The company was quick at responding and communicating with us prior to the appointment to keep us updated on cost and possible fixings that would occur via picture and yelp messaging which was extremely helpful to budget and schedule. Once here, the worker (sorry my husband did not catch his name) did an excellent job in repiping and explaining to my husband what was going on and what needed to be fixed prior to the work so we knew what to expect. It was fast, convenient, and done well. This company will now be our go to plumbers!

I opened the kitchen cabinet and found that the garbage disposal had been leaking gallons of gross food-water out of the bottom. My husband alleged that he could ""easily"" replace the disposal, but I didn't want to deal with multiple trips to Lowe's and hours of cursing underneath the sink. I read the positive Yelp reviews and gave American Plumbing & Rooter a call. Jake came out the next morning and was great. Very professional, friendly, and experienced. He had the new disposal installed quickly and willingly answered all of my plumbing-related questions. It's more expensive than doing it yourself with a YouTube video, but it's sometimes better to pay a professional for his/her expertise. We need a new hot water heater, and I'll definitely use this company for our future plumbing needs.

I am so glad that I read the yelp reviews and called American Plumbing. Rich and Jake came out on short notice and were really good about explaining what they were going to do, laid out our options and the possible costs. We had a sump pump go out and that is NOT something you want to delay dealing with. They did a great job and answered all my questions.

The owner, Rick, let me schedule via text, tech showed up on time, more than fair pricing and they didn't charge for one of my issues that was minor. They also noticed a separate issue with water pressure and adjusted my regulator on the spot and free of charge - great to have a company that wants to do right by you rather than squeeze you. And easy credit card payment on tablet with emailed receipt on the spot. I recently returned for a separate issue and had a repeat awesome experience. Fully recommend.

I called Rich to get a bid for a plumbing problem that I have. Rich was straight forward, asked the appropriate questions and did not rush our conversation. After he fully understood my specific problem, Rich said that I would be better served by a different company. At my request, Rich provided me with a referral. I called the referral and, as Rich suggested, the referral company said they could solve my problem and quoted me a reasonable cost. I like that Rich did not waste my time or his. If you want an honest, straight forward company, call American Plumbing. I definitely will call them for my future needs.
