I highly recommend American Plumb Method! One of the two owner's Mike C really helped us out, coming over very quickly, to fix our slab leak! They confirmed the leak and capped off the leaking hot line, then rerouted it, as simply and quickly as possible. We also had the kitchen sink faucet replaced. With help of his assistant Jared, they were done in a day! Even gave a great drywall guy recommendation! They are now our ""go to"" plumbers! Thanks Mike!

Mike is not only polite, professional and concsciencious, but extremely dedicated to doing the best job. My slab leak became more of a job than was expected, even while working with a leak detection company, but he never gave up. What should have been a 2 hour job became about an 8 hour job. He treated me like I was the most important customer in the world and was committed to doing the job the right way. He explained the various options I had and re-routed my plumbing with the least impact to my home. After completion, he stayed true to the original estimate even though he probably lost money. Most unexpectedly, he called the next day to check in and find out if everything was ok with us. Even his partner Phil did the same. ( I don't even get this follow up from my doctors!)
They are now my go to plumbers and I would highly recommend them!

My DIY shower repair started on Saturday afternoon, and by the time I discovered that I had a very challenging and unique plumbing issue that was out of my league, it was Saturday night. I did some research and found Phil. He responded quickly and was curious and communicative about this odd issue. He was up front about pricing and capacity, and came first thing Sunday morning, when he said he would show up. He used creative means to solve the problem quickly and well. And it was less expensive than I was expecting it to be. I highly recommend Phil and APL.

Thank you Mike! I had my new dryer delivered and I needed a new shut off valve installed first. Mike was able to come within the hour and have it replaced and installed the dryer. Very affordable prices. I'm very happy with the whole process and I will definitely use them again.

Quick resolution to our plumbing needs. Very great customer service. Showed up on time and also provide text updates on arrival time. Plumbers all wearing masks. We had a hot water heater install and new laundry room wash basin installed. The work was completed quickly and the area was cleaned up before they left.

I've used American Plumb Method twice this year. Once to install a new kitchen sink and once to fix a clogged kitchen drain. They are professional, experienced and conscientious. I appreciate the booties worn over the shoes and masks, of course. Pricing was good. I got a quote from another company on the sink install that was much higher. I'm on the 3rd floor of a condo building which is challenging and I noticed a bunch of companies do not work on apartment or condo buildings, so it's great that American Plumb Method does. I would recommend them.
