I called them to fix my bathroom plumbing. I left the worker to repair the sink's pipes, while in my living room I heard strange noises coming from the bathroom. The door was closed so I opened it. Turns out the guy was beating off in my sink! I yelled and he quickly zippered up, got his tools, pushed me aside and left. I am an immigrant woman and afraid to call the police. I called the company to complain, a woman laughed and hung up on me.

We had a kitchen clog and needed a separate repair. Service was excellent. Zeek, our technician was knowledgeable and quick. American plumbing is always our first choice.

July 23rd: Overdue for posting, sorry. American Plumbing has always cared about their customers! From the initial call taken by courteous and professional dispatch representatives to the actual professionally qualified and kind plumbers that have come to our home. People have been asking lately if I had any recommendations for good plumbers and I had to be honest and say ""No"", I only know great plumbers and that's only at American Plumbing. Thank you for your honest and professional service!! Spreading the word for best service.

My daughter and son-in-law discovered a bad leak in their front yard near a tree root. Of course, being on a Sunday, they called American Plumbing figuring it would cost alot. A nice fellow came out and said he could only do a temporary fix by creating a bypass of sorts so they could have water. That alone was $350. Then the final fix appointment came during a weekday and that was another $900! No digging up of sidewalk was needed luckily. Now my kids suddenly have a leaking sprinkler pipe in the same area. Probably caused by the work they did. And now they want to charge them by the hour just to come out to see if it was there fault! What ever happened to good customer service and PR? And how will our kids know if they are being honest about the damage done? Just another way for them to suck young people dry. Our family has used the for most things that we could not do. But I am finding that they nickel and dime people. I am in the wrong industry apparently.

I use them one time to re-pipe my house they were good at that but when I called them back to move my washer and dryer into another room they were very rude so I'm not gonna use American plumbing to do it

I wish I cold give more than 5 stars. Wonderful experience from my first call when I spoke to Nick who was so nice and quickly got me on schedule, to Kim who called to ask if the tech could come earlier than planned to the fabulous Rob who arrived with a big smile and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. An absolute pleasure dealing with this great company.

Rob and Calvin were not only prompt, courteous and efficient, but they were able to explain the issue and quickly resolve the problem. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services great or small. I don't usually write reviews, but they were so good and informative I wanted to make sure they received the credit due. They were able to send someone out within 45 minutes if my SOS call on Friday afternoon. The plumber knew what to do and where to do it and got it done quickly and efficiently. Super grateful for fast response and courteous, professional work.

I live in a multiunit building, and property management called American Plumbing for damage downstairs. So I can't comment about speed of response or cost. But the leak was in a copper pipe in my wall, so I can comment about competence. I didn't even know that they were coming. Some mystery plumber showed up at my door, came in, looked at the wall, cut a few exploratory holes in it, and had the leak plugged within 5 minutes. Later, he came back (on time) with a buddy to replace the culprit segment of pipe. Nice guys, no drama.

I have used American Plumbing in the past where good but I called today to get an estimate may electric tankless water heater installed because I'm going solar panels and the person that answered the phone right away said between 5 to $6,000 instead off asking what type of water heater I have and I asked why so much oh because we have to the venting and all that I did my research and electric tankless water heater do not require any type of venting so by quoting the price upfront front with no inspection is not good thing you do not want to scare people off this is not a good way of doing business
