under the sink was not done right and he could re-plumb it it we wanted. I said to do it. He said it would cost $200 + per hour; did I want him to go ahead.. I said yes; go ahead, don't talk, just work. He took offence and now refuses to do the additional work. He was right, I was wrong; however I will never call American Plumbing again. I am the customer and he needs to be more understanding. Good luck.

I had a great experience with this company. I called on a Saturday at about 7pm and received a call back from Kevin within minutes. He said he would be at my house at 8 and he was there about 10 min early which was great. He was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and done right. I will definitely be calling this company with any future plumbing problems!!

I am very happy with American Plumbing. I called two other plumbers first looking for a same-day appointment to unclog my kitchen sink. One had a full voicemail so I couldn't even leave a message. The other couldn't help me until later in the week. Ashley at American Plumbing was very friendly and accommodating. She said she could have a plumber at my house that day between 1:00-3:00. At 12:55 I received a call letting me know that Kevin was on his way. Not only did Kevin unclog the sink, he also reconfigured the pipe fittings under the sink to make any future plumbing jobs easier to access. And he took the time to explain my house's plumbing layout to me. The work was completed and everything cleaned up in under an hour for what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs. Good job, AP!

Recently I had a leak and contacted American Plumbing, they have done work at my house before and I've always been happy with their work. This time they only had an ""after hours"" Appointment available - I figured someone would show up late and be there forever. I was more than pleasantly surprised, not only with time and quality of service but also with the plumber who arrived to fix the leak. Blake was amazing, he explained things in terms I could comprehend, he kept me updated on the status - I had a prior commitment I thought I'd have to cancel - Blake was very competent, knowledgeable and personable. He completed the repairs much quicker than I expected and the quality of work is excellent.
