Phil.. you diagnosed a problem but refused to fix it. I respectfully asked if you could come a month or two later if you were so busy at the current time, and you aggressively responded that you will not ever have time to help us. You had time to diagnose and charge $155, but what help is that to us!?! We had to hire another plumber, who thank God was competent, respectful, and professional, to again diagnose the problem but guess what!?.. he fixed it. What a concept. Diagnose and fix.. He didn't steal our money and refuse to fix the issue. We didn't need a ""report"" from you. We required a solution in fixing the plumbing issue. $155 is our hard earned money and you did absolutely nothing to earn that $155 ..except score yourself a yelp review on your incompetence and unprofessionalism. ..

American Plumb Method is the only call you need to make for any of your plumbing repair/installation needs. Their work is impeccable, their rates are honest and very reasonable, and Phil is a super stand-up guy. They've installed faucets for me, checked water lines, and when I found a gas leak outside on Friday night, Phil came out and had it totally fixed on Saturday morning. It's so hard to find people you trust to do work on your place. I'm glad I found them.

We had an issue with our toilets getting backed up. We called American plumb method and they were the right person for the job. We called in the morning and they were able to see us in the afternoon and finished the job within an hour or two. Decently priced didn't break the bank. Great service. Everything's been flowing smoothly the last 7 months. Hopefully won't need the emergency service again but if we do we know who to call! No not ghost busters :) American plumb method!

Highly recommend.

We have been using their services for a variety of plumbing issues. Recently, we had to have the drain in a bathtub n a slab foundation fixed. The pipe was partially covered with cement. Mike and his coworker had to crawl into a very tight space under our heating system and hammer out the cement covering the pipe. They worked very hard to avoid removing the furnace. Hours later when Mike (the co-owner) finished he even thanked his worker for his assistance.

They are honest and reasonable.
