Another 5 star review, well deserved I might add... Rich came out this morning, diagnosed the problem and saw another two in the same area that were coming soon. Gave me a price, I accepted and 3 hours later the reason I called was fixed and the other 2 festering issues were taken care of too. Good honest guy not out to get us to buy him a ticket for a trip on SpaceX... Reasonable and very knowledgeable. Thanks!

Reached out to get a quote on a leaky garbage disposal. Got a response from Rich, and after a quick back and forth with a picture of the problem, he walked me through a simple fix that I was able to do on my own. He could have easily charged me the trip charge and fixed it himself and made a few bucks, but he took the honest approach and saved me some money and the inconvenience of a leaky sink for a night. Will definitely reach out again the next time I need service!

I was trying to replace the flapper in my toilet when the the switch on the shut off valve came off (rusted) and started leaking. I was able to get a very competitive quote and on the schedule for first thing next day within 15 minutes. Very helpful and Kevin did a great job. Thanks so much!

We noticed a leaking toilet Monday night and when I went to shut off the valve to the toilet, it broke off in my hand - forcing us to shut off water to the whole house. I reached out early in the morning to American Plumbing after seeing their great reviews on Yelp. They responded quickly and said unfortunately they were too booked to get us in. A few hours later they reached back out to see if we had the issue resolved yet (we didn't) bc they had an opening in their schedule. Within a few hours they came out and fixed the toilet. I am so appreciative they took the time to reach out again and ensure we had been taken care of. They were friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I would absolutely use them again!
